Team Big Shots joins the fray! From raiding temples to fighting legendaries to making sure Wigglytuff gets his Perfect Apple, they've seen it all!

About Team Big Shots
Team Big Shots is actually my rescue team on PMD2. I take a lot of pride in them, as it consists of 3 of my favorite Pokemon. I made the characteristics of them in my mind as I played through.


Stalin: The Brains
The leader of Team Big shots, he takes pride in making sure his team keeps order. He manages the items and tells the team where to go. He is the smartest of the 3, and doesn't hesitate to mention it. He has a slight Russian accent.

Overview
Of the 3, Stalin is the best ranged fighter. He has long arms, allowing him to keep short-ranged fighters out of the way, and both his B and Side B are useful projectiles. He's not all that fast, but his aerials are good and his recovery is excellent. Best for technical players who don't like flashy stuff.

Getting Advanced
Stalin's best aspect is his weight. He is heavy enough that the light characters can't batter him easily, and he's quick enough to keep the heavier ones from landing hits. He's a very balanced character, but has a few flaws. For one, his size could be a problem fighting characters like Olimar and Kirby who can land hits on larger foes easy if you slip up even once. For two, his KOing ability isn't all that, which might be a problem if a match becomes drug-out.

A: Stalin Slashes with his arm once. 5%, low knockback
Forward Tilt: Stabs with the end of his arm. 6%, OK knockback
Up Tilt: Thrusts arms upward, similar to R.O.B's Utilt. 8%, decent knockback.
Down Tilt: Slices his arm low. 6%, good knockback, can sometimes trip larger enemies.
Dashing A: Aqua Jet- Empoleon shoots forward, enveloped in water. Multiple hits, 10%, good knockback.

Smashes
Forward Smash: Metal Claw- Empoleon's arm glows silver, and he delivers a powerful slash. 17%, high knockback.
Up Smash: Fury Attack- Empoleon slashes his arms upward 3 times, in a similar animation to Link's Usmash. 14%, good knockback.
Down Smash: Whirlpool- Empoleon spins around, and a small whirlpool appears under him. Multiple hits, 15%, high knockback

Aerials
Neutral Air: Slashes forward, and then backward. 7%, good knockback.
Forward Air: Rears back, then delivers a huge backhand downward. 9%, Meteor Smash
Back Air: Leans back and spins. Like Sonic's Forward Air, but backwards. Multiple hits, 8%, OK knockback.
Up Air: Puts one arm into the air and spins around. Multiple hits, 7%, OK knockback.
Down Air: Flips over and spins. Similar to Wario's Down Air. Multiple hits, 9%, good knockback.

Throws
Grab A: Stabs with arm. 3%
Forward Throw: Empoleon leaps back, then tackles at full speed. 12%, high knockback.
Back Throw: Stabs opponent with his horns and throws them over his head. 11%, decent knockback
Up Throw: Swings arm under them, then flips them up, using his arm like a spatula. 9%, good knockback
Down Throw: Slams them down, then jumps on them upside-down and drills them with his horns. Multiple hits, 8%, low knockback, can CG.

Specials

B: BubbleBeam
Empoleon uses BubbleBeam. Fires many bubbles that travel a distance across the screen, and then float up and pop. If they hit an enemy, the bubble pops, dealing about 2% damage. However, a bubble popping causes the bubbles around it to pop as well, dealing more damage. Not very spammable, but a good disruptor. Each bubble does 2%, low knockback.

Side B: Flash Cannon
Empoleon fires a ball of metallic light that travels very fast across the screen. Does dismal damage, but stuns the enemy for a short time as well as breaking shields. Fast and spammable. 5%, no knockback.

Up B: Drill Peck
Chargeable. Upon release, Empoleon shoots upward. The path can be controlled very well. With a full charge, he could even do a figure 8, making this a good edgeguarding tecnnique. Multiple hits, low knockback.

Down B: Leader Swap
Stalin switches with Anguirus. He yells, "I am finished!" He leaps off the screen, and Anguirus comes slamming down, saying, "It's my turn now, buddy!" The swap takes about as long as Zelda's transformation did in Melee.

Final Smash: Whirlpool
Stalin spins around rapidly and creates a giant whirlpool that sucks in enemies. They swirl around in the whirlpool and take damage. Empoleon then jumps into the whirlpool and slashes away. Finally, he delivers one great blow that destroys the whirlpool and sends enemies flying. 40%, extreme knockback.

Taunts

Taunt 1: Yells into the air, "You are not strong enough!"
Taunt 2: Does a combo of slashes.
Taunt 3: Spins around, then strikes a threatening pose.

(And before anyone points it out, yes. This is the same moveset from 2.0)


Anguirus: The Brawn
The brute of the 3, he isn't the brightest of chaps, but he boasts a great deal of power. He tends to run head-on into situations, and doesn't think before doing so. Tends to get the team into a lot of trouble with the guild, and Stalin normally has to stick up for him. He has a low voice with a slight southern twang.

Overview
The biggest and slowest. His combo abilities are pretty meh, so it's best to use Stalin or Undertaker to rack it up, then whip out Anguirus for the kill. Most similar to Bowser in playstyle. If you like heavy characters, you should use Anguirus.

A: Headbutts 7%, decent knockback
Forward Tilt: Rushes forward, turning slightly, hitting with the spikes on his shell. 9%, good knockback
Up Tilt: Crouches down and shakes. His tree damages enemies. Multiple hits, 7%, OK knockback.
Down Tilt: Headbutts, then kicks back rear legs. 7%, good knockback (headbutt), 9%, fairly high knockback.
Dashing A: Spins along the ground a few times. Multiple hits, 11%, good knockback.

Smashes
Forward Smash: Rears up, then slams down. 16%, high knockback
Up Smash: Razor Leaf- Anguirus shakes his tree, sending out a few leaves out that spin above Anguirus, then dissapear. Multiple hits, 14%, high knockback.
Down Smash: Leaps up a short way them slams the ground. 14%, high knockback.

Aerials
Neutral Air: Spins around a few times. Multiple hits, 11%, good knockback.
Forward Air: Bites. 10%, decent knockback
Back Air: Mule kick. 17%, high knockback
Up Air: Swings his tree. 16%, high knockback
Down Air: Thrusts all four legs down. 18%, Meteor Smash.

Throws
Grab: Two vines shoot out of the ground and ensnare the enemy.
Grab A: The vines tighten, squeezing the enemy. 4%
Forward Throw: Spins back, then charges at them. 13%, good knockback
Back Throw: Same, but does it in the other direction. 13%, good knockback
Up Throw: The vines twirl around the enemy, then fling them up. 10%, good knockback.
Down Throw: Anguirus spins back, then jumps on them. 16%, high knockback.

Specials

B: Wood Hammer
Torterra slowly begins to step back. When the button is released or the charge is full, Anguirus lunges forward and tackles at high speed. When he lands, shock waves go out for a short way around him. 7%, OK knockback (no charge), 20%, high knockback (full charge)

Side B: Leech Seed
Anguirus fires a few seeds at the opponent. They don't go very far, only about the length on Ness's PK Fire. If they hit, they start to sap the opponent's health, and Anguirus recovers some of the damage done to the opponent. They can be ripped off by using attacks or are removed automatically after about 5 seconds. Also note that the % Anguirus gains depends on the distance between the target. If they are right next to each other, Anguirus gains as much health as they lose. But far away, he would only recover about 25% of the damage done. 2% per second.

Up B: Grass Knot
Spins around rapidly, and a viny rope extends from Anguirus's tree that he uses as a Tether Recovery. Has about the range of a 5-Pikmin Chain. If it hits an enemy, the enemy gets smackes multiple times, and is Meteor Smashed. Also, the severity of the Meteor Smash is determined by the opponent's weight. 10%, Meteor Smash.

Down B: Leader Swap
Anguirus switches with Undertaker. He yells, "Well that's that!" He leaps off the screen. Undertaker then flies down to field and says, "Alright, alright, let's go!" The swap takes about as long as Zelda's transformation did in Melee.

Final Smash: Leaf Storm
Torterra gives out a loud roar. Then, a massive barrage of leaves come from his tree. The leaves fly around the stage like Pikachu's Volt Tackle, slicing enemies multiple times. You can control the direction of the leaves with the control stick. 15%, high knockback (per hit)

Taunts

Taunt 1: Says, "Well, that worked darn well."
Taunt 2: Looks around and says, "Uhh... Now what?"
Taunt 3: Smiles and looks up, proud of himself.


Undertaker: The Bird
He's the coolest of the trio. He always has a witty comeback to things, and he knows a lot about the current scene, unlike Stalin, who is more orderly. He has a bit of an attitude, and him and Stalin are always fighting. He has an Italian accent.

Overview
The fastest of the 3. He has a lot of tricks that can stun enemies to lead them into an Fsmash or a Meteor Smash. He can rack up damage very quickly, but lacks kill power. Most similar to Fox and Falco in playstyle, so any Starfox mainers will feel good as Undertaker.

A: Repetitive wing slaps. 5%, low knockback
Forward Tilt: Steps forward and pecks 6%, decent knockback.
Up Tilt: Raises both wings upward, similar to Wario's Utilt. 8%, decent knockback.
Down Tilt: Spins around many times with his wings outstretched. Multiple hits, 9%, OK knockback.
Dashing A: Spins around a few times, pecking. NOT DRILL PECK. Multiple hits, 12%, good knockback

Smashes
Forward Smash: Wing Attack- Crosses his wings, then whips them out fast. 13%, pretty good knockback.
Down Smash: A dark aura busts around Undertaker. 14%, high knockback.
Up Smash: Leans down, then delivers an uppercut with one wing. Some startup lag. 11%, good knockback.

Aerials
Neutral Air: Dark burst around him. 12%, good knockback.
Forward Air: Spinning peck, like Ivysaur's Nair. Multiple hits, 10%, OK knockback.
Back Air: Swings feet behind him, scratching with talons. 8%, low knockback.
Up Air: Swings wings upward, making a gust of wind. If placed right, sends enemies up like G&W's Uair. 9%, good knockback.
Down Air: Flaps wings hard, making a gust of wind under him. Meteor Smash, and also sends Undertaker up a short way. 7%, Meteor smash.

Throws
Grab A: Slaps with wing. 3%
Forward Throw: Flies up with them and spins them a few times, then flings them away. 8%, good knockback.
Back Throw: Leaps behind them and blows them away with a gust of wind. 5%, high knockback.
Up Throw: Throws upward, then does a loop in the air and hits them.10%, pretty good knockback.
Down Throw: Leaps on top of them and scratches them with his feet a few times. Multiple hits, 12%, can CG heavies up to about 50%.

Specials

B: Night Shade
Chargeable. Honchkrow closes his eyes and glows purple. When the button is released, a wave of Shadows envelops Honchkrow, which deals a lot of damage, but no knockback. But here's an extra feature: At a full charge, it will stun the enemy as well. With a full charge, Honchkrow glows purple, similar to the way a Shadow Pokemon would. With no charge, it would only reach about as far as Zelda's B, and with a full charge it can take up about 1/4th of Final Destination. The charge takes about 4 seconds. 2 seconds, 3% per second (no charge), 5 seconds, 4% per second, full charge.

Side B: Pluck
Undertaker flies forward quickly. If he contacts an enemy, he pecks them once and does a backflip off of them. Sends the foe flying horizontally, similar to Jigglypuff's Dsmash. If the opponent was holding an item, Undertaker steals it. If Undertaker was already holding an item, nothing happens. 12%, decent knockback.

Up B: Aerial Ace
Undertaker pauses in the air, then shoots up at blinding speed, rivaling that of the Wolf Flash. It is actually fairly similar to the Wolf Flash, except Undertaker goes up at a higher angle. Undertaker leaves a dark blue streak behind him. Can be a Meteor Smash if executed properly. 11%, good knockback, Meteor Smash (sometimes).

Down B: Leader Swap
Undertaker swaps out with Stalin. He says, "Outta Here!" And flies off the screen. Stalin then come on and says, "I suppose I'm up." The swap takes about as long as Zelda's transformation did in Melee.

Final Smash: Sucker Punch.
Undertaker yells, "Hey, have some of dis!" He rushes forward. If he contacts an enemy, the screen goes black, and a series of slashes go across the screen. After this, the screen comes back to normal, and the enemy goes flying. 34%, extreme knockback.

Taunts

Taunt 1: Says, "Dat's how it is!"
Taunt 2: Spins around similar to Olimar's Down Taunt.
Taunt 3: Cracks his neck and says, "Dat was fast."

Victory Poses (Together)

Victory Pose 1: Stalin is showing off a combo of slashes. Undertaker rolls his eyes. Anguius is just sitting.
Victory Pose 2: Undertaker leaps onto Anguirus's back and starts to laugh. Stalin uses Water Gun and knocks him off.
Victory Pose 3: Stalin and Undertaker are fighting. Anguirus then slams the ground and knocks them both down.
Losing Pose: Stalin and Undertaker are yelling at each other in the BG. Anguirus has two vines coming out of the ground, which are clapping.

Alt. Costumes

Left Column: Normal, Yellow, Green
Right Column: Blue, Red, Black
Bottom: Shiny

Kirby Hats

When Kirby uses Bubblebeam, he yells, "Papapapa!"
When Kirby uses Wood Hammer, he yells, "BAM!"

Snake: Colonel, why are these Pokemon talking? They're like... Smart.
Colonel: That's Team Big Shots, Snake. They're a team of explorers.
Snake: Where's their trainer?
Colonel: They don't have one. They're just as smart, if not smarter, than us.
Snake: WHAT!? Smarter than us? Impossible!
Colonel: Just keep telling yourself that, Snake.

Boss

Primal Dialga and Dusknoir
These two attack together. Dusknoir flies around the stage, hammering away with faster attacks, wheras Dialga remains stationary, blasting you with projectiles. Dusknoir has less health than Dialga, but he is also harder to hit, since he's almost always on the move. The best way to beat them is to focus on Dusknoir first, and hammer away at both of them with high-range moves when Dusknoir gets close to Dialga.

Assist Trophy

Drac the level 11 Salamence
Yes, he is an AT and not a Pokeball. Why? Simple, Pokeballs don't exist in the PMD universe! Now, to the AT. Since he's level 11, he's not all that strong, but Stalin is doing his best to work with him. He uses Ember, which fires many tiny fireballs out, torching enemies multiple times. Drac remains stationary, but he always aims his attack at the nearest enemy.

Stage

Temporal Tower
A flat stage with a pillar on each side, the one on the left being intact and the other broken, and walk-offs beyond that. The Time Gears can be seen in the background, as well as a stormy sky. There are no hazards on this stage.

Dash Attack: Uuberman does his super secret Uuber spin, which makes people turn into chickens. Since there are no chickens in Smash other than Falco, it works against most characters.

F-tilt: Uuberman does an uber sexy kick, which decaptitates opponents like a butter knife slices apart titanium alloys..

D-tilt: Uuberman does the uuber dance, making him become UUUBERMAN!!! UUUBERMAN is Uuberman, only with an extra U and the ability to make people hold onto the caps lock when typing his name.

U-tilt: Uuberman does an uber sexy uppercut, which turns all opponents into copies of Sakurai that will be slaughtered by Smash fanatics.

Smashes

F-LASER SMASH: Uuberman shoots a ****ing laser, which ****ing decimates opponents and turns them into a ****ty pile of ****.

down HULK SMASH: Uuberman rips his pants like the Incredible Hulk. Yes, Uuberman has pants, and they're darn good ones. The effect of Uuberman ripping his pants is like that of Taboo's off waves.

BRAWNDO THE THIRST MUTILATOR FINAL UP SMASH: Uuberman drinks Powerthirst, and then claims it's Brawndo the Thirst Mutilator, destroying reality.

Specials

SPELLING B: Uuberman forces everyone to watch a movie about a spelling bee, which is so unimaginably bad it burns their eyes out.

To F-B, or not to F-B: The awful pun made by the name of this attack makes the other smashers commit suicide.

U B****: The Super Smash Bros series is banned for having the word B**** in one of the attack names.

DBZ: Uuberman gives everyone a scanner, forcing them to look at his power level and marvel, it's OVER 9000!!!

GRAB

Grab: Uuberman grabs the opponent.

Slap: Because Uuberman is mean.

Kill: What else would Uuberman do?

Final Smash

Television Explosion: The TV EXPLODES!!!!

TAUNTS

Taunt 1: Uuberman kills everyone.
Taunt 2: Uuberman kills everyone.
Taunt 3: Uuberman eats a dead baby and tells a joke about it.

CUTMAN

WARNING: THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH HAS MANY LINKS. LOOK, SEE, KNOW!

Despite the somewhat bad angle, this is one of the better pictures, in my opinion, of Cutman. Most other attempts to take him beyond 8-bit just plain suck, or they make him too fat or muscly. It may be just my opinion, but looking at his 8-bit self, I don’t think he looks all that bulky. Plus, considering he’s known for his remarkable jumping abilities among bosses, I doubt he’s got much weight on him. Mr. Scissors should be thin, methinks. Oh, and he’s short. These pictures always make him too tall. He should be a little under Megaman’s height, like he was in The Power Battle. With the scissors on his head, he should be about Megaman’s height. Without them, shorter. It’s just better that way. Okay? Got it? Short(er than Megaman) and skinny. Honestly, I’m actually a real fan of his Powered Up artwork, because it’s like that. Yeah, I know that last link’s to a YouTube video with his Powered Up stage theme. Ignore that, and focus on the picture. All right, let’s get to the important stuff now.

Over the years, Megaman has faced opposition from many bosses, but few can boast a role in the very first game. Yes, Cutman first appeared in Megaman (no X, no 2, just plain Megaman) as one of the boss characters, the enemy Robot Masters. He’s nimble and quick, and grants Megaman the Rolling Cutter ability when defeated. Cutman attacks mainly by running around, jumping, and throwing scissor-like boomerangs. In Brawl, he’s among the lighter characters, and also faster, but not remarkably so. Just a bit lighter and faster than average.

STANDARD ATTACKS
Standard Combo -- Slash Combo -- Two scissor-like cutters appear in Cutman’s hands. He slashes once with the left hand, then the right, then extends the left hand and spins the cutter in it, dealing multi-hit damage. Medium range. 4% for each slash, and damage is variable for the spin, like Dedede or Pit.

Side-Tilt A -- Kick -- Cutman lifts a leg and kicks forward. Medium range. 6% damage.

Up-Tilt A -- Snip -- The scissors on Cutman’s head quickly snap shut. Short range. 10% damage, and actually has pretty good knockback for a tilt.

Down-Tilt A -- Low Slash -- Cutman slashes one of his cutters low to the ground, Medium-short range. 8% damage, and a 5% chance of tripping anyone hit.

Dash Attack -- Triple Spin -- Cutman extends his arms, with cutters at the ends, and spins. This move hits three times. As he spins, the first two hits are weak, doing about 3% damage. To finish, however, he performs a massive slash with one cutter, doing 8% damage and with decent knockback.

SMASH ATTACKS
Side Smash -- Cross Cutter -- Cutman crosses his arms over his chest, then slashes two cutters outward, damaging those in front of him. Similar to Duon’s massive slash attack. Medium-short range. 15% uncharged, 20% charged.

Up Smash -- Upper-Cut -- Cutman throws an arm upward, spinning a cutter at its tip. Deals multi-hit damage, with a stronger blow at the end (like Sonic or Wario). Medium-short range. Up to 12% damage uncharged, 15% charged.

Down Smash -- Double Cutter -- Cutman stands sideways and throws two cutters a short distance to each side. After travelling their full distance (about 1 SB block), they return to Cutman. On the way out, the cutters do 10% uncharged, 14% charged. On the way back toward Cutman, they do 4% uncharged, 6% charged. This takes longer than most Down Smash attacks, but boasts a pretty good range. Knockback is good on the way out, but very minimal when the cutters are returning to Cutman.

AIR ATTACKS
Neutral Air -- Leg Thrust -- Cutman kicks a leg forward, holding it there, in a sex kick fashion. 8% if it connects at use, 4% if the opponent is hit later by his outstretched leg.

Up Air -- Triple Snip -- The scissors on Cutman’s head snap closed repeatedly, three times. Each hit has decent knockback, and does not catch opponents for subsequent hits. Medium-short range. 8% damage for each hit.

Down Air -- Double Kick -- Cutman kicks downward, like Snake, but only twice. Medium range. The first hit does 5% damage, and has little knockback. The second hit does 8% and has a fairly strong forward knockback.

Forward Air -- Cutting Edge (Forward) -- Cutman slashes a cutter forward, horizontally. This move has almost no startup delay. Medium range. 5% damage.

Backward Air -- Cutting Edge (Backward) -- Basically the same as his Forward Air, but backward. It’s slightly slower, but does an additional 2% damage, with better knockback.

GRAB/THROW ATTACKS
Grab: Cutman grabs with his left arm. No extension.

Pummel: Slice -- Cutman slashes the opponent with a cutter in his other hand. Can be performed in very rapid succession, but each hit does only 1% damage.

Forward Throw -- Arm Thrust -- Cutman simply thrusts his arm forward, throwing his opponent. 5% damage. This is a fast throw with almost no startup or ending delay.

Backward Throw -- Backslash -- Cutman lightly tosses his opponent behind him, as if finishes with them, then turns quickly and slashes two cutters at them, one in each hand. 8% damage.

Up Throw -- Overhead Kick -- Cutman tosses his opponent over his head, then kicks them upward (Falcon’s Up Smash style). 8% damage.

Down Throw -- Scissor Lock -- Cutman tosses his victim to the ground, then throws cutters down to hold them. Does only 4% damage, but holds the opponent in place for about a second, often setting up nicely for a second hit.

SPECIAL ATTACKS
Standard B -- Rolling Cutter -- Cutman throws a cutter forward. After travelling about 2 SB blocks, it rises (about 1 block), and then returns to Cutman. It will follow him until it catches up with him, and only 2 Rolling Cutters may be used at a time, so he’ll be unable to throw more until the previous ones have returned. Their homing ability (in returning to Cutman) is such, just like in the Megaman games, that if you time a jump right, you can get the Rolling Cutter to circle Cutman for a time. Its trajectory is lightly affected by hitting an opponent or a box/barrel. 7% damage to anyone hit.

Side B -- Straight Cutter -- Cutman throws a cutter forward. However, unlike the Rolling Cutter, this one does not curve or return to Cutman. It will travel directly forward, at a speed slightly slower than that of Luigi’s Fireball, and will go indefinitely, until it strikes a wall, another attack, or an opponent. 10% damage. Only two of these may be used at a time, and using a third will make the first disappear.

Up B -- Chopper -- Cutman spins rapidly horizontally, using the cutter on his head and two in his outstretched arms like a helicopter. This makes him rise about the distance of Toon Link’s Spin Attack, and he can be controlled horizontally very well. Opponents hit by his spinning will be caught and damaged, with a final blow at the end dealing extra damage and providing some knockback to clear Cutman’s way. Enemies caught from the beginning will receive about 12% damage total, while getting hit by the final blow alone will only do about 4%.

Down B -- Proximity Cutter -- Cutman sets a cutter on the ground, or drops it to the ground if he’s in the air. The cutter will lay there, unmoving, until an opponent draws near. Once an opponent is within about ½ Smart Bomb radius, the cutter will jump up and hover over the ground, and start spinning. After about 1 second of spinning, it will quickly rush toward the victim. The cutter will initially travel straight in the direction of its target, but is affected by gravity, and can be nullified by making it hit the ground or a wall. In this state, the cutter knows no allies, so Cutman can be hit if his opponent dodges the cutter right. He cannot, however, set off the cutter. 7% damage.

FINAL SMASH
Final Smash -- Slice 'N Dice -- Cutman throws his arms upward, summoning a flurry of scissor-like cutters from the top of the screen. They are small, but come in great numbers and will usually cover most of the screen. All in all, this attack is similar to to PK Starstorm, but the cutters travel faster, are smaller and more numerous, and do only about 10% damage per hit. Opponents are likely to get hit multiple times, though, as this FS is not easy to dodge. On the downside, it has little KO potential, and is mainly for damaging your opponent(s).

LEDGE MOVES
Get Up (Under 100%): Cutman performs a quick flip, launching himself back onto the stage.
Get Up (Over 100%): Arm over arm, Cutman climbs back onto the stage.

Attack (Under 100%): Cutman throws a cutter onto the stage before crawling back up. It returns to him as he’s getting up. 6% damage.
Attack (Over 100%): Cutman crawls up, performs a low kick, and then stands. 4% damage.

Dodge (Under 100%): Cutman leaps up and rolls forward.
Dodge (Over 100%): Cutman crawls up and then weakly rolls forward.

Jump (Under 100%): Cutman flips and launches himself into the air.
Jump (Over 100%): Cutman slowly crawls onto the stage, then handstands and throws himself skyward.

MISCELLANEOUS ANIMATIONS
Dizzy: Cutman staggers side to side, both hands over his face.

Sleep: Cutman’s limbs go limp, and his eyes shut. He remains standing.

Sidestep Dodge: Cutman ducks quickly to the side, similar to Samus.

Forward Rolling Dodge: Cutman rolls forward. Pretty standard.

Backward Rolling Dodge: Cutman jumps and somersaults backward, similar to Snake.

Air Dodge: Cutman throw his torso back, avoiding damage.

Shield: Behind the standard bubble shield, Cutman is seen crossing his arms in front of himself, in a defensive pose.

TAUNTS
Up Taunt -- Cutman punches his fists together twice, perfectly in unison with snapping closed the scissors on his head.

Down Taunt -- Cutman folds his arms and says, scornfully, “Is that all you got?”

Side Taunt -- Cutman pulls out two cutters, one in each hand, and spins them both rapidly before putting them away.

VICTORY/LOSS POSES
Up Victory Pose -- Cutman laughs and says, “Couldn’t cut it, huh?” He then slashes two cutters outward with his hands, holding that position indefinitely.

Side Victory Pose -- Same as his Side Taunt.

Down Victory Pose -- Cutman snickers, “Aw, was I too hard on ya?”

Loss Pose -- Cutman claps, looking quite confused.

EXTRAS
Symbol: An outline picture of Megaman’s helmet.

Kirby Hat: Kirby gets a metallic red cap with scissors on top.

Entrance: Cutman cuts a hole in the background, climbs out, and the hole seals itself. (See this video)

Colors: Color changes affect Cutman’s armor/suit. Red (default), Blue, Green, Purple, White/Silver-ish, Black/Dark Grey.

Wii Remote Sound: Cutman says, enthusiastically, “You can’t handle this!”

SSE Role: Cutman shows up at a few different times throughout the story, randomly challenging various characters. Every time he is defeated, he’s found to be a False Cutman. The real Cutman is not revealed until much later. After a False Cutman challenges and loses to Sonic, Sonic finds the real Cutman in a patch of nearby tall grass. Upon reviving him, Cutman recounts Tabuu’s motives and actions, which he learned under Tabuu’s employ. After betraying Tabuu, Cutman was trophified, and multiple False representations of him were created for the work. Cutman and Sonic then travel into Subspace, where Sonic breaks Tabuu’s wings. Cutman joins your party and becomes useable when Sonic does.

To Unlock: Clear 3-Minute Brawl with all characters.

Unlock Message: “Cutman, Megaman’s cutting-edge opponent, has joined the Brawl!”

SOLID SNAKE CODEC CONVERSATION
Otacon: Looks like you’re fighting Cutman, Snake.
Snake: Cutman? This funny-looking guy with the scissors on his head?
Otacon: Yes, Snake. He’s a robot created by Dr. Wily to defeat Megaman.
Snake: Well, what’s he doing fighting me, then?
Otacon: I can’t really tell you for sure. He’s pretty gullible; maybe someone convinced him you were on Megaman’s side.
Snake: You’re telling me this fight is completely unnecessary?!
Otacon: It’s possible.
Snake: Can’t I just convince him I’m not Megaman’s ally?
Otacon: You could, but that’s hardly your style, Snake.
Snake: Hmm. I guess you’re right.

Wonder why they chose a Undertaker for the last spot on that team an Infernape would have made more sense. Anyway it looks great so far.
Did you read? It's my actual team on PMD2. I chose Honchkrow myself, as he is my favorite Pokemon.

RENJI of the Soul Society has joined Brawl 3.0!!
Renjii Arabai is a Soul Reaper and a very rash fighter. Although he doesn't have very strong defense, he makes up for it by using his zanpakuto's great range and power! Even without his sword, Renji is a great physical fighter, and can land strong hits to boot.​

Forward- A powerful Knuckle Punch
Upward- Jumps slightly, and kicks upward. He lands effortlessly, and quickly
Down- He kicks to the left, and again to the right. (like Ganondorf's, only faster)

Neutral- A wrist-Punch where ever he is facing
Forward- A kick where ever he is facing
Up- He uppercuts the sky (it sends him slightly higher)
Down- He swipes the sword around him while rocketing toward the ground

Throws-
Grab- His sword wraps around the foe, and retracts.
Forward throw- He lunges the handle of the sword, this unwraps the foe, sending him flying
Backwards throw- He spins, then lunges, etc.
Up throw- He swings his arms, then lets go of Zabimaru, the sword goes high up, and comes back
Down- The sword lets you go, but Renji then kicks you down.

Specials:

Neutral B- Zabimaru Slash: Renji's Zabimaru stretches out and hits anything it touches

Side B- Higa Zekko: Renji uses his Higa Zekko attack of any foe he is facing. (In case you don't know...) Higa Zekko is an attack that detaches the segments of the sword and surrounds the foe. The segments then cut at the foe, and fall down. This makes Renjii unable to use his zanpakuto until the segments disappear or are used.

Up B- Zabimaru Teather: Renji extends his sword to grab the edge of any piece of land.

Down B- Spirit Energy: Renji glows with Spiritual power. If he is attacked physically, he with counter back with an attack. But if a projectile hits him, He with reflect it back with twice the speed and power.


Final Smash- Hihiō Zabimaru: Renji unleashes his Bankai, and Zabimaru transform into Hihiō Zabimaru. You control the snake's head, and the body with follow. Each time a player touches it, it does 50%, and nasty blow-back damage. In addition to controlling it, you can use Hikōtsu Taihō; this means the snake's head will fire a powerful burst of energy.

Oh I didn't read the about part. Since I never played PMD2 I asumed they were the rival team like team Meanie in the first one.

It would be pure epic. I always wanted to see kirby with a cape... would lookexactly like a pink meta knight, lol

Unfortunately, guys, due to the fact that the internet I now have to deal with is butt-slow, I don't think I'm going to be able to put together a site to organize the movesets. Really sorry, but it would take me forever, and I don't have all the free time anymore.

I will continue to contribute TEH MOVESETZ, though.

I love feedback like a fat kid loves ice cream. *hint hint**wink wink*
