Waddle Doo looks awesome, inside and out. Down B looks like it's useful after a KO.
Yeah, that's when I figured it would probably be easiest to pull off. Probably the only time in competitive play.

Waddle Doo was awesome! The down B was cool it reminds me of a certain characters of mine's down B
Someone named Medicham..
. Which you guys should look at!!! (Look at sig for link)
First of all, awesome moveset. Love the details. I didn't even realized you'd already done a similar Down B for an attack. Lol. Oh, well, they're different enough.

hey guys, great movesets! Waddle Doo was paticularly awesome, the doo has always been one of my fav kirby baddies(but its hard to narrow it down lol.)

Anyway everyone im reserving a moveset.....its...

HEAVILY ARMED POKEY/PORKEY (MOTHER 2/ Earthbound Version)

Thanks, I can't narrow it down either... I've already done Sir Kibble (duh), Biospark, Knuckle Joe, and now Waddle Doo... I'll probably do a couple more, too...

Anyway, can't wait to see Porky's moveset.

Waddle Doo, kicks ***.
Thank you.

Nice job on Waddle Doo. Those little guys are somewhat adorable, and you did a great job as always.
Thank you. You're too kind, as always.

Pokey`s Moveset

Heavily Armed Pokey/ Pokey Minch Joins the Brawl!!

History: (SPOILERS)Pokey appears in the SNES RPG, Earthbound. At first he is Ness` neighbor and friend(sort of), but after Buzz Buzz appears and warns Ness and Pokey of Giygas and his plot on taking over the world, Pokey starts to become evil. He joins Giygas and eventually becomes his right hand man. Pokey fights in his Spider Mech, and can travel through time. His skin has become discolored due to time travel. END GAME SPOILERS :
At the end of the game, after Ness and his friends defeat Giygas, Pokey escapes into the future, which starts the events in MOTHER 3.

Stats
Pokey fights inside of his machine for the most part.

Height: 7/10 (not Pokey himself, Pokey in his machine.) hes a little shorter than Bowser
Width: 9/10 Hes fatter than Bowser.
Jump: 3/10 A very short jump..bad for getting up in the air, but good for near the ground aerials(short hop to make it even better in some cases.)
Second Jump: 7/10 Gas sprays from the bottom of the machine to give a little bit of an extra boost(the gas doesnt harm anyone.)
Walk Speed: 2/10 The spider mech moves very slow while walking....
Run Speed: 6/10 It speeds up when running though. About the same as Mario`s run
Attack Power: 5-8/10 it differs with his attacks.
Attack Speed: 5-8/10 it changes depending on the attack.
Attack range: 6-7/10 Slightly better than average for most attacks, due to the Spider mechs reach.
Crouch: The spider mech bends its legs and lowers its middle, lowering its overall height to about 5/10
Crawl: 1/10 The spider mech can inch along very slowly
Wall Jump: No
Wall Cling: No
Glide: No

Special Abilities:
Pokey only takes half the damage he would normally take form Fire and Ice elemental attacks. However, he takes a bit more % from electric type attacks.
A Moves/ Tilts

A: Pokes Its right Arm foward quickly (2%)
AA:Then his front left limb strikes quickly(2%)
AAA: The the right again, a bit slower and sends the opponent back a small amount. This is Pokey`s quick combo.(5%)

FTilt: Pretty Short range, the Spider mech bites foward. 12% low knockback

UTilt: A green gas is expelled from the bottom of pokey`s machine and it floats upwards. It moves slowley and dissapears at about healf of Pokeys height above him. Bad start up lag. If the opponent makes any sort of contact with the gas, a flower will appear on their head for about 5 seconds, sapping HP. No damage from the gas itself, no knockback.

Dtilt: Like Bowser`s dtilt, but more range and 1 less percent per slash.

Aerials

Nair: Spins around very slowly. Bad end lag but starts up well. Lasts about 4 second, then 1 and a half second of end lag. Pokey has a hitbox on his entire body while the move is active. oes more damage and knockback in the first 2 seconds(12% first 2 seconds, good knockback, 5% last 2 seconds, cruddy knockback)

Fair: Fires a droopy slime from the eye ball on the front of his machine. The blue slime falls to the ground like a stone and doesnt go foward at all. The slime expands when it hits an enemy or the ground. Does about 7% to an enemy and if it hits the ground it makes a puddle that will cause a 50% more likely chance of tripping int hat area. Lasts 10 second till the puddle dissapears.

Uair: Pokey jumps out of the Spider mech and flips around upwards, then he spins around and strange gas appears around him(the gas does nothign just aesthetic) the spider mech stalls in midair ,then Pokey lands back in the mech and they continue droping. The move has horrible end lag, like 3 seconds for Pokey to stop the spinning, and fall back into the machine) and it does only 5%. But it has really good upwards knockback.

Dair: The Machine spins around the falls down fast , in a pose similar to Dedede`s Nair. The bottom of the machine is a hitbox that lasts till it hits the ground, and you can cancel the attack. This move doesnt spike well but it can t bring opponents down with it at 100%+ percent. hitting the opponent in the air but close to the ground then landing on the opponent does the most damage.(5% bottom of Pokey`s machine, 10% landing on foe)

Smashes

FSmash: Pokey Charges Foward! : Pokey charges up his attack, then rushes foaward. The move is exactly the same as Bowser`s Fsmash in terms of starting and ending lag. Less knockback than bowser`s but still very good.however it goes about as far as Wolf`s Fsmash attack, and its % are somewhere in between Wolfs Fsmash and bowser`s Fsmash.

DSmash: Pokey Discharges a Very Stinky Gas! : Pokey Releases a large cloud of red gas around him. the gas floats to the left and right of him to a very short distance then it falls. If an opponent is hit by this gas, they are instantly stunned (like when the get their shield broken) for about 1 second. they take no damage. Pkey ahs to follow up an attack quickl because the stun goes away FAST (he cant use a fsmash or another Dsmash for example.)
Bad lag but it could be worth it...charging increases how much gas and how far it goes.

USmash: Pokeys machine stands on its Hind legs and stabs its 4 legs upwards. the range is more than Ike`s Upsmash in terms of how high Pokey reaches., but it doesnt go all around him. the lag is like ike`s upsmash. Lag is less than Lucas` Upsmash but still bad. The two middle legs doe about 10% uncharged, 15% charged, and low knockback, the higher legs do 5% u ncharged 10% and have better knockback.

Grabs

Grab: Clamps foward with its two front legs. OK range and not too bad of lag if it misses.
Pummel: Pokey grabs his opponent tighter and tighter. (1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, goes up each time you pummel, resets after a throw or a grab break, slow pummel.)

Fthrow: Shoots a short range beam that shoots the opponent with force from Pkey`s grasp. Good knockback, can kill at around 130% if very close to the edge, otherwise it can kill at like 165%(if the move isnt stale) does 11%
Bthrow: Chucks the opponet backwards, below the spider mech. the Foe bounces along the ground a bit, more bounce the lower the percent(like 4 bounces at 0%, and one bounche at 100%) (8% throw, 1% each bounce)
Uthrow: throws the opponent upwards, the Pokey jumps out and hits the enemy upwards. A higher percents Pokey might miss. (7% throw, 5% pokey hit.)
Dthrow: Puts the opponent down, then the spider mech body slams the foe.(10%)

Specials

Netral B: Eye Beam: Fires a small beam(about the size of ROB`s uncharged laser) foward. It moves about half the speed of ROBs. It cant be charged, and is only a little bit spamable due to some start up lag. (5%)

Side B: Pokey Tears into you! : Pokey rushes foward a bit then starts a consecutive attack that is Pokey standing on his back 2 legs and slashing foward with his front two legs. It does about 3 % each slash and has good range, but bad end lag. It destroys projectiles bit it does not reflect them. Explosive projectiles will be destroyed and will hurt Pokey.

Down B: Discharge a Very Stinky Gas!: Pokey unleashes a gas, either green or red. The green gas is the most common, it takes 30 secs to charge(charges while fighting) and when you unleashes it it goes out both sides like his downsmashe. It lowers the opponents attacks by about 2-3% for about 10 seconds. Let the move charge for about a min and the red gas will come out, it lowers your opponents % by about 3-4% for about 15 seconds and boosts your attacks by about 2% for about 5 seconds.

UpB: Gas Boooooster: He boosts himself up with a burst of gas from the bottom of his mech. He goes about the height of Warios UP B, a bit more. The gas from this move will make opponents stall in the air for about half a second, so it helps provide a safe escape from opponents below you and to the opposite direction of where you are recovering. Watch out for meteor smashes though!

FINAL SMAAAASH!!

DEVIL`S MACHINE/GIYGAS
http://files.fobby.net/0000/5773/GIYGASweb.jpg (Click THIS!! For real..its a REALLY great picture, but itll stretch the page if I post it here.)

this one is pretty epic, at least I think so...basically Pokey says"I understand you guys are already claiming to be heroes.
Well, it is a gazillion years too early for you to oppose Giygas!"
And the Devils Machine(Ness` Head form of Giygas) Appears in the middle of the stage. Its about as big as Pikachu using volt tackle, and its immobile. It doesnt do anything really, but if someone attacks it then it unleashes a small blast around it, or if a projectile was fired its reflected. Pokey can walk around and attack foes while its active. It stays for abotu 15 secs then dissapears. HOWEVER if Devil`s Machine takes enough damage(Like 40%) then Pokey starts laughing hysterically and says a small speech

"You must feel pretty stupid to keep fighting without even
knowing what Giygas looks like! So, do you want me to turn
off the "Devil's Machine?"
Well, prepare to be amazed!!" Pokey flips a switch in the spider mech and then he starts laughing hysterically, yet again. The Devils machine is broken and Ness` head dissapears. Then the background fo the stage fades away and Giygas takes up the entire background. It starts pulsating, and then you cannot comprehend the form of Giygas` attack. 3 large invisible rays will strike at your foe(one per foe if its a 4 way battle) and 2 will do about 20% and good knockback, while the third will instant kill whomever it strikes. Giygas may also say a random Giygas quote...
"It hurts..."
"I feel...good..."
"Ness...."
"NESS NESS NESS NESS NESS NESS NESS NESS NESS NESS NESS"

After this move then giygas fades and Pokey finally stops laughing.

Extras!
Taunts, Stage, Costumes, etc.

UpTaunt: "I MEAN Buisness! Hahahahah!!!!"
SideTaunt:"Whos the cool guy now?!?!"
Downtaunt: The spider mech unleashes a lot of red and green gas, the lets loose some smoke.

Win Song MOTHER 2- Pokey http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3SMcXilE7z8
WIN1:" I'll just sneak away to another era to think about my next plan. It's a good bet that we'll see each other again..." He then dissapears trough a red portal. (this one ussually happens when Pokey wins versus Ness.)
WIN2: "Bow Down to Master Pokey!! HAHAHAHAHAH!!!"
WIN3: the spider mech unleashes a lot of smoke and gas that covers the entire screen, the when it clears Pokey is gone, but you hear him laughing for about 5 seconds.

Stage: Cave of The Past: Giygas` Lair

Its a semi- large floating stage with strange ground, that sort of looks like intestines
or the female anatomy, according to some people
and no platforms. Kind of like final destination but bigger. The ground also has small bumps, and its constantly pulsating, changing where the bumps are at. In the background is the Devil`s Machine, then just darkness. About every min the Devils machine will appear in the foreground and have the same effect as the first part of Pokey`s final smash(but it will hurt Pokey if your playing as him.) Hit it enough and Giygas will appear and do what Pokey`s Final smash does when Giygas appears.

Pokey Means Buisness(Youll have this one on high in the "My Music" Section!!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkwzRz4mKes&feature=related

True Giygas theme: (mostly just trippy noises but its still cool.)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p8ZubcNyUPY&feature=related

MOTHER 2- Pokey (his song from when hes a kid.)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3SMcXilE7z8

Costumes:

MOTHER 2/ Default/ Green Team

"Young"/"original" Pokey (His spider mech is blue in this costume) Blue Team

MOTHER 3 Pokey (hes the same size, not as big as in SSE)

Red Team( Pokey`s clothes are Red and his mech is blood red.)

Black (Clothes are black and mech is black.)

White(Clothes are white and mech is white.)

Snake Codec:
Snake: Colonol, theres a weird fat kid inside a machine here..
Colonol: Thats Pokey, Snake. Hes a real bad guy,hes the enmey of the Psychic boy Ness. His Spider Mech will rip you apart.
Snake: It doesnt look so tough to me.
Colonol: Well looks can be deciving. It also has some nasty projectiles and poisinous gas to stop you.
Snake: Bah, big deal.
Colonol: And if he gets a Smash Ball....No....you must stop THAT at all costs....
Snake:...Why?
Colonol: .....I could..... only describe it as....Hell on Earth....

k...so i finished!! Comments?!

Bowser Jr. is moderately light, even though his height is equivalent to Mario's height.
------------------------
Solid Snake Codec

Snake: Hmm, who's this strange creature? Feels like I've seen him before.

Colonel: You're looking at the prince of the Koopa Klan, Bowser Jr. Snake. He is one of Bowser's underlings and just like his dad he's bad to the bone. Ever since his first appearance in Super Mario Sunshine, Bowser Jr. has been a common antagonist for Mario. While he does lack Bowser's raw power, he is much faster than him, thanks to his small size.

Snake: If he's not that strong, I highly doubt that he'd be a threat.

Colonel: Careful Snake, Bowser Jr. can mean disaster if you don't watch him carefully.

@ Metal Sonic, You didn't telll his name. Also his moves are pretty generic, it was good technical description though. You might want to spiff it up and add some more stuff,

@ Pokey, awesome moveset, and that Final Smash picture is awesome. No complaints here, although due to his size he seems like an easy target.

@ Bowser Jr, Aw no Shadow Mario attacks. Pretty straight forward moveset, everything's there.

@ nakedsnake: Hey thats not a bad moveset. You forgot the side tilt and dash attack though. Also, what are his strenghts and weaknesses? It would also help for some knockback details. Other than that not bad.

@Pkskyler: The pic for the final smash in a way kinda freaks me out lol. Its a very detailed moveset and really well done. Its very good

@Mario and sonic guy: Its good, but could use a bit more detail. i suggest adding some range and knockback to it.

And note: i'm not a professional or anything, but i just like to give out my opinions alright? XP

Thanks man glad you enjoyed it. The large target part is his main downfall, although I think his very technical "gas" attacks and his long range and pretty good power balance him out.

Good job on Pokey. That guy gives me the jibblies.
Thank you :D He is pretty creepy, huh? lol

Place an order! PIZZAMAN JOINS THE BRAWL!
"Get the door, it's JUSTICE!!!"

Pizzaman, the vigilante superhero patrols the town in his ghetto-looking car fighting crime and delivering JUSTICE!!! In all seriousness though, he's just some dude working at a pizza shop who takes his job way too seriously. After dropping out of Harvard during his senior year, he legally changed his name to Pizzaman and dedicated his life to fighting crime and delivering pizzas to hungry customers all over the world town. He has somewhat useless powers after getting bit by a radioactive slice of pizza; but he's been pulling this hero crap before he even got them so he really needs to just chill. He even custom made his own costume, complete with underwear being worn on the outside. His manager keeps telling him not to wear it but he does anyway. Some of his common foes include arch-nemesis Dr. Oatmeal and Ice Cream Man X, who constantly try to take over retirement homes and elementary schools respectively. He's way too arrogant and therefore has no girlfriend. He lives alone in a trailor park (because let's face it, being a delivery boy just doesn't pay), but he managed to soup his home up and even build an entire underground lair. Life's not so bad for him though, he gets to fly around fighting badguys and eating pizza all day. All this while recieving tips.

Whenever Pizzaman does an attack he blurts the most random, overdramatized adlibs ever such as "PIZZAYAHHHS" and "WIZAO" and it becomes very annoying when playing him because he does it after EVERY attack. Overall, he's just an obnoxious character to play (even more than PKTHUNDAAA).

Stats/Info: He's a pretty tall character, not colossal but... about the size of Marth. Pizzaman's very nimble as well having both above average speed and recover. His jumps aren't that bad either, although his second jump is shorter than his first. He does not glide or tether, but he can wall jump. He can crouch as well, but it's pretty useless since he's still targetable due to his size. He also can not crawl. His attacks are standard though, nothing special, nothing horrible. Middleweight. He's armed with a pizza cutter as his primary weapon.

B attacks:

B - Burnt pizza: Pizzaman starts glowing and then spontaneously combusts, emitting a firey blast from and all around him. It has both starting and ending lag. This attack does a decent amount of damage and blasts the enemy upwards so this attack is good for vertical KO. This attack also does a small amount of damage to the user, but only if the attack is completed. This attack can be used both on the ground and in the air. Also, the attack can not be interupted while exploding (but it can during start up). Once the attack is finished it shows him in a crisp like Ness' entrance in the old game (but only for a split second, it doesn't effect the gameplay).

B DOWN - Cardboard Dash : Similar to a Falcon kick, Pizzaman takes out an empty pizza box and rides it like a skateboard. It's a fast attack, but it does not travel diagnoally if in the air, it's always horizontal. It does a small amount of damage, but trips the opponent if it hits. No knockback. It's an instant start up but does have some ending lag which makes him vulnerable if the attack is blocked or dodged.

B OVER - Pizza Wheel: Pizzaman takes out a freshly baked pizza and then rolls it on the ground in the direction specified at a fast pace (only sonic can outrun it). If it hits the enemy it will start pushing the enemy with it (It's not that hard to break out of it though). It will roll until it either hits an obstacle in which it will topple over (yet it'll still add damage if the foe is still touching) and disappear after three seconds. Only one pizza per Pizzaman can be on screen at a time. If the enemy touches the pizzawheel it'll add damage by 2%, and it'll keep adding on until you're no longer touching it. A block/sheild will stop the pizza and cause it to topple over.

B UP - Car of Justice: Remember his car I mentioned earlier? He uses this in game. Pressing UpB makes Pizzaman jump in his car and you can fly for a short period of time. It starts out by going horizontal because it's a car but you can manuever it in any direction and is similar to Meta Knight's Drill Rush. It has decent knockback and usually does about 8% damage. This attack lasts longer than MK's Drill so it's possible to strike an enemy more than once. The total distance you can travel with this attack is 3/4th length of Battlefield.

A attacks:

A: A generic sucker punch. Not very powerful, no knockback.

AA: Using that same hand, he creates a pizzacutter, and then brings his arm back down slicing the opponent with the weapon. Again, only as powerful as a normal AA.

AAA: Using the same hand he shoves the pizzacuter in the opponent and then twists it. Does a little more damage. Same knockback.

DASH A: Pizzaman does a flying back kick. Unlike most of the dash-As, it aims upward instead of downward at the opponents foot... which means it could completley miss characters like Kirby and Jiggs. It's pretty strong for a dash a.

A SMASH Down – HORRIBLE DRIVER ATTACK: Pizzaman drives his car straight into the ground. Causing a lot of knockback but normal damage. The animation of Pizzaman actually getting into the car is very fast, infact it looks like a car just appeared stuck in the ground. It has a lot of ending lag as Pizzaman has to get out of the car and the car has to disappear. While in the recovering state he can be damaged but not knocked around like Kirby's down B.

A SMASH UP – : Does an uppercut while holding a pizza holder, sending the enemy upwards while doing a moderate amount of damage.

A SMASH Over – Pizza Slap: Pizzaman takes out a hot steamy slice of pizza and slaps you with it leaving a Pizzaish mess. Can be pretty strong if charged, average knockback.

UP TILT – Pizza Toss: Tosses up a spining pizza dough that pushes the enemy upwards but does no damage, sort of like Game and Watch's uAIR.

FORWARD TILT – : He wacks the foe with a glass napkin holder. You can hear a cracking sound as the attack is landed. Napkins fly out everywhere but does not contribute to actual gameplay... unless napkins distract you.

DOWN TILT – : He breaks the fourth wall and yells "DOWN TILT!" he sorta grabs on to the foe's leg and then bites it while foaming at the mouth. Not a significant source of knockback. Ok damage.

NAIR: Strikes the enemy with a cheese grater. Causing vertical "knockback" sending the character either up or down faster, but not fast enough to cause a spike/meteor smash.

B/FAIR: This is basically a clone of Mario Cape, however it's very situational since it can be only used in the air. Pizzaman attacks the opponent with his cape turning them and they're attack around to the opposite direction. Doesn't do any damage. It will stop the direction you're falling/rising in though. For instance if you were falling like this:
-----------------------------------
---------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------
the cape would do this:
-----------------------------------
---------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------
--------------------CAPE--------------------
-----------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------

DAIR: Does a backwards flip kick which can spike the enemy down if sweetspotted (which would be when the foot is directly facing down at the very end of the attack). Average damage.

UAIR - Peppergrinder: Pizzaman shakes a pepper grinder up over his head and does a small dose of damage to the enemy but no knockback at all.

Throws:
*all throws do nine damage.
F/B Throw: He lifts the enemy up over his head with both hands and just chucks the opponent (no matter how big) in either direction. The weight of the opponent determines how far he or she is thrown.

Dthrow: Pizzaman slams the foe to the ground and shoves a block of cheese into your mouth diagnoally so you slide away in either direction. He demands "eat yer food!"

Uthrow: Clamps the enemy with a pizzabox and then hurls them upward.

Hit: He does a headsmash. It's an exaggerated headbutt that actually does damage to yourself too for no reason other than him being weird.
-----------------

Final Smash – BAKED JUSTICE: Pizzaman takes out a big brick oven out of nowhere and begins lugging it around. Pressing A makes the oven door swing open and a huge wave of heat blasts away and most likely KOs any opponent caught in the blast due to the high damage and tremendous knockback. This can be used as many times necessary within the 10 seconds this final smash is active. While the final smash is active, Pizzaman can not be harmed or knocked back. He starts flashing black and white and his eyes and oven glow red and the stage turns dark.

Yes, he drags that around.

Misc:
Ledge Attack: He gets up and does a sissy slap while saying "Look, I'm being you!"
Taunt 1: "BRING IT LOSER!" signals to come closer.
Taunt 2: takes out half a pizzabox, lays it on the ground and starts breakdancing.
Taunt 3: "I've seen scarier innocent bystanders!" chuckes and a laughing motion.
Losing Pose: Claps by flapping a Pizza Box, clearly mocking the winner.
Winning Pose 1: Drives in, jumps out the car, yells "DELIVERY" and punches the screen.
Winning Pose 2: Has a pizza box in one hand and a slice of pizza in the other. He's saying something but you can't understand it with all the pizza in his mouth.
Winning Pose 3: Flexes his muscles and says "P-P-P-P-P-P-PIZZZZAAAAMAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!"
Idle stance: Flexes his muscles.
Stunned stance: Eyes all swirly, stunned, hunched over.
Entrance: Gets out of his car and says "So I heard you ordered carryout!"
Icon: A slice of Pizza... basically a triangle.
Color changes: Instead of his green: Black, Blue, White, light green, Orange
Unlock: There's an event were you have to kill your opponent with the Delivery Gal Assist
Trophy. Beat that and you get to face Pizzaman. Or play vs mode 325 times.
No Snake Codec. I don't do Snake Codecs. I don't do Snake. I Don't do SS.
Star KO: Meeeeeeeeeeeeooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!

Assist Trophy - Delivery Gal : Pizzaman's tusty sidekick and coworker. She attacks enemies by smothering them with bread dough. Picture coming laterz.

Stage - Pizza Land World: PizzaLandWorld is the Pizza Store's name. The stage Is like Final Destination, except with walk-offability instead of falling. Music (and theme): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jadNnoFBL5M
You fight on that top edge of that pizza box, ignore that little protruding tab thing.

Whoever made the Pokey moveset, the part where you said he cannot comprehend the true form of his attack was hilarious. Good movesets everyone; though I agree that there should be more detail put into Metal Sonic and Bowser Jr.

New challenger approaching

Minor "Miner" Dragon

(better picture approaching as well)

This is a character I made as a 5th grader... and as I am currently uninspired for movesets, I will make one for him...

Pokey was cool.
Pizzaman is funny, though I'd be afraid to play as him due to his talking.

I've added Raging Raven to the Beauty and the Beast Unit (pg. 130). I also gave some more functionality to Laughing Octopus's neutral special.

edit: The Regi trio sounds interesting so far. I'm curious to see how switching will be performed.

For each day the next few days, you'll have a new moveset from me for the Regi trio! (Unless I decide to be lazy!)

Moveset under construction

The Three Golems

Long ago, ancient people in the world of Pokemon made 3 servants of great power to help them build, work, and destroy. These golems were completely subservient under their creators and their master, Regigigas. However, the people became fearful of the Regis and sealed them away deep underground, lest they be unleashed.

With power beyond magnitude, the three combine their respective powers. They are Regirock, the stone king, who’s desert home suits its rocky features; Regice, the ice mage, who’s realm of cold fits its body, made out of the purest ice; and Registeel, the lord of iron, who’s dreary and rainy realm reflects its dull nature. Together, they unleash chaos with their great power.

Working with the Regis is unusual. None of them are small and light, and not one of them can be called quick. Regirock is a powerhouse, Registeel has amazing defenses, staying power, and good damage racking, and Regice is a floaty aerial and projectile master.

Regirock

Regirock is the most powerful of its brethren. It’s extremely slow, but its titanic strength and range more than makes up for that. Use it for KO’s.

Statistics

Size: 8/10 (The tallest of the Regis)
Weight: 8/10 (Heavy, but not too heavy.)
Walking Speed: 1/10 (VERY SLOW)
Running Speed: 4/10 (SLOW)
First Jump: 5/10 (Pretty high for someone so heavy…)
Second Jump: 3/10
Falling Speed: 5/10 (Not as floaty as Regice, nor as downright ridiculous as Registeel. A good balance.
Recovery: 7/10 (Up-B is just nasty, and slaughters gimping. However, Regirock’s poor jumping skills and only decent recovery range lower the score.)
Duck: 7/10 (His duck is very unique. Instead of merely crouching, Regirock falls apart and lies on the ground as a nice little rock pile. Good for a character this big.)
Crouch: Yes. (The rocks float across the ground. Very quick for a crawl. Just as quick as normal running.)
Wall Jump: No.
Wall Cling: No.
Footstool: Yes.

Regice

The ice golem cometh! Its powerful projectiles and aerials help make this a chilling matchup, but its low ground ability and large size could make it less of a threat.

Statistics

Size: 7/10 (Big, but not super big)
Weight: 4/10 (Ice is lighter than rock and metal)
Walking Speed: 3/10 (Slow, like always)
Running Speed: 4/10 (Not too slow)
First Jump: 6/10 (Decent)
Second Jump: 8/10 (Great)
Falling Speed: 2/10 (Very, very, very floaty. This suits his amazing aerial game.)
Recovery: 8/10 (The up-B and slow falling speed contribute to good recovery.)
Duck: 0/10 (Regice cannot duck, so it's screwed in this area.)
Crawl: How?
Wall Jump: Yes. (Those little pointy feet come in handy)
Wall Cling: No.
Footstool: No.

Specials

Ice Beam, Neutral B: Chargeable, but not storable. Regice charges up and starts glowing an unearthly white, before firing a concentrated beam of ice energy. The attack’s duration, knockback, and freezing time depend on how long its charged, with a barely charged or uncharged attack only lasting as fast as a repeated jab and not freezing at all, while the fully charged one blasts like a Mr. Freezy with considerably more knockback for a second and a half. Charging time also, unfortunately, affects the ending attack lag, with a fully charged beam having a full second of ending lag. The laser is about as thin and has as much range as a mid charged ROB laser.

Starting Lag: Low-4 seconds.
Ending Lag: Medium to High.
Knockback: Low to Mid-High.
Damage: 5%-17%

Crystal Cannon, B-forward: Regice swings its arms forward so that they’re aiming forward, and then causes a little ring of ice to form around the arms. Regice then fires forward both its arms, shooting them at very high speed (Think fully charged peanut pop-gun) with a range of half of FD. This attack has great damage potential and has a high chance of causing a freezing affect when it hits.

Starting Lag: 1 ½ seconds.
Ending Lag: Very little.
Knockback: Medium.
Damage: 13%

Icy Wind, B-up: Regice swings its arms around it in midair like a helicopter, creating a gust of cold, snow-filled air right underneath it that pushes it up. Lots of vertical range (Think Sonic), but its slowness could be a problem. The wind right underneath Regice freezes those who come in contact with it, while the spinning arms can knock opponents sideways. This attack leaves Regice helpless.

Starting Lag: Low-Medium.
Ending Lag: Medium.
Arms Damage: 8%. Arms Knockback: Medium.
Wind Damage: 12%. Wind Knockback: None (It merely freezes).

Golem Rest, B-Down: Regice sits down on the ground and folds its arms. A thin layer of metal creeps up from the ground over its body, covering it in a shell. Then, the metal shatters as Registeel breaks out from inside, spinning its arms around and damaging opponents.

Switch the description with the Registeel>Regirock description if you have them in a different order.

Starting Lag: Medium-High
Ending Lag: Low.
Damage: 12%
Knockback: Medium.

Registeel

Heavier than Regirock and Regice, Registeel is a tank. Its small damaging moves are a small price to pay for its sheer staying power.

Statistics

Weight: 10/10 (The heaviest character in the game, beating even BOWSER)
Size: 5/10 (Registeel is smaller than its comrades, allowing it to be comboed less)
Walking Speed: 4/10 (Slow)
Running Speed: 4/10 (Only a bit faster than Regirock)
First Jump: 4/10 (Weight comes at a terrible price)
Second Jump: 7/10 (It’s second jump helps, however)
Falling Speed: 10/10 (All that metal…)
Recovery: 5/10 (Gimpable, but it has decent range and deflects projectiles.
Duck: 4/10 (Regi bends its legs and plants its hands on the ground, so that its on all fours and has its “face” towards the ground. Just passable.)
Crawl: No.
Wall Jump: No.
Wall Cling: No.
Footstool: Yes.

Specials

Iron Defense, Neutral B: Chargeable, but not storable. Registeel crouches and begins to shine. Its body keeps getting shinier and shiner, until it is completely reflective like it’s made of mirrors. Depending on how much you charge up, the next time you are hit by a powerful (Read: Uncharged smash, Falcon Punch, Thunder…) attack it will do less damage and you might have super armor or less knockback. The starting and ending lag is very punishing.

If you charge up for 1 second and then stop, you’ll get a damage reduction of about 5% on the next powerful attack and its knockback will become slightly less. With 2 seconds, 10% will be nullified, and you will experience very little knockback. With 4 seconds, 15% will be nullified and you will have superarmor when hit by it. The effect is carried on until you A.) Die, B.) Are hit by a strong attack, activating the effect, or C.) Switch to another Regi. This defense does not work against throws.

Startup Lag: 1 second-4 seconds.
Ending Lag: Medium.

Toxic, B-Forward: Registeel crosses its arms across its “face” and fires a thin strand of acid that flies out from its eye forward about ¼ of Final Destination. If an opponent is hit by the acid, they will not take any damage or knockback from the initial attack. However, they will start getting damaged every second for a little damage. The damage grows by 1% with each second, but it unfortunately stops after only 4 seconds. How do you get around this? Strike them again with toxic. The damage amount each turn will still go up by 1%, but the ending timer is reset each time you hit an opponent with the attack again.

For example, say I use toxic, and it hits the opponent and starts adding up %. 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%... Aw, it stopped. But if you hit them again with toxic right before it stops… 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%... Toxic them again. Owch, this attack is scary. Unfortunately, the startup lag and the fact it has no knockback means poor Registeel is completely open much of the time.

Starting Lag: Medium.
Ending Lag: Low.
Projectile Range: ¼ of FD.
Damage: Explained above.

Electro Field, B-up: Registeel is completely surrounded by a magnetic sphere of energy that pulls him up through the air at slow speed, damaging and knocking any enemies in his way. This move can be controlled by the control stick to move faster, slower, or in different directions, and it reflects energy projectiles. Registeel is helpless after using this move. This recovery protects Registeel from projectiles, but it’s very gimpable due to its low speed. Its recovery distance is about that of Captain Falcon’s. This attack also attracts energy attacks slightly, which is useful since it reflects them. You can cancel it by pressing any button, but this leaves a bit of ending lag.

Starting Lag: Low.
Ending Lag: Low.
Damage: 3%
Knockback: Very Low.

Golem Rest, B-Down: Registeel’s transformation move. It sits down and curls up in a sleeping position. A thin layer of rock creeps up from the ground and covers it, only leaving a very generic Regi shape. Then, Regirock breaks out, spinning it’s arms around while doing so and causing major knockback. Invincibility frames at the beginning and when Regirock breaks out.

If you have a different Regi in line, then just swap this description for that of Regirock’s transformation of Regice.

Starting Lag: Medium-High
Ending Lag: Low
Knockback: Medium-High
Damage: 10%

Final Smash: Pure Metal

Pure Metal, Registeel’s body starts glinting oddly, and then with a bright flash of light which can stun nearby opponents, the Regi starts glowing and is invincible to all attacks for the next 25 seconds. Not only that, but all people on the field are turned to metal, so that they fall faster, but tiny, so that they still weigh less. The effect finally ends at the 25 second mark. Take advantage of your time!

Extras

Entrance: Registeel stands still and deactivated on the stage. Its eyes flicker on and off as it turns on. It then crosses its arms and beeps.

Kirby Hat: Kirby’s eyes get replaced by the circle within a circle seven eye pattern, and he gains a color scheme where he has a silver body, black face part, and black arms. His B attack is identical. Get that 4 second super armor!

Taunt 1: Registeel turns towards the screen and glows its eyes brighter, saying its game cry at the same time.
Taunt 2: Registeel’s eyes stop glowing and it stands rigid for a second before falling on its back, having been deactivated. It then suddenly jumps back up, its eyes glowing again (Coliseum game death.).
Taunt 3: Registeel lifts one hand, wiggles its fingers, and then suddenly extends them into sharp claws and slashes at the screen. It then reverts its fingers back to normal.

Wii Sound: The Transformers style cry it has (No really, try listening to it.) in the games.

Victory 1: Registeel walks forward in an exaggerated march with its legs and arms, looking very robotic. It then falls over on its face.
Victory 2: The entire screen is pitch dark, with nothing being seen. Then, a pattern of lights appear on the screen for a millisecond, you hear Registeel’s game cry, and the lights switch back on, showing Registeel is right next to the screen.
Victory 3: Regice and Regirock toss Registeel up in the air and off the screen. He then lands with a crash in front of them and waves its arms.

Loss: Registeel’s Coliseum death, only more detailed. Registeel starts tipping over and jerking, stops, and then its eyes black out and it deactivates, falling on its back.

Each fighter will have an individual final smash, with a fourth final smash that can be accessed by using the transformation move.

Yes, it is Regigigas.

Oh, it's not that amazing. Each regi has a down-B switch. When using this, the Regi sits down, folds in its arms, and is covered in a layer of either ice, metal, or rock, depending on which Regi is next. The next regi in line then breaks out of the shell while attacking. For the Regigigas final smash, the transforming Regi is covered it a layer of brass.

Regi order can be switched around, and there is no reason not to use only one Regi, as there's no fatigue. The typical order is Rock, Ice, Steel.

Hopefully Regigigas will be better in this game than he is in Pokemon.
He is. He still has slow start, but his insane power and good speed afterwards allow him to be an awesome final smash.

Well at least the graphical effect seems cool. :)

A 4th Final Smash through transformation? That'll be hard to pull off, but it'll be interesting to see what the results are.

How so? I find single hit final smashes more creative and harder to make, actually. I only added Regigigas because he's an essential part of the gang.

That's true, but you could for example, make it so that if each Regi executes its Final Smash at least once, the next Final Smash would summon Regigigas.

It's just my opinion though since this IS your moveset after all.

Hmm... I'd have to make Regigigas well worth the payoff, but this is a great idea...

Don't be afraid to lend your opinion.:) I'm well aware that the moves I make might not be perfect, so it's great to have new ideas shared.

By the way, Registeel's specials are posted. I'll finish the rest of the moveset tomorrow, and then I'll really start with Regice and Registeel. Yes, I thought Toxic should be in. Toxic is a great move for a tank like Registeel in the pokemon games, so he deserves it.:p

Comments: Pizzaman.

He's a great looking character, and his choice of weapon is hilarious. It's not the funniest character moveset I've seen (YOU CANNOT COMPREHEND THE POWER OF THE GIGYAS MOVESET!!!), but it sure has a lot of great effort put into it.

REintroducing.......

MAGMAR!!!!!

That’s right the firery-Duck-Like pokemon Magmar has joined the fray!! Bringing with it a whole bunch of fire based abilities.

Stats:

Size: about a head taller then Mario and as heavy as Link
Speed: just a bit slower then average
Power: he packs a alot of punch behind his fire punches. About the same power as Ganondorf
Attack Speed: It takes him a bit of time to get his attacks going.
Fall Speed: he's a hefty fire-duck thing, so he falls fast.
Jump: although he's a bit chubby and not that fast he jumps surprisingly well.
Number of Jumps: 2
Crouch: Magamr ducks his haed and covers it with his hands and tail. It makes him half his height.
Wall Jump: no
Wall Cling: no
Glide: no

Pros:
-High powered standard and special moves
-relatively quick speed for a character his size
-pretty good recovery

Cons:
-His recovery can be gimped fairly easily
-His attacks take some time in coming out
-heavy and can be comboed

Basic Movements and Other Stuff:

Walking and jumping: Walks normally on two legs like most other characters. First jump is normal the does a front flip for the second jump.
Dizzy: holds his head with his eyes crossed and sways back and forth.
Sleeping: sits on the ground with his head resting on his chest eyes closed. his tail is dimmed.
Shield: covers him self with a barrier of flames
Kirby Hat: kirby dons the top of magmar's head complete with flames
Entrance: Magmar appears in a burst of flames, which then shrinks and goes to
Magmar's tail

Standard attacks:

A combo: Right, left jab then a very short range blast of fire from magmar's mouth 2%-8% (first 2 jabs do 2% each then the fire blast does 4%) very little knockback and short range.

Dash Attack: Flame Wheel- does a flaming cartwheel with high knockback, but long lag afterwards. 10% damage.

Side tilt: Straight kick infront of him. a little bit of knockback and medium range. 8% damage.

Up tilt: Slaps his tail upwards. If hit by the tip of the tail there is high knockback, otherwise there is very little knockback. The range is about a half a kirby above Magmar.9% Damage.

Down tilt: Sweeps tail on the ground in front of him. If you hit the tip of his tail, where the flame is, you are blasted upward and take double the damage. Tail: 5% Tip: 10%

Side smash: Fire Punch- do i really need to explain this? Well I will anyways, Magmar does a straight righti haymaker with his hand covered in flames. Does 24% damage.

Down smash Ember- magmar spews a short fireball like thing in front of him. 20%

Up smash: Eruption, think squirtle's up smash except with flames, and only in front of him. 22%

Air moves:

Neutral air: Emits flames from whole body. No knockback, but the whole body is the hitbox. 8% damage.

Up air: Blows flames out of his mouth same properties as g&w's if you are above the move it pushes you upward. 9% damage.

Down air: Body slam- a stall-then-fall belly flop. If it hits someone Magmar bounces up again (like toon links down air). If he hits the ground without hitting anyone there is lots of lag. 10% damage.

Foward air: A double fisted fire punch. High downward knockback. Does 12% damage.

Back air: Backward tail slap. low knockback, but releatively large range. Does 6% damage.

Special moves:

Neutral Special: Fire Blast- self explanitory really, he blasts flames in front of him. Think flame thrower but more powerful with more range and its only one blast. 12%

Side Special: Lava Wave- Rides a wave of lava across the stage. Like Squirtle’s waterfall except it only moves horizontally. High knockback if hit with the wave when it first rises. Medium knockback if hit after that. Does 13% damage.

Down Special: Magma shield- raises 2 coloumns of magma that harden almost imediately creatign shields on either side of him (they each can take about 10% damage before being destroyed). Nice set, although I can't believe someone did one for MAGMAR.

However, the Codec is lacking. The Final Smash should be more unique, and he's missing two winning poses.

That's true, but you could for example, make it so that if each Regi executes its Final Smash at least once, the next Final Smash would summon Regigigas.

It's just my opinion though since this IS your moveset after all.
Just a thought, in what normal 3 or even 5 man stock would you aquire the smash ball 5 times unless you are really pathetic with it or the FS itself is really pathetic

Lots of detail with your Magmar moveset. I commend you for that. However, your Codec conversation could have been better. At least it's not ridiculously unrealistic like the others.

Like which ones? The Dalek hacking on made sense, Monkey D. Luffy's was centered on a rum joke, the Big Daddy/Little Sister one was mostly descriptive with a little joke about Metal Gear Solid codenames at the end, and the Jack Torrence moveset made a Big Boss reference. As for other codecs, I haven't seen one yet that wasn't hilarious and realistic at the same time.
