Aw man D: I'm devastated.
And he's a super-effeminate drag queen too.
If it's too devastating for you, I'm sure I could find a way to have a man (who looks like a woman) and a woman in my life... Or, um... Yeah, something like that... I'm weirding myself out now...

INDIANA JONES -- RANK: A
I think balance is my only issue with this moveset. The organization is stellar, the attacks are well-described and detailed. But here's a character with solid range, lots of power, and fair weight. He's not even slow, either. Perhaps you could tone down the power a bit, that seems like the easiest solution. Beyond that, I really like this moveset!

Thanks, as of now, I have nerfed Indy's speed a lot, and rechecked his balance so he's not totally broken (he's between Snake and Ike for power and knockback).
Well, fix up anything else you want to, and when you're ready to be reevaluated, if you want to, just fill out the reevaluation form on my site.

EDIT: Never mind, apparently you already did. I just saw it. :)

Wow, 187 pages so far and it isn't even January yet.
I'm impressed.
Forget January. It's barely September!!

Since Blitzkrieg hasn't taken me out off the COMMIE list, I might as well make my own judgements. Expect pages 1 through 5 by Saturday.

Not wasting countless hours on a 10 man community
Just FYI, blitzkrieg, I really enjoyed reading Master Hand and Hippowdon (I haven't read any of your other movesets). I just simply couldn't picture them in an actually serious fight at all though, I could only picture the motions. While I could picture the motions in detail and while said motions would lead to original moves, I simply don't know what the moves are actually suppossed to do.

I'd really like to see you give statistics in your moveset, as if you did I can see it being one of the front runners for contest winner. I'll be awaiting the moveset either way though, as I know it'll be another entertaining, creative read.

The Ben Franklin moveset has okay detail, is very true to the character and decently original in most moves, even if a bit random. A couple moves are very underdetailed and unoriginal, particulary the nair and the AAA, among a few others, but most of it's good.
I think that is now fixed, at least in the most egregious examples (AAA, nair, ^air).

I love that comic.

I STILL have every single book.

I wish they made a T.V. series out of it...
Me too.

Me too.

... Not so much. They'd ruin it. I wish that the cartoonist hadn't stopped drawing them.

Just something about the Ben Franklin moveset, down-b should be a tether recovery and the Snake Codec sounded more like it was Big Boss talking and not Otacon.

Ben Franklin is a pretty nicely done moveset. Has a good amount of detail and all. I can really only echo the comments already said.

My BIG moveset is about halfway done. I can safely say that this is my best yet, it's pretty good, if I do say so myself.. :p

Ahhh, well, it's a trio of characters done in a way that's quite different from anything else in the game - bearing a fun twist on Pokemon Trainer's concept. Now, the characters themselves aren't that interesting, but they have such good moveset potential, it practically writes itself.

I'm done the first of the three and most of the second.

HINT: Like the rest of my movesets, it's a Nintendo character.

Make Your Move
Wow... This contest has grown considerably in the last few days. Just got my cable back after the hurricane and already 30 more pages....

Well for my next moveset (and this will probably take some updates)...

The Third Agers:

How does the group work:
The will work just like Zelda/Sheik. Each character CAN change to another but is in no way reliant on doing so (unlike Poke'mon Trainer.)

How do you choose a unit before battle?
You have to hold down a button in character select.
Berethor- Default
Idrial- L
Elegost- R
Hadhod- L&R
Morwen- Z
Eaoden- L,R,&Z

How do group outfits work:
Its simple really. Theres an outfit 1 and an outfit 2 for the group. You can't choose individual outfits (assuming the alt. system is similar to what Brawl has.)

What are passive skills:
Passive skills are constantly active B moves that act passively. This serves as each members Down B. By pressing Down B, you change characters. Passive skills serve as tiny buffs to the characters, such as Berethor's 10% counter attack probability.

Character One- Berethor:

Story (Spoilers):
Berethor was a member of the Gondor Fountain Guard who was assigned to protect Boromir. After meeting the Lord of the Nazgul he is stricken with fear and flees, losing his memory soon after. He is then rescued from the ringwraiths by the elf, Idrial. He and Idrial go on a journey to Minas Tirith afterwards, meeting several companions (including Gandalf's party) along the way.

Description:
Berethor is a fountain guard. He wears full body armor and is armed with a sword and shield.
In Smash Bros., Berethor is the party's jack of trades, not failing or particularly excelling in any area. He wields a sword but no shield in smash. It is easy to tell by his moves that he is very generic and average... and thats the intended effect.

Outfits:
#1- His starting armor. Battle worn and battered black numorean steel and a sword.
#2- His fountain guard armor. White Minas Tirith steel by default. It bears the tree of gondor. This is the one pictured.
Both outfits are available in the following colors:
Black (outfit one default)
White (outfit two default)
Red
Green
Yellow
Blue

Stats:
Size- 4/5
Weight- 4/5
Falling Speed- 3/5
Power- 3/5

Movement Speed- 3/5
Traction- 3/5
Dodges- 3/5
Jumps- 3/5
Recovery- 3/5
Wall Jump- No
Wall Cling- No
Crawl- No
Glide- No

Specials:
Neutral B- Stunning Strike
Berethor slashes forwards with his sword. When the opponent is hit by the sword, he stuns the foe for a short time. This can be charged to add stun time to the attack. No knockback. 10% damage + 1-3 second stun time (based on charging.)
(Weapon; Slashing; Specials Direct)

Side B- Targeted Strike
Berethor stabs the foe. This does the exact same damage and knock back no matter who his opponent is, completely ignoring weight. Good knockback. 10% damage
(Unaffected by stickers)

Up B- Last Gasp
Berethor sheathes his sword, then desperately makes a last jump for the edge. This is a very average recovery. Not particularly easy to gimp, but it does no damage.
(Not affected by stickers)

Down B- War Trumpet (Passive Counter Attack)
Berethor has a 10% chance to counter attack after being struck by an enemy melee attack. When this happens, Berethor takes full attack damage, but has super armor. He then slashes for 7% damage and some knockback. If Down B is pressed, Berethor blows a war trumpet to call another character.
(Not affected by stickers)

An attack that in The Third Age can not be countered. Berethor slashes unexpectedly for the legs. Decent all around stats. 9% damage
(Weapon; Slashing)

Smashes:
Forward- Shattering Strike
Berethor slashes forward with both hands. This is strong enough to shatter some of an opponents defenses in the Third Age. This attack is strong and has great knockback but fairly slow. 15-20%
(Weapon; Slashing)

Up- (This is where I ran out of attack names from the game) Air Swipe
Berethor slashes the air above him with both hands. This is strong enough to create a gust around the sword. High knockback and good range but low speed. 12-17% damage
(Weapon; Slashing)

Down- Ent Roots
Berethor stomps the ground and Ent Roots burst from the ground and knock the opponents back. This is Berethor's strongest and slowest smash. 20-25% damage

(Weapon; Slashing)

Final Smash:
Banner of Elendil-
A light spirit appears on the field after Berethor waves a banner. It deals 30% and stuns all enemies for 10 seconds.

Situational Attacks:
Get Up Attack- Stand Fast!
Berethor screams "Stand Fast!" while jumping to his feet and slashing from left to right. 7%
Ledge Attack- Jumping Strike

Sleeping-
Berethor crosses his arms and bows his head. Z's start appearing over his head as he snores.
Running-

Walking-
A really basic walk. Not much to say about it. Berethor keeps his sword on his shoulder.

Victory Pose:
Berethor swings his sword several times and then yells.
Victory Song- Lord of the Rings Theme

Pros:
Very well balanced with few glaring flaws.
Pretty good range on many attacks.
No lack of killing moves.
Doesn't particularly fail in any area.
Heavy.
Stunning Strike can stun foes.
Targeted Strike ignores an enemies weight, always dealing the same knockback.

Cons:
Large target.
Doesn't particularly excel in any area.
Recovery is easy to gimp.

Character Two- Idrial:

Story (Spoilers):
Idrial is an elf from Lothlorien. She was sent out to rescue Berethor from the Ringwraiths. She later falls in love with Berethor but knows that he is destined to be with Morwen, a woman of Rohan. Idrial is skilled in the arts of water magic and healing. She is also armed with a elven sword.

Outfits:
#1- Idrial's Travel Jerkin (not pictured)

Recovery- 3/5
Final Smash- 4/5

10% damage (not including degeneration)
(Weapon; Slashing; Specials Direct)

Side B- Destined Strike
A quick and weak attack that will always hit through shields (not breaking them). 5% damage
(Weapon; Slashing; Specials Direct)

Up B- Haste of the Elves
Idrial runs faster than usual. This gives her the ability to run on air temporarily. Great horizontal recovery. This can be jumped out of (if you time it before the move ends) to aid vertical recovery.
(Not affected by stickers)

Down B- War Trumpet (Passive Grace of the Eldar)
Idrial automatically regenerates 1% health per second while standing still (it takes 3 seconds to start the regeneration.) Press down b to play a war trumpet and switch characters to Elegost.

Normal Attacks:
A- Fluid Strike
A normal slash with "fluid-like" animations. 5%
(Weapon; Water; Slashing)

A,A- Elven Rage
A second slash. 3%
(Weapon; Slashing)

A,A,A- Gil-galad Rampage
A third "critical" slash with decent knockback. 5%

Tilts:

(Weapon; Slashing)

Up- Rising Sword
Idrial slashes upwards quickly. Low knockback. Good speed and range. 7% damage

(Leg)

Smashes:
Forward- Loudwater Fury (the only smash attack that she actually has in the game)
Idrial pushes her hands forwards, creating a stream of water that deals heavy knockback. Decent range and long duration but rather slow. Idrial's strongest and slowest smash. 15-20% damage
(Water)

Up- Whirlpool
Idrial spins and a large whirlpool knocks foes back vertically. Large vertical range. High knockback. Some lingering effect. Average Smash Speed. 13-18% damage
(Water)

Down- Fountain
Water rises from the ground in a wide (but not high) range and knocks the foe back. The weakest and fastest of Idrial's smashes. It still has good knockback. 12-17% damage
(Water)

Situational Attacks:
Get Up Attack- Spurt
Idrial leaps to her feet and a small blast of water knocks foes back slightly. 5%
(Water)
Ledge Attack- Aqua Edge
Idrial stabs forward, her sword covered in water. 5%
(Slashing; Weapon; Water)

Aerials:
Nair- Water Vapor
The air around Idrial becomes drops of water that give slight knockback to the foe. The only really good feature of this attack is that Idrial has super armor frames. 9%

Fair- Liquid Slash
Idrial slashes forwards and a blade of water further extends the attacks range, giving it a lingering effect. Good all around aerial. 12%
(Slashing; Weapon; Water)

Idrial backslashes, leaving a powerful blade of water behind her. Comparable to her Fair. 12%
(Slashing; Weapon; Water)

Uair- Rising Water
Idrial is lifted by a strong burst of water until she stops and slashes with ice on her sword. This causes great knockback to help make up for the slowness of the aerial. 13%
(Slashing; Weapon; Water)

Dair- Waterfall
Idrial falls downwards creating a powerful waterfall. This is Idrials most powerful aerial and has the longest lingering effect. It is also her slowest aerial. 15%
(Water)

Final Smash:
Water Stallion-
This is Idrials most powerful attack in the Third Age. Idrial casts water forward (similar to Loudwater Fury) but it creates horses made of water that trample and push foes along their path. This final smash is comparable to Mario Finale.

Grabs/Throws:
Grab- Water Pressure
Idrial grabs the opponent with water which constricts the foe with its pressure.

Grab Attack- Drain Inspiration
Idrial drains health from the foe (in the 3rd age she drains mana). This steals 1% (adding it to Idrials health) per usage.

Forward- River
The water surrounding the foe becomes a river that pushes them a distance forward. Idrials most powerful throw. 8%

Back- Water Pump
Idrial throws the foe backwards by casting them back with the force of water. 5%

Up- Hot Spring
A geyser burst from the ground and knocks the foe upwards. Good knockback. 7%

Sidestep- Fluid Motion
Idrial sidesteps, leaving a trail of water behind her.

Forward Roll- Liquid Roll
Idrial turns into water and slips forward. She then becomes herself again.

Backward Roll- Water Slide
Water appears under Idrial's feet and pushes her backwards.

Aerial Dodge- Fluid Dodge
Idrial airdodges, leaving a trail of water behind her.

Miscellanious Animations:
Idle- Sheathes her sword and starts playing with a ball of water.
Dazed- Grips her stomach. A light appears around her hand signaling that she is trying to heal herself.
Sleeping- Lays down and starts snoozing. Z's appear above her head.

Taunts:
Up- Swings her sword twice.
Left/Right- Uses healing spell animations. Her hand glows with a golden light.
Down- Creates a water stallion and starts riding it (works kind of like Snake's box.)

Victory Pose:
Swings her sword 3 times and the camera zooms in on her face (just like in the 3rd age.)
Victory Song- Lord of the Rings Theme.

Pros:
No lack of killing moves.
Well rounded stats.
Very useful and powerful water moves, such as Loudwater Fury, many of which have lingering effects.
Great dodges.
Powerful Final Smash.
Can change to Elegost if needed.

Cons:
Her sword is short compared to most others.
Passive Skill isn't really that useful.
Tends to be beaten by faster characters.

Character 3: Elegost

Story (Spoilers):
Elegost is a Dunedain Ranger. He is a talented archer and survivor. Berethor and Idrial meet Elegost when they attempt to rescue him from a pack of wargs (he was really luring the wargs into a trap). Elegost then obtains their aid in finding the dwarf Haghod, who will help them get through Moria.

Description:
Elegost is the group's projectile specialist. He is subpar (perhaps even horrible) at close range combat but has a variety of useful arrow moves and special abilities.

Outfits:
#1- Elegost's starter armor (Dunedain Boiled Leather) and a Dunedain Hunting Bow
#2- Dunadain Scale-mail armor and a Mordor Orc Shortbow.
Both outfits are available in the following colors:
Brown (default for both outfits)
Red
Green
Blue
Yellow/Gold
White
Black
*Outfit color changes the primary color of his entire outfit.

Stats:
Size- 4/5
Weight- 3/5
Falling Speed- 2/5
Power- 2/5
Attack Speed- 4/5
Reach- 3/5
Movement Speed- 4/5
Jumps- 4/5
Recovery- 2/5
Final Smash- 5/5
Dodges- 5/5
Traction- 5/5
Wall Jump- Yes
Wall Cling- No
Crawl- Yes
Glide- No

Specials:
Neutral B- Aimed Shot
Aimed Shot is more powerful than the average arrow. While you hold the B button, Elegost "charges" the arrow, allowing you to aim it in any direction. Charging the arrow has no effect on damage. This arrow flies in a straight line for rougly the length of Final Destination but then plummets downwards. These arrows fly roughly the speed of Link's and have little knockback. 5%
(Weapon; Projectiles; Specials Indirect)

Side B- Kingsfoil Grace
Elegost applies Kingsfoil to his wounds, healing for 5% health. This recharges after 10 seconds.
(Specials Indirect- Adds +1 to healing)

Up B- Fangorn Roots
Elegost shoots an arrow (you have some control over its direction) and when/if it hits a target, ent roots appear where the arrow struck, reaching out for Elegost to grab. If this strikes a person, they will be held in place until the roots disappear (which happens after Elegost is pulled to them). Elegost can cancel the recovery (also making the roots disappear) by jumping off of the roots after they reach Elegost. 7% damage (arrow)
*This arrow is unaffected by Elegost's down B.
(Weapon; Projectiles; Earth; Specials Indirect)

Down B- War Trumpet (Passive Condition Arrow)
Elegost has a random chance of any of his arrows being one of the following:
1. Normal Arrow (50%)
2. Sleep Arrow- Puts the foe to sleep for a few seconds. (10%)
3. Flash Arrow- Temporarily "blinds" the foe and anyone (friend or foe) near that opponent, giving all of their attacks a 33% chance to "miss" for 5 seconds. (10%)
4. Splinter Arrow- Strikes the foe and anyone (friend or foe) near that opponent for the regular arrow damage. (20%)
5. Crippling Shot- Makes the struck foe move 33% slower for 5 seconds. (10%)
*Nearby range is roughly the range of a Falcon Pawnch!
When you press Down B, Elegost uses a War Trumpet to call in Haghod, switching characters.

Normal Attacks:
A- Hands of the Bowman
An infinite punching combo performed by holding the A button. Each hit is weak and the combo is easy to DI out of. 1% per hit.
(Arm)

Dash Attack- Dunedain Haste
Elegost quickly dashes into a kick. Weak but fast. 5%
(Leg)

Tilts:
Elegost is a rather interesting character. He has only one "tilt" but tilting the stick effects direction.
Tilt A: Piercing Might
An arrow that flies very fast and strikes for decent damage. 7%
*Can be tilted to the side, up, or down in order to make up, down, and side tilts.
*This arrow is effected by Elegost's down B.
(Weapon; Projectiles)

Smashes:
Elegost is unique in that he only has one "smash". Using a direction decides the direction in which Elegost fires.
Smash A: True Shot
An arrow that flies slightly slower than usual but does high damage and knockback due to its broad head. 12%
*Can be smashed to the side, up, or down in order to make up, down, and side tilts.
This arrow is effected by Elegost's down B.
(Weapon; Projectiles)

Aerials:
Nair- Huorn Pollen
Scatters a satchel of Huorn Pollen around himself, putting any nearby enemies to sleep for 3 seconds.
(Not affected by stickers)

Fair-Frenzy
Elegost does a quick frenzy of punches and kicks (5 in all). The last hit has decent knockback. 3% per hit.
(Arm Or Leg)

Bair- Backhand
Elegost backhands. This attack has good stats except for range (which is bad). 10%
(Arm)

Uair- Arrow Rain
Elegost fires several arrows (which remain close together in a group) at once into the air. Best killing aerial with high knockback. These arrows fall after going a high distance into the air (assuming they don't hit something). They can hit on the way down (but anyone with much skill at all will likely avoid them). 12%
* This attack can trigger Elegost's down B.
(Weapon; Projectiles)

Dair- Arrow Flurry
Elegost fires three arrows downwards (in the 3rd age it was 2 arrows). One arrow flies straight down. One flies left and one flies right (both of which travel in a downwards arcs.)
Each of these arrows can trigger Elegost's down B seperately.
(Weapon; Projectiles)

Situational Attacks:
Get Up Attack- Cunning Trap
Elegost isn't really down for the count. He leaps to his feet and slashes with a Dunedain sword (which he rarely uses for anything but trapping wargs.) 7%
(Weapon; Slashing)
Ledge Attack- Dunedain Leap
Elegost leaps forward and kicks the foe. 7%
(Leg)

Final Smash:
Northern Storm-
Easily one of the (if not the) most powerful moves available to Elegost (not counting the groups perfect mode abilities). Elegost tests the wind and predicts a coming storm. That storm happens almost immediately. Powerful strikes of lightning strike at regular intervals (1 bolt every 3 seconds). Anyone struck by lightning takes 30% damage and very high knockback that can kill most characters at 30% damage.
This Final Smash ends after 15 seconds.

Grabs/Throws:
Grab- Bowstring
Elegost quickly captures the opponent by putting their head between the shaft and the string of the bow.

Grab Attack- Boot
Kicks the opponent in the shin. 3%

Forward Throw- Release
Releases the opponent from the grab but quickly kicks them forward. 7%

Back Throw- Backwards Release
Turns, releases the opponent from the grab, and quickly kicks them. 7%

Up Throw- Bullseye
Releases the opponent from the grab, throws them upwards and shoots an arrow directly into the chest. High damage low knockback. 10%

Down Throw- "Just making sure he's dead"
Elegost throws the opponent to the ground, quotes this line from the game, and then kicks their body hard. High damage but very little knockback. 12%

*None of these throws can chain.

L-Button:
Shield- Huorn Roots
The roots of an ent appear around Elegost to shield him.

Sidestep- Ranger Evade
A standard looking side-step, except that leaves are blown around by Elegost's movement.

Forward Roll- Standard.
A standard roll.

Back Roll- Backflip
A back flip.

Aerial Dodge- Dunedain Evade
A standard air dodge, but Elegost's movements are like the wind. The wind blows his cape around some to add emphasis to the effect.

Miscellanious Animations:
Idle- Elegost pulls out a knife and starts making arrow shafts but cutting the wood.
Dazed- Elegost appears to be wounded (without blood). He reaches into his satchel, searing for Kingsfoil.

Taunts:
Up- Pulls out an arrow head, attaches it to a shaft, and sticks the new arrow into his quiver.
Side- Throws his bow into the air and catches it.
Down- Says "The little ones are always the hardest to kill." (Another line from the game)

Victory Pose:
Elegost throws his bow into the air, somehow making it spin several times before he catches it again. He then lets out a victory cheer.

Character Four: Hadhod:

Story (Spoilers):
Hadhod is the dwarf friend of Elegost. When their group was attacked by a pack of Goblins (led by an orc), Hadhod was carried away in a landslide, but not before he gave Elegost a map to Moria. Elegost, badly wounded could not stop the orc from running off with his map. Hadhod's life did not end there, however, for he was a truly stubborn dwarf. Berethor's group meets Hadhod before venturing into Moria and saves him from a Troll. He then joins their group and escorts them through the mines of Moria. Hadhod's tale is one of great sorrow, for all his sons were killed by Goblins and eaten by trolls when Moria fell.

Description:
Hadhod is the groups "muscle." He fights with a powerful axe or hammer and also has power over earth and fire magics.

Outfits:
#1- The outfit pictured, Dwarven Velvet. Weapon would be a Moria walking axe, the last axe ever made in Moria.
#2- Dwarven Steel Scale-Mail Hauberk and Tabard, combined with Mithril helmet, greaves, and pauldrons. The weapon would be a 2nd Age Mithril Dwarven Warhammer (a large powerful hammer).
Both outfits are available in the following colors:

White (Steel) (Outfit 2 Default)

(Weapon; Slashing)

Side B- Flaming Fury
Hadhod calls on the fire spirits and fires a large fireball. You can control the direction of this much like PK Thunder. This projectile is slow-moving in comparison but deals much higher knockback. 10%
(Fire)

Up B- Mountain Shield
A large mountain appears under Hadhod. This mountain gives you great vertical elevation and you can then jump off to increase distance. This mountain can be destroyed if it takes enough damage. (Using it again will destroy the previous one.)
(Unaffected by stickers)

Down B- War Trumpet (Passive Might of Balin)
Hadhod's weight increases by 20% when his damage goes above 150%. When you press Down B, Hadhod uses a War Trumpet to call in Morwen, switching characters.

Normal Attacks:
A- Dwarven Cleave
A basic axe swing from left to right. Weak. 3%
(Weapon; Slashing)
A,A- Mountain Rage
A second followup swing from the current position downwards. 3%
(Weapon; Slashing)
A,A,A- Rampage of Durin
Finishes the combo with a 3rd powerful swing from bottom to top. Good vertical knockback. 5%
(Weapon; Slashing)

Dash Attack-Smite
Shoves the enemy with Hadhod's shoulder for good horizontal knockback. 10%
(Arm)

Tilts:
Forward- Hew Armor
A horizontal axe attack strong enough to break light armor. Decent all around attack. 10%
(Weapon; Slashing)

Up- Damaging Shield
Hadhod creates a slightly damaging shield of fire above him. Whoever runs into it takes some damage and knockback. Out-Prioritizes just about anything do to its defensive nature. Hadhod's fastest but lowest reaching tilt. 5%
(Fire)

Down- Goblin Bane
An downwards axe attack that somehow causes devastating damage to Goblins. Versus humans, it is just a basic attack. Decent all around. 10%
(Weapon; Slashing)

Smashes:
Forward- Durin Wrath
Hadhod swings his axe from left to right and from right to left. No knockback but it leaves the enemy stunned for up to 3 seconds. Good damage. Hadhod's fastest smash (still has considerable lag.) 7-10% each hit.
(Weapon; Slashing)

Up- Flames of Ruin
Hadhod calls on the spirits of fire to create a highly damaging fireball above him. This one stays in place, doing high knockback and damage to anyone foolish enough to come into contact with it. Slow, powerful, and far reaching.
15-25% damage
(Fire)

Down- Stone Hewer
Hadhod smashes his attack into the ground, rocking the very earth around him. High damage and vertical knockback. If you get struck by the axe you get hit for even more. Hadhod's slowest and most powerful smash.
20-25% axe sweetspot 15-20% earthquake
(Weapon; Slashing; Earth)

Aerials:
Nair- Rampage of Durin
Hadhod strikes four times with his axe quickly. Low knockback for all hits. 4% each hit.
(Weapon; Slashing)

Fair- Spirit Cleave
An axe swing with the spirit of fire. Great power and decent range but somewhat poor speed. 12%
(Weapon; Slashing; Fire)

Bair- Cleaving Wound

7% damage+9% (over 3 seconds) degeneration.
(Weapon; Slashing)

Uair- Enduring Flame
A flame is created above Hadhod. This flame has an especially long lingering effect. Good range and power but slow. 15%
(Fire)

Dair- Mountain Hewer
Hadhod throws all of his weight towards the ground (knocking anyone who comes into contact with him downwards). Just before hitting the ground, he slams his axe into the earth, creating huge rocks that fly in all directions. These rocks have good knockback and fly at a decent speed, but the real power is in the axe itself. The axe has very high vertical knockback. This is Hadhod's most predictable aerial and has huge (and punishable) ending lag but it is also his most powerful aerial.
10% Rocks 20% Axe
(Weapon; Body; Slashing; Earth)

Situational Attacks:
Get Up Attack- Stumble
The drunken swagger of a dwarf. It knocks opponents around humorously. 7%
(Body)
Ledge Attack- Berserk

(Weapon; Slashing)

Final Smash:
Dragon Calling-
One of Hadhod's most powerful attacks. He summons a great dragon fire spirit. It breathes fire on the stage from left to right, causing high knockback and damage to anyone struck by it. It gets worse, however, because the stage is lit on fire, damaging anyone but Haghod who comes into contact with the flames, for 10 seconds. The knockback of the initial fire breath kills at damage percentages as low as 50%.
Initial attack- 30%
Wildfires- 5% per second (that you are in contact with them).

Grabs/Throws:
Grab- Dwarf Fight!
Hadhod leaps onto the opponents back, riding them. His legs are tight around the foe's neck. (Sorry couldn't resist)

Back Throw- Back Flip
Hadhod throws all of his weight into a back flip, releasing the opponent at the end. Good knockback. 5%

Up Throw- Tombstone!
Somehow, Hadhod over powers the foe, pulling them into the air, turning them, and then crashing down into the ground. Totally stolen from the Undertaker. Decent vertical knockback. 10%

Down Throw- Piledriver!
Hadhod slams the foe into the ground. No knockback but very painful. 12%

*None of these grabs/throws can be chained (and yes this part was very fun to make =))

Miscellanious Animations:
Idle- Hadhod taps his axe/hammer on his right shoulder.
Dazed- Hadhod appears to be drunk on dwarven ale. He staggers around a good bit.

Taunts:
Up- Pulls out a dwarven ale and drinks it (the mug is solid not clear so you can't tell its beer).
Side- Staggers around (he had a bit to much ale.)
Down- Slams his weapon into the ground.

Lose Pose:
Claps for the opponent and offers him a mug.

Victory Pose:
Beats on his chest a couple times and yells (his voice is lower pitch than the rest).
Victory Theme- LotR Theme.

Pros:
Powerful.
Still possesses some fast attacks.
Has useful fire moves.
Small target.
Heavy for his size.
Very entertaining to use.

Cons:
Lacking in the air.
Powerful attacks (especially Smashes) are often slow.
Fairly slow.

Character 5: Morwen

Story (Spoilers):
When the group travels through Rohan, they find a lone warrior defending herself against orcs. The group then rushes in to save her. The warrior introduces herself as Morwen. Idrial immediately becomes jealous of Morwen, knowing that Morwen is the one destined for Berethor. When asked what qualifies her to join the group Morwen says "All that I have left... rage... hate... and a few trinkets." Morwen's family is killed by warg riders. After that she decides to stay with the group and help in the war. Berethor and Morwen eventually fall in love.

Description:
Morwen is the group's double attacker and thief. She possesses very high speed and does good damage through multi-hits. She can steal items, experience, health, mana, even dexterity and strength.
Morwen players should focus on damage racking and defensive play. Then finish their opponent with a smash attack.

Outfits:
#1- Morwen's Boiled Leather (pictured) and Rohirric Steel Mortising Axes

Specials:
Neutral B- Poisoned Wounds
Morwen strikes with both axes (double hit). If either of these strikes land, they poison the foe for 10 seconds, causing damage over time that increases as it goes along.
First 5 seconds- 1% each second
Second 5 seconds- 2% each second
This causes a total of 15% damage over time.
This attack isn't very fast (average speed). The damage of the attack itself is low (only 3% per hit). The knockback is low. Its range is pretty good.
*Poison duration isn't reset if this attack is used again on an already poisoned opponent.
The total damage of this attack is 21%
(Weapon; Slashing; Specials Direct)

Side B- Steal
Morwen will reach forward. If she touches a foe, she will steal a random effect:
Steal Health- Steals 5% health from the foe and adds it to her own. (50% chance)
Steal Skill- Steal is replaced with the opponents Side B for 10 seconds. (10% chance)
Steal Dexterity- The foe's attack speed is lowered by 20% and Morwen's is raised by 20% for 10 seconds. (20% chance)
Steal Strength- The foe's attack damage is reduced by 1 and all of Morwen's attacks have an increased damage of 1% per hit. (20% chance)
Steal Item- Morwen takes the item that the foe is currently holding.
(0% When the opponent has no item, 100% when they are holding an item)
(Unaffected By Stickers)

Up B- Battle Haste
Morwen dashes forward quickly. Comparable to the Space Animals Side B's except that Morwen's dash becomes a high vertical jump in the air (one time use unless refreshed by an opponents attack or by landing on the stage/the edge). Little knockback. This does not leave Morwen helpless. 3% damage
(Body; Specials Direct)

Down B- War Trumpet (Passive Overwhelming Blows)
All of Morwen's attacks have a 10% chance of doing an additional 1 damage and 10% additional knockback (this applies to all hits of a multi-hit attack). Press Down B to play the War Trumpet, calling in Eaoden to switch characters.

2%,2%,2%,2%,2%,3% (13% total)
(Weapon; Slashing)
*With Steal Strength this attack can do 19% damage.
*With Steal Strength and a triggered Overwhelming Blows, this attack can do a whopping 25% damage and above average knockback.

Up- Valorous Cleaves
Morwen slashes upwards twice. Weak, very fast, and good range. Decent knockback on the second hit. 5%,5% (10% total)
(Weapon Slashing)

Down- Paralyzing Wounds
A double axe attack at the legs. This causes the opponent to be frozen for about 2 seconds if it connects. Fairly fast, weak, and decent range. No knockback. 5%,5% (10% total)

(Weapon; Slashing)

Bair- Back Kick
Similar to Zelda's kick in appearance. It doesn't have a sweetspot but it has a great "sex kick" property. Low knockback, decent damage, fast speed, good range. 7%
(Leg)

Uair-Defy Air Phial
When Morwen opens this flask, a strong gust will lift her upwards. Any foes that come into contact with Morwen are knocked back and take some damage. Any opponent that comes into contact with the gusts takes high vertical knockback (no damage). This moves helps in recovery (but can only be used once until Morwen is hit or returns to the ground.)
5% damage (if they come into contact with Morwen)
(Body; Wind)

Dair- Rusts of Moria
Throws a satchel of herbs downwards, that causes the opponents armor to weaken. The next hit that strikes them will do an additional 10 damage. Wears off after 20 seconds if no attacks are landed. This doesn't cause knockback but it does interrupt the foe. Fast and good range. Has a lingering effect.
*Doesn't overlap, so using it additional times while the opponent is already under its effects will not achieve additional effect, but it will reset the time counter.
(Unaffected By Stickers)

Final Smash:
Cloak of the Plains-
Morwen becomes invisible for 20 seconds (same properties as the cloaking device.)
All of her A attacks are replaced with Suprise Attack.
A- Suprise Attack

Uair makes a good potential vertical killer.
Bair is a sex kick.
Excellent at racking up damage.
Good range.

Cons:
Can have trouble scoring kills.
Dair isn't very useful.
Lackluster Final Smash.

Specials:
Neutral B- Drain Health
A sphere of light forms in Eaoden's left hand. Hold the B button and aim with the control stick to control the throwing direction. When thrown, it becomes a ray of light that takes 5% hp from the opponent and gives it to Eaoden if it strikes. If an ally is hit, a different effect is achieved, causing Eaoden to lose 5% health and that ally to gain 5% health. This is a bit laggy but not horribly slow. Great range. Goes through obstacles, even walls.
(Projectiles; Specials Indirect)

Side B- Shatter Armor
Eaoden casts a ray of light forward. If this ray strikes a foe, that foe loses 25% of their weight for 10 seconds and Eaoden gains that extra weight (not affecting his falling speed). If this hits an ally, Eaoden transfers 25% of his weight to that ally for 10 seconds (not affecting anyone's falling speeds.) This has noticeable lag. Great range. Goes through obstacles, even walls.
(Unaffected By Stickers)

Up B- Helicopter
Eaoden spins his spear, causing him to stall in the air, and allowing him to move forward (yes I know that the physics of this are completely illogical). Works much like Peach's Up B.
Opponents who get struck by the spear take decent vertical knockback and damage. 5% damage
(Weapon, Specials Direct)

(Weapon; Stabbing)

(Weapon; Stabbing)

Down- Drain Spirit
The area around Eaoden is surrounded by light. Any foe struck by it will become dazed (duration is affected by how long you charge the smash and how much controller input is used on their side.) This has a minimum of 3 seconds stun duration. Eaoden's slowest smash with a slow smash speed. One of the few attacks that Eaoden has that doesn't have exceptional range. Slight lingering effect. No damage.
(Unaffected by stickers)

Aerials:
Nair- Twirl
Eaoden faces the screen and spins his spear. Just like Pit's Nair, but slower and with better range.
(Weapon)

Fair- Spear Smash
Much like Snake's Fair, with better range and without the ability to spike. Causes the opponent to be knocked forwards. A bit slow but with good knockback and great range. 10%
(Weapon)

Bair- Back Jab

*None of these grabs can chain.

L-Button:
Shield- Shield Of Light
A shield of light appears around Eaoden.

The nearest foe is blinded. If they attempt to strike Eaoden (during the brief sidestep duration), they miss.
Aerial Dodge- Standard
A standard airdodge.
Roll Dodge- Light Roll

Eaoden jumps back.

Can wall cling infinitely.
Can change to Berethor if necessary.
Down B provides a nice random boost.

Cons:
Horrible vertical recovery.
Large target.
A bit lacking in the air.
Tends to have a long learning curve.
Can accidentally transfer health or weight to allies.
No knockback on Final Smash.
No knockback or damage on Down Smash.
Very laggy wall cling.
No wall jump.
No crawl.

Miscellanious Crap:

Stage:
Helm's Deep-
The inpenetrable fort of the Rohirrim. This fort has never been conquered. You fight on the upper levels. At regular intervals, ladders will be set against the walls and Uruk Hai will climb up. They are strong damage wise but they aren't smart or hard to defeat. They come in several forms:
Uruk Archer- Uses a crossbow for a slow projectile.
Uruk Hai Warrior- Uses a machete for strong but slow sword attacks.
Uruk Hai Veteran- Uses double machete's for balanced attacks.
Uruk Hai Captain- Uses a staff and can heal the other Uruks or launch projectiles. Very weak defense. Target these first.
The stage has this kind of layout.

O: Not quite. They are from a spin-off game, The 3rd Age. None of them actually appear in the movie.
S: So how do I fight them.
O: I don't know. They seem like a solid group to me. Just be careful not to take them all on.
S: Hmmm... thanks for the "help" Octacon.

Kirby Hat:
Berethor- Kirby gains a Gondorian helmet and a sword.
When Kirby uses stunning strike he yells "HAH!"

Idrial- Kirby gains an Elven wreath made of gold leaves and Idrial's sword.
When Kirby uses Wounding Strike he yells "YAH!"

Elegost- Kirby gains Elegost's hair and Bow.
When Kirby uses Aimed Shot, he yells "FIRE!"

Hadhod- Kirby gains a helmet, a huge dwarven beard, and a hammer.
When Kirby uses Crippling Smash, he yells "BAM!!!"

Morwen- Kirby gains a Rohirric helmet and double axes.
When Kirby uses Poisonous Wounds, he yells "Hy.. YAH!" (The pause is between hits).

Eaoden- Kirby gains Eaoden's hair and shoulder pauldrons.
When Kirby uses Drain Health, no noise is made.

Crowd Cheer:
The crowd cheers the current character's name. (Ex. "BERETHOR!!!")

Items:
Kingsfoil-
Pick up to heal yourself. Press the B button whenever you wish to use it. It heals for 10% health.

Elemental Vial-
Adds +5 damage to all of your attacks for 20 seconds as well as one of these elements:
Orthanc Fire- Adds fire damage
Bruinen Water- Adds water damage
Rhudar Roots- Earth damage
Sauron Blood- Dark damage
Maiar Embers- Light damage

Huorn Pollen-
Press B to open the satchel, putting adjacent enemies to sleep.

Elf Medicine (Very Rare)-
Revives your ally with one life when picked up (if they are knocked out of the match).
*Only spawns in a team battle when someone has died (and is very rare even then).

Assist Trophies:
Gandalf-
Gandalf appears and starts blasting light from his staff. He is invinceable and stays on the stage for 15 seconds. The fired blasts deal 10% and high knockback each.

Aragorn-
Aragorn appears on the stage and calls the undead armies who hit every opponent for high damage and knockback (30% damage) once.

Legolas-
Appears in the background and fires several volleys of 3 arrows at once. These arrows do 10% damage and good knockback.

Eowyn-
Removes her helmet, says "I am no man!" and attacks the nearest foe for Lyn style damage and knockback.

Trophies:
Berethor

Idrial

Elegost

Hadhod

Morwen

Eaoden

Aragorn- The heir to the throne of men. Aragorn is a skilled Dunedain ranger, with command over the armies of the dead.

Legolas- A particularly talented elven archer. He also carries double elven knives.

Gimli- One of the few remaining dwarves. Gimli is as stubborn as any other dwarf. He uses an axe.

Frodo- A hobbit who has been trusted with taking the one ring to its destruction. He is weak and must rely on the protection of others.

Sam- Frodo's best friend and constant guardian. He is a hobbit but he is much stronger than Frodo.

Boss:
The Balrog of Morgoth-
Easily one of the most annoying fights in the game. The Balrog uses the following attacks:
Whip of Fire- A very far reach whip. He swings it over his head before lashing out. Low->High knockback. 10->25%

Flaming Sword- The Flames of Udun form a sword. This is powerful but doesn't have great range or speed in comparison to Whip of Fire. He slams the sword into the ground.
Medium->Very High Knockback. 15-30%

Roaring Inferno- The Balrog unleashes a torrent of flaming breath. Long range in front of him. Deals 5->10% per second that you are in it. No flinching. No knockback.

Pillar of Wrath- The Balrog flies into the air and slams into the ground in the center of the stage, releasing fire everywhere. This must be side-stepped or aerial dodged to be properly avoided. Can OHKO in intense. 20->50% Intense

Size- Same as Galleom
Mobile- Somewhat
Health- Same as Galleom
Difficulty- 3-4/5 (If you can dodge Pillar of Wrath, if not its OVER 9000!!!!!)

Subspace Emissary Role:
*Contains spoilers to the Plot of my SSE. I recommend not reading this.

When Tabuu and Ashencroft recruit Sauron to join their group, the 3rd Agers join your group to help defeat him. Their most significant role is when they battle Sauron as one of the final Boss fights.

It is also worth noting that there is a fight between Ashencroft and the Balrog of Morgoth, in which the Balrog attempts to overthrow Ashencroft. Both of them draw their power from an ancient demonic source of fire. This results in a cutscene between the 2 using their boss forms. You play as Ashencroft (the only time you will ever be able to play as a boss in its boss form during the SSE) against the Balrog. After winning, the Balrog retreats to the depths of Moria.

Um... This guy?

I have no idea.
Lulz, nope, not at all.

u are very close though

@at lord of the rings dude: It's looking interesting so far. I do find it kind of hard to picture attacks in my head though. (no offense, but what the heck is Orc bane? i don't follow lord of the rings. I know that its a normal slash, but what kind is it). Otherwise, very interesting so far. Hope to see it done.

In the Third Age, Orc Bane is an uppercut slash that is somehow much more damaging to Orcs than a regular attack.

It also appears as a 4 hit combo in LotR: The Return of the King game.

The nightmare moveset for the most part is now complete, it's only lacking a few extras and some slight polish. I've really proud of this moveset and am hoping to leave Voldo behind in the dust as my second best moveset. Expect it up early tomorrow, as I want to wait to play the actual game to get some stuff for his victory speeches and such, as I can't find a good place for Soul Calibur quotes.

You ARE including Gimli in that LOTR moveset, right? Brawl needs more dwarf representation.

Fridgy, Hero of Winter

Stats:
Power: B-
Weight: B-
Walking Speed: B
Dash speed: B+
Jumping: C
Weapons: Ice Chakrams

Ground Attacks:
A (Jab)- Fridgy rapidly slashes with his chakrams, the fourth slash knocking the enemy away with a kick.

Dash attack:- Fridgy strikes forward with a chakram. Has decent knockback and is quick, but leaves lag at the end.

Forward Tilt- Fridgy shoulder rams the opponent.

Up Tilt - He swings his chakram above him in an arc.

Down Tilt- He utilizes a spinning sweep kick.

Forward Smash- Fridgy forcefully slams both chakrams down in front of him.

Up Smash- He jabs his chakrams upward. This move has great vertical knockback.

Down Smash- He slams his chakrams down on both sides, causing a tiny shockwave.

Aerial Attacks:

Neutral Air- Fridgy makes a downward slash with his chakrams. A potential spike if used correctly, but is easy to recover from.

Forward Air - A 180 degree spin slash.

Back Air - A backwards kick.

Up Air- Fridgy heaves himself upward a short distance with his chakram. This attack is somewhat useful as a recovery compromise, but as Fridgy only attains little air movement, this is not suggested.

Down Air- A very powerful semi-spiral kick. A better potential spike as the opponent is pushed directly downward. While possible, it is difficult.

Throws:

Grab Attack- Fridgy grabs a victim with his right hand (which is still holding a chakram).

Forward Throw- Fridgy merely shoves his opponent ahead of him. If a wall is present, the opponent will bounce off, possibly leading to a chain-grab.

Back Throw- Fridgy tosses his opponent backward, then spins around and casually kicks them. A good attack for keeping enemies away from you.

Up Throw- Fridgy throws the enemy upward with his right hand, and smacks them with a chakram with his left. This can be chained with an aerial attack if possible.

Down Throw- Fridgy's opponent gets true pain with this grab as he smashes them onto the ground like a football.

Special Attacks

Neutral B: Ring Cutter -
Fridgy slashes with his chakrams. Sounds simple, but these blows are powerful than his usual attacks. He slashes with one hand at a time instead of both.

Forward B: Boomering-
Fridgy tosses his chakram forward a short distance. Like a boomerang, the weapon spins its way back to its wielder. It is like Link/Toon Link's boomerang, except it repeatedly damages anyone who gets in its way during its release and comeback.

Up B: Spinning Blades-
Similiar to DK's Up Special, Fridgy uses both his chakrams to spin in mid-air. This attacks ack like a puesdo-reflector but only reflects projectile from far away.

Down B: Cooling Strike-
Fridgy hits the ground with his chakram, causing a small burst of ice to shoot up from the ground.

Final Smash: Winter's Wrath
-Fridgy tosses his chakrams upward. They hover in midair for a while, before jetting off in different directions. They have a 50% chance of freezing enemies.
^This is similiar to how Latias/Latios & Kat/Ana function in Brawl.

Alternate Colors:

Default - Normal
Green Team - Green sweatband and shirt.
Red Team - Red sweatband and shirt.
Blue Team - Dark blue sweatband and shirt.
Other- Black sweatband and shirt.

Other:

Logo: Snowflake, same as the one on his sweatband.

Stage Entrance: A snowman appears on the stage from which bursts Fridgy.

Kirby Hat: Kirby has Fridgy's sweatband and ears and attacks with tiny chakrams.

Wii Mote sound: "Ready when you are!"

How To Unlock: Clear Target Test with 5 characters.

Taunts:

Up: Throws his chakrams upward and catches them both. Ends by uttering: "Ha!"
Down: Spins his chakrams menacingly while saying: "I'm not giving up!"
Side: Punches the air and says: "Awesome!"

End-battle poses:

Win Pose 1: Does a small version of his Up B and ends facing the camera.
Win Pose 2: Punches the air repeatedly and says: "I did it!"
Win Pose 3: Examines his chakrams, nods with satisfaction and faces the camera.

Victory Theme: N/A

Loss Pose: Fridgy claps with a smile, his chakrams set on the ground beside him.

Subspace Emissary: Extra unlockable

Snake Codec:

Snake: This kid doesn't play around!
Mei Ling: That's Fridgy! He's a character you don't usally see in these parts. He's from a different world called Garnia. When monsters threatened the peace of that world, he and his friends were the only ones to set things right. The fate of Garnia rested on their shoulders.
Snake: Hmm...fighting for your home. How noble.
Mei Ling: Wow, Snake! Are you impressed?
Snake: Of course I am! But that won't stop me from fighting my hardest.
Mei Ling: Alright Snake, give it you all! I'm cheering for you. You and Fridgy.

No... the characters of The Third Age are unique in that they don't appear in the movies but are given a part in the story that would be logical had they been in the movies.

The characters of the 3rd age are:

Berethor- Fountain Guard of Gondor
Idrial- A Lothlorien (sp?) elf that uses water and healing magics and a sword.
Elegost- A cunning Dunedain ranger who uses a bow.
Haghod- A rude and stubborn dwarf who lost all of his sons in the destruction of Moria. He possesses power over Fire.
Morwen- A woman warrior of Rohan who uses double axes to fight.
Eoaden- A spear wielding rider of Rohan who (in the game) has the ability to manipulate enemy and ally health and mana.

Since Blitzkrieg hasn't taken me out off the COMMIE list, I might as well make my own judgements. Expect pages 1 through 5 by Saturday.
If you really don't want to do that job, I'd suggest you to write him a Private Message. He may have overread your postings or something.

Edit: Ratings are up until Page 7, I'll try to stuff Page 8 in, today at work, but won't promise anything

Captain Syrup

Back-story/Description:

Captain Maple Syrup, usually shortened to Captain Syrup is a ruthless and greedy pirate captain and the leader of the Black Sugar Pirates. Since she is so greedy, Syrup is a rival of the master of greed himself, Wario. Her base of operations is Kitchen Island, and her pirate ship is named the S.S. Tea cup. After exactly a decade of absence from any video-game appearances, Captain Syrup makes her return appearance in the game Wario Land: Shake It!. In Wario Land: Shake It! it was revealed that her first name is Maple.
Captain Syrup made her debut appearance in Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land. In this game the protagonist, Wario, still reeling from his defeat at the hands of Mario, and the loss of his castle, sets out to find new riches. However, instead of finding a job or traveling the world for lost treasure, Wario decides to make his fortune the old fashioned way, by stealing all the treasures he can from someone else. That someone happened to be Captain Syrup.
Captain Syrup strikes back in Wario Land II. In this game, Captain Syrup reforms her pirate gang, and renames them the Black Sugar Pirates. Syrup leads her pirates in a raid on Wario's castle, and steals all of his riches. As such, Wario returns to Kitchen Island to retake all the treasures that were stolen from him. Wario battles Syrup several times during this adventure, compared to just once. In battle, Captain Syrup will throw bombs and ride monsters to attack Wario. Eventually, Wario defeats Syrup in combat and takes back all of her treasures. After Syrup's final defeat to Wario in this game, she was never heard from for a lengthy period of time.
In Wario Land: Shake It!, Captain Syrup observes the crisis of the Shake Dimension inside the Ancient Globe and finds out the existence of the Bottomless Coin Sack, possessed by the evil Shake King. Desiring the treasure but not wanting to get it herself, she steals the Ancient Globe and gives it to Wario, who travels to the dimension to get the sack for himself

Notes:
Captain Syrup attacks using Genie Lamps and Old maps. So she has good range on most of her attacks. And is pretty much average in everything.

The map is always Rolled, it's never open unlless its taunt, victory taunt etc...

The map is also the size of 2.5 X of Wolfs Blaster.

So What’s Unique?:
Her U-air pushes people away like Mr Game and Watches U-air, and it does absolutely no damage. The first Pirate to enter smash bros. pretty much every move uses a map or genie lamp.

Stats:
Power: 6.8/10
Walking Speed: 6.2/10
Dash speed: 7/10
Range: 7.6/10
Projectile distance: 7.3/10
Drop speed/weight: 7.2/10
Size: 6.7/10
1st jump: 5.4/10
2nd Jump: 6.2/10
Crouch: 7.4/10
Traction: 7.5/10
Combo: 7.2/10
Wall jump: no
Wall cling: yes
Crawling: no
Glide: no

Specials:

Neutral B: Genie Ball: Captain Syrup throws a ball like the picture above, it travels just above the ground, and if you use this in the air, it goes straight down, and then travels along the ground you were facing. The Ball travels about the same distance as a pikachu jolt. This does 5% and low knockback

Side B: Bomb Fortress: Syrup throws a bomb which acts like Snakes grenades that has less range, and explodes on impact, this has little start-up and ending lag. this does 14% and mid knockback when hit. this is the same when this is used in the air.

Up B: Genie Cloud: this does no damage; Captain Syrup makes the lamp do a cloud which she jumps onto. The distance is about 1.5 distance of Squirtles Up-b, and you can move it around as restricted as Snakes Up-b. You can attack after it.

Down B: Smoke Hoop: when you use this, Syrup shakes a magic lamp, which makes a cloud with a hole in the middle. it travels the distance of Wolfs Blaster, but this is very slow! when you get hit, this will trap the foe for 1.6 seconds allowing you to do a quick move. this isn't that useful as it moves so slow. this is better for a team match, but even so, this isn't useful and should be avoided being used, this has little start-up lag but quite a bit of ending lag.

Standard:

Neutral A: Map filter dash: Captain Syrup first sweeps the map first to her left (4%), then sweeps the map to her right (4%), and then she spins around clockwise (5%) the last hit does mid-low knockback

Hold Down A: She doesn’t do anything, only the first part of the neutral a combo.

F-tilt: Maple Poke: this has good range; Captain Syrup leans a bit forward, and sticks her map directly in front of herself, this does 9% and mid-low knockback.

F-Smash: Compass shaker: Captain Syrup holds a map in her right hand, and hooks it to her left, this is quite quick and has little ending lag. This needs a bit of charging to make it kill better. When uncharged, this does 15% and mid knockback. When charged, this does 20% and high-low knockback.

U-tilt: Smokers Habit: Syrup sticks her lamp up into the air diagonally upwards; this does 10% and mid-low knockback.

U-Smash: Fanning the Map: Maple syrup first attacks by holding a map in her right hand, then sweeping it up to her left, then to her right, then back to her left again. When uncharged, this does a maximum of 18% and mid knockback on the final hit. When charged, this does a maximum of 23% and high-low knockback on the final hit. This has little start-up and ending lag.

D-tilt: Map Sweeper: Captain Syrup sweeps the floor with an animation which is similar to Links d-tilt, this does 7% and mid-low knockback. This comes out quite quick.

D-Smash: Map Crossings: Captain Syrup holds 2 maps in both hands, in an x-stance, and then forces the maps to go side-by-side of Syrup; this is Captain Syrup’s only reliable ground killer. So don’t make it go stale! When uncharged, this does 17% and high-very low knockback. When charged, this does 22% and high-high low knockback. This has a bit of start-up lag, but little ending lag.

Dash Attack: Lamp Rush: Captain Syrup holds her lamp just above her chest, this does 10% and mid knockback.

Aerials:

N-air: Pirate Legs: this is a sex kick, she sticks her legs out similar to foxes N-air, this does 12% and mid knockback. There is some ending lag though.

F-air: Direct Me: Captain Syrup sticks her map out straight in front of herself and spins it, doing constructive hits. This can do a maximum of 14%, though it’s easy to DI out of. The final hit does mid knockback. This has a bit of ending lag.

B-air: Captain Leg thrust: Captain Syrup kicks backwards with a bit of range, she sweeps her leg backwards, and this also allows her to turn around. This does 12% and mid knockback. This has little start-up and ending lag.

U-air: Puffy Puffy: Syrup sticks her lamp up and a very fast moving cloud goes straight up, while this does absolutely no damage, this pushes the foe up in the air quite high up, more so than Mr Game and Watches Up air, this is quite unique. There is little start-up and a bit more ending lag.

D-air: Map Me: this is a meteor smash, the animation is somewhat identical to Samus’s D-air, but Syrup holds a map, this does 13% and is always a medium strength Meteor smash. This has some ending lag.

Grabs:

Grab attack: Lamp pound: Syrup Pounds the foe in the head with her lamp, this does 4%

F-throw: Map Fun: Captain Syrup first smacks the foe with a map with a hook with her right hand, and then does a back slap with the map, this does 12% and mid knockback.

B-throw: Walk the Plank: Captain Syrup Jumps over the enemy, and in mid-air, she back kicks the enemy’s back to send them back, this does 13% and mid knockback.

U-throw: Springboard Gales: Syrup sits on her back and sticks her legs in the air, and pushes the foe into the sky, this does 10% and mid-low knockback.

D-throw: Smoke Cloud: Captain Syrup sticks her Lamp into the foes mouth, and then you see smoke coming from the foe, this does 11% and mid-low knockback.

Other Attacks:

get up attack: Patch on the leg: Captain Syrup spins her legs around before getting up, this does 8% and mid-low knockback.

Edge attack over 100%: Crawl m’ay: Syrup sweeps her right leg once, this does 5% and low knockback.

Edge attack under 100%: Lamp Five: when she gets up, she spins her lamp in front of herself, this does 6% and mid-low knockback

Final Smash: Nat the Genie

Captain Syrup Rubs the lamp, and then come out Nat, what Nat first does is send a blue wave of magic which does 40% to everyone on the stage apart from you!
what Nat then does is what Issac does (except it's 3 times bigger and 20 times faster), pushes people away. Nat moves side to side, and cloud waves always comes from the side of Nat, so this is more effective on smaller levels, this does no damage and only pushes people, this lasts for 14 seconds. The Wind is REALLY powerful. and it can gimp all recoveries effectivly

Pros

A good damage racker

Her stats are all rounded, so there is little flaws in that.

Cons

Little KO moves

Quite light

Animations

Dizzy: Captain syrup Rocks back and forth.

Sleep: lies on the floor, with her head on her hands.

Idle: start’s reading a map, and also rubbing the lamp.

Running: just a basic run like Mario

Crouch: she crouches down kneeling down on the floor, with one knee up with left hand on.

Drowning: starts waving her arms around.

Alternate
costumes:

1. Has a white top on (default)
2. Has a purple top on
3. Has a red top on
4. Has a blue top on
5. Has a green top on
6. Has a black top on.

Taunts:

Up: throws her map up in the air, and catches it

Side: Looks at her lamp, and cloud comes out of it.

Down: Looks at the camera, and waves her arms up and down with her fist’s clenched, also looking angry.

Victory Taunts:

1. Stroke her hair back, then laughs and smiles at the camera.

2. Picks up a map of the floor, while looking interested, looks at the map

3. Captain syrup rubs her lamp, and then it shakes really fast…

Entrance

Jumps of a white cloud from diagonally upwards

Lost animation

Does a standard clap, looking a bit sad

Crowd Chant

Captain (in a high toned voice) Syrup (in a low toned voice)

Wii remote Sound:

you hear a scroll unrolling

Stage: Wario castle

The Brown Walls are breakable, and you can throw the money bags, which does 20% and mid-high knockback. And then can never fade away, and if you throw it of, it reappears, you can’t see the money and the extra room unless you do damage to the walls.

Music:

Wario Battle
Wario land level 1
Syrup Battle
Wario land 2 title
Warioland Medley

(of course, it would have to be remixed to sound modern)

Snake Codec:

Snake: Hey is that a pirate standing over there?
Colonel: you sure love pointing out the obvious, Snake. The girl over is Captain Syrup
Snake: Captain Syrup? The old rival of Wario’s and is seen working with him now after all these years.
Colonel: Yeah, but she isn’t a friend of Wario’s, she once had an army called the Black Sugar pirates
Snake: I think I’ve spotted a theme here you know?
Colonel: Captain Syrup is an underestimated pirate, she is a smart and powerful pirate Snake. She’s a tough opponent!

Captain syrup is pretty wicked! Never heard of a pirate fighting with maps and genie lamps. I like it! However I am a bit confused by some of the descriptions of her attacks especially ones involving the map.

Neutral A: Map filter dash: Syrup first holds a map and attack it with her right hand to her left (this does 4%), then she hits back with making her hand go to the right (this also does 4%), then she spins clockwise and backhands with her map, this does 5% and mid-low knockback
Does that mean left jab, right jab, right backhand? Maybe you should check out how A attacks are described in guides and faqs (checkout out the character guides here or on gamefaqs)

Is the map rolled up or is it loose? How big is the map? OH and I'm guessing the map and genie lamp have disjointed hitboxes so you might want to mention that as it is pretty significant in terms of priority and whatnot.

Well, what I mean't by is she sweeps the map first to her left, then sweeps the map to her right, and then she spins around, the map is always scrolled and rolled, and the map is basically the size of wolfs blaster X 2.5 (if you can imagine it), thank you for reminding me about those things, I will add this to notes as soon as I possibly can.

No, I don't think it is. I mean, given that the game has a mid-air jump for every character, I think it's obvious that they tried to keep all physics as realistic as possible. You'd best not be defying any physics. ;)

Nice Captain Syrup moveset, although technically K.Rool and Ridley would be the first pirates to get in...

Syrup needs a final smash that's less underpowered. No damage and it only lasts 9 seconds? Easily the worst final smash in the game. The stage also needs to have the walls where the money bags are located be breakable, and by that I mean the walls you don't currently have breakable. Why? Chain grabbing.

Nice Captain Syrup moveset, although technically K.Rool and Ridley would be the first pirates to get in...
BuT sHe Iz a FeMale PirAte!!! It MaKez aLl tha DiFferEnce (i was talking as if she was the only pirate in the game if they wasn't in Brawl)

EDIT: I'll make the final smash last longer and bigger, just to make it better (the waves mean't push people REALLY fast)
