Super scope. Picking up a hammer against anyone who's mildly experienced with items means you're going to get punished and likely gimped.

Toon Briefcase

English Translation.

Toon Briefcase

Activate only while you control a face-up "Toon World". If your opponent Normal summons a monster, return it to its owner's Deck.

Translation into Super Smash Bros Brawl.

This activates as soon as the opponent get within a stage builder block away. A brief case with eyes about double the size of Toon World appears on a chain, and instantly eats up Toon World, and then it’s in an enclosed space. This lasts for 11 seconds, which Toon World can’t be harmed. The briefcase then opens up and Toon World is exposed for more pain.

THIS DOES NOT WORK IF YOU USE TSS FOR OBVIOUS REASONS!!

How to use:

Well, use it when you are afraid that the opponent will go towards Toon World, and/or when you are KO’d and it doesn’t have any protection. However, since it only recognises the characters HURT-BOX (I never mentioned about attacking Toon World to activate it), so projectiles can still hurt Toon World without making the briefcase appear, but the opponent wouldn’t no that if you use Pegasus’s card mechanics, that’s how you make the opponent actually have to take risks other than play so defensively.

Its been one of my favorite items since melee. I've done some stupid things with the timer in brawl but overall I still have more fun with the stick.

Translation into Super Smash Bros Brawl.

Now, this does nothing like what it did in the card game. This makes Toon World have a barrier the same size as Gardevoirs shield. This lasts for 13 seconds. This makes Toon World invulnerable until 110% instead of 80%, and everyone that is a part of Pegasus's monster will have a 2% damage increase, and a very slight knockback increase. This also reflects projectiles.

How to use:

Well, it's just an added slight defence mechanism. So it doesn't exactly matter when you use this, well, this is more useful against that Falco who would blaster to god sends to defeat Toon World, so this is good to offer protection from those happy spammy characters.
