Start time is set for 2 PM.
Friendlies will begin at 1PM.

$5 entry free for singles.
$5 entry fee for doubles (each person); $10 per team.
The split goes:
1st: 60%
2nd: 30%
3rd: 10%

***BYOC!!!!! it's really annoying to ask people to borrow their controller. just bring your own and save everyone the trouble

***PLEASE BRING SET UPS!
if you can bring a tv and/or a wii, that would be great!

RULES:
• 3 stock
• 2/3 sets
• 3/5 finals
• 8 minute time limit
• Items off

• Ties broken by lower percentage wins

• Stage-Striking System

• DSR: You may not counterpick a stage you have already won on.

• Suicider gets the win. Sudden Death is never played.

-Standing infinites are ban
-Standing grab release infinites are ban

• One stage ban allowed.

•Bring your own controller
•Glitches and tactics used to stall a match, are banned.

•Team Attack is ON
•Life stealing allowed

• IC's chain throw is not ban
Any questions on rules or CP stages, ask a T.O.

Stage Striking is in effect. This is why we have 7 stages.

you can play melee if you have your bring your own setups

last time we had a $3 casual gaming fee for people playing but not entering any tournaments. so you might as well enter if you do show up.

We're not gonna steal any TVs from them while they're trying to do a tournament.

The friendly fee doesn't apply to the hour between 1 and 2. I say that without a question mark because charging for free play before the tournament even starts doesn't make sense.

I would have to agree with Andy on this one how can you charge someone when you guys aren't even there.

did i say $3? i meant $10 friendly fee unless you bring a setup (tv, wii) then its $7.99 plus tax and a $2 electricity/water fee. credit card or paypal payment would be fine.

I was there at 1 PM last time.

andy, you forgot about the IC's. you should all enter the tournament though seeing as it's the last one of the year...
we wouldn't charge you guys anyway. thats just to keep randoms from walking up and trying to play and borrow controllers and all that jazz.

Edit: He lives on 2nd street like 100 yards from the venue, that's why I asked

wario has insane super armor on nearly all of his moves and all of his aerials autocancel to his fsmash. wait till you see the fsmash to fsmash aka wario combo. dk and g&w is even. dk can punch through turtle if you don't space bair right.

No way, Zelda just keeps slipping on bananas. And GW always blows DK up high in the air and he can't get down.

dekuschrub: yes our last tournament one of the gameandwatch 4 lyfe decided to go metaknight the entire tournament with just one week of playing him and ***** just about everyone.

I've never played any MK who really knew what he was doing. The best one was that one dude at EKH who beat all of you guys.
