constructing a captain fabulous helmet

THESE ARE NOW FOR SALE. post in the melee/brawl discussion boards - identical threads are present in both. 
these will not go for cheap considering the time it takes and the money it costs to make these.

Aziz, I just made one with my mom (well, we didn't do the emblem yet)
DUDE, check this **** out:
You can make it so that you can SEE out of your helmet. Here's what you gotta do:
1. Buy some masking tape (make sure it's big enough to cut out Falcon eyes)
2. Cut two Falcon eyes out of the masking tape, and tape them onto the visor where you want to see out of. If you want, you can put some masking tape on the back of the visor just to make absolutely sure no paint gets on it.
3. Paint the visor (with the masking tape on, of course)
4. Once it's done, peel the tape off
It's gonna give you two perfect triangles for Falcon's eyes. Another addition I added:
Buy some SUPER thin fabric from a craft store or Walmart (I got a bunch of it at Walmart for 30 cents. It was like, 1.50 per yard, but I only bought 2 or 3 inches, with a bunch to spare), General rule of thumb, hold it in your hands. If you can see your hands and **** pretty clearly, it'll be good (see pic 4). With the reflection off the plastic of the visor, combined with the slight veil of the fabric, they won't be able to see your eyes.

p.s. The price tag for the fabric says "Voile Solid." Make what you want of that.
p.p.s. You could also paint the sides of the visor red so the visor is more inside his helmet instead of outside (going with neutral falcon). You could do this with masking tape. Seriously, you could do so much with masking tape
