Chilean economy is not terrible, but isn't USA economy for sure. Besides, that tourney included Melee, 64, Brawl, Brawl+, Melee doubles, Brawl Doubles, and i think Brawl+ doubles (I'm not sure for that last one). Each tourney was 2000 pesos (around 4 dollars), and everyone was "happy" about these entries not being expensive

...I'll try to link some videos later, our level is far from being terrible too.

Know that yellow box that appears when you put your mouse over the topic title? I say a good way to determine if a character has good tourney results or not can be sorta discovered by if their name appears in the yellow box in the rankings. Currently, it cuts off at Sonic's name, so anyone bekow him has...bad tourney results.

I dont understand how wolf and samus are so low? Im pretty good with them. Not saying it should be higher though.

Didn't realise you took tourneys with less than 20 entrants. I'll start posting ours. We have small 16-13 tourneys pretty frequently down here.

I used Bowser for all of my sets except 1, which was not with a top 8 placer. Should I still include my secondary for this list's purposes?

You'd think people would at least get bored of doing MK dittos, specially if there are already better MKs in their local metagame.

People wouldn't like the idea of shooting back at a sharpshooter, but it beats the hell out of pulling out your trusty bow & arrow.

There's no reason not to play Sagat in SF4 but people do because it requires the Sagat mains to learn the different matchups that go even'ish against him, as well as the oddball characters like Vegas (Claw). You won't beat a Sagat main that's better than you in a ditto, not reliably anyway. Also it's way more fun, and competition can't exist if players aren't interested in the game to begin with.

Using Diddy Kong/Wario/Snake/ICs against MK is perfectly doable, there's no real reason to stick to being a MK that will never win.
