No, he's not. Sonic is about as good as Bowser/Zelda and slightly better than Ike imo. All those characters are easily D-Tier and should be allowed.
PT is a lot better than all of those character. He's perfectly viable in regular tourneys and shouldn't be allowed for LT tourneys...

that character is garbage. when people get good, zelda stops being useful and she sucks. she shouldn't even be D tier , prolly bottom of E.

Nah, there are some hella good low tier mains around (Serpit, Yikarur, Ravenlord) and some other players with amazing LT chrs (Luigi Player).
Also, I'll **** you all with my Jigglypuff^^

You play MK, no johns
Ike is such a garbage character...even somebody like Mario or Jiggs can beat him by running the clock. He lacks mobility and a projectile thus his camping options are 0. You can wait for him to do his OBVIOUS moves and then **** him.
Many other LT characters do OKish against Ike so it's not a problem.
Ike sucks enough to be LT.

Haha well that's your opinion, I've always found grenade or laser camp (to give an example) "gayer" even though I would never blame my oponent for using the tactic he wants to (except excessive ledge-planking, I guess).
