Do you see what I mean though. Clean it up a bit. Take out your signature as well. It will make it easier for people to read and understand and for you to keep track of the votes more accurately.

My votes will be based off of this set up. Option 4 and Option 5 in your OP are confusing.

Q/ I always forget my code but it is over on the left/

Options:

Option 1: Dont ban Metaknight

Option 2: A, but knock Lylat off the neutrals, for 2 reasons. 6 neutrals makes no sense. And Lylat is laggy online.

Option 3: No items, if anything else is selected, remove me from the sign up.

Option 4-5: Stock 1v1, 3 stock (5 stock is okay i guess), 8minutes... 5 stock on 8 minutes wont work though

Option 6: Best of 3 or 5.... makes no difference to me

Option 7: Unlimited characters... although i could really care less since I only play 3 max

Yes. (Just Make Sure You, And Your Opponent Are Clear.)

As In, Killing Yourself, & The Opponent? It's Legal, But Only On First 2(3 Stock) Or 4(5 stock)
