Hope dmt was fun.

Anyway- there's a Brawl tourney going on June 11-13th in Albuquerque, NM. It's a 1 day tourney, but that's the weekend it's slated for and I would personally suggest housing here with us for the weekend just to chill with everyone and enjoy the games :)

It's not looking like I will be able to go to NM, I will most likely be working that weekend. It would be loads of fun too but I'll be tight on money this summer as well.

I'm going to go ahead and schedule DMT 8 for the 25th of next month unless there are objections?

Went to Tech from 04-08. We had a decent smash scene then. Good to see it still ticking.

Is JRA64 (Ryan Abella) still there?

It's consistently in the upper 90's here in Austin, but yall don't have trees up there so it must be even worse lol.

We're reaching low 100's almost everyday now and it only drops to about 70 at night :urg:

No kidding, if only our region was closer to the other host cities in TX, we'd have an easier time traveling. Whobo 3 was the last tourney you went to right? I'm sure if you can make the next DMT in lubbock it'll help your score, but you're pretty much expected to upset the major players there. Hit us up sometime Tyson, wiii <3 you!!!

Hear me out: The only time the 806 comes together is when DMT is held, or when there is a nearby regional, but other than that I give up on this thread guys. Most of us are in college and it makes sense that we all have things to do with our time than to post here. Even in the more active semesters we don't use this as much as I would have liked. So I will only update the OP occasionally and just call this thread "withered and finished".

If we have enough players, we should do waseda doubles. I heard it's really fun, but other than that I don't have a side event planned.
