It is with great pride that I have completed the beautiful GTA CSS. This custom made screen features the majority of our GTA Brawl players, and will be updated in the future as more players would like to be on it. Show the GTA Spirit and rock this on every Wii!
Feel free to add on to the CSS if you'd like.

How to use it:
1. Obviously you must have the Homebrew Channel
2. Make sure Phantom's File Replacement Code is set in place
3. Open your SD card on your computer. Go to private -> wii -> APP -> RSBE. Create a folder called "pf". You should already have this folder if you have music/texture hacks.
4. Open the pf folder, then create another 4 folders inside it called "menu" "menu2" "info" "info2"
5. Drop the "sc_selcharacter.pac" file you downloaded in the menu2 folder, and drop the "info.pac" you downloaded file in the info2 folder.
6. In the "menu" folder itself, create a new folder called "portrite" drop the every single file in the portrite.zip you downloaded in this folder
7. In the "info" folder itself, create a new folder called "common" then create another folder in that one called "char_bust_tex" then drop every single file in the char_bust_tex.zip you downloaded in this folder
