yes its fassad playable in brawl i don't know why nobody did this before.
I think i'll put him over samus because he transforms in fight

He'll start with his more "hornier"(lol) Mode

at this form he's heavy
and at a damage of 100% he loses some horns and transforms into this form: in this form he's faster lighter and a bit weaker

Moveset

jab: punches his opponent deals 5% damage

:stick6: : fires a music note in the direction he's facing deals 8% damage

:stick2: : pushes his head forward and hits the opponents with his horns deals 7% damage

:stick8: :makes a headbutt deals 9% damage

:bbutton: :fires many notes like tabuu every note deals 1% damage

:bbutton: :stick2: :like diddy kong's down B

:bbutton: :stick4: :throws a bomb deals 15% damage good knockback

:bbutton: :stick8: :like R.O.B. up B

stick2: :spins and fires notes with short range every note 2% damage hits 10 times hitstun

stick4: :makes a looping up to 20% damage

stick8: :makes a backflip up 15% damage good kill chance

dash:like luigis side b

Fsmash:repairs himself and makes a loud tone hits everyone in a circle around him deals 30% damage good range and good knockback

areal

neutral:makes a looping 10% damage

forward:like marios

back:like R.O.B.s

up:lik R.O.B. up smash

down:like R.O.B.

Taunts

up:he smiles boldly

side:he twirls his mustache

down:manually mode change


Grabs
up: puts him in one of his horns and shoots him up into the air
down: smashs his opponent on the ground
side:like marios side

and tell me how you think about this character

Do you have a model for this? Do you know about PSA or BBox animating? Not to put a damper on your dreams but you don't even have anything to show as far as actual progress is concerned.

why do you even make a project if youknow nothing about how to make it?

Alright. Here's the skinny.

I see that you're still relatively new. However, here on SWF, if you make a project, you must have some proof of its existence. Otherwise, people will most likely say "no proof=insta-lock." That applies to this thread. By stating that you know nothing about Brawl hacking, I'll have to assume that this project may not go far (or anywhere at all).
