well p_s' Doc kinda sux cause of the lack of spacing, but he's very fast and he really knows what to do^^
If he would know his matchups and if he would know how to play doc right ( xD), maybe he wouldn't be everytime "germany's No2" ^^

he is lowtier in ntsc and pal aswell, so why should be ban him?
otherwise we should have to ban fox and shiek aswell for singles since they are too good

Thing is, even though Luigi is technically 'low tier', Luigi still wins actual tournaments (ie: not low tier). KA Master anyone? XD

Anyways, what happens if you allow Luigi in low tier, is it becomes a Luigi tournament. I just held a low tier tournament on the weekend, and I'm so glad I banned Luigi, or I wouldn't have seen a DK/Roy player win. XD
