[N.F.B CT style] : Brawl Crew Thread

Playstyle:
Aggro with a little bit of a campy flare to keep you coming to me.

My Fox's speed usually keeps you at bay and I seem to be able
to combo very well, his moves seem weak but that damage
seems to rack up quick.

Playstyle :

Skillful and smart player, accurate spacer.

This Marth player lands tippers skillfuly and enjoys to mix it up
wherever he can. Very smart and fun marth.

Playstyle:

A defensive player who uses his range to his advantage.

Though Olimar is slow, he has a knack for tracking and
punishing movement

Playstyle:

This ROB player is all about the gimps, when your out there
STAY THE **** OUT, your not coming back.

Plays unlike any other ROB out there Noodles defines ROB's
awkward but effective fighting style.

Playstyle:

Aggro Little Olimar player, this Oli knows how to handle several
different types of characters and situations making him
very knowledgable.

edit: im not sure how a separate player finder will hold up (nor do I necessarily agree with it...), but considering the CT finder doesn't seem to serve its purpose as an actual finder (for brawl, at least)...maybe.

I went to the recent NFB and had a blast, I'm from Cheshire, almost kind of not near the middle of CT but still close-ish, lol so I can make most tournies in CT without a problem.

If you host it...I will come.

Brawl Power Rankings should be something along these lines:

First of all, there should only be ten top players as opposed to 15 due to the lack of active Brawl players in CT.

2-Cat Fight
3-Noodles
4-Icy Light
5-Moon Doggie
6-Nana
7-POF? (I'm not active anymore so I've definitely gone down.)
8-Budai?
9-Chum?
10-Jam?

I wonder if Cort even plays brawl anymore.

Noodles you just volunteered youself into the P.R discussions with me and DD mwahahaha
I think Jam would be interested too, I will have to get something going.

What would we base it on? There is alot of data to process.

Also on the other note, I may be planning on making the N.F.B
tourney held on sundays since alot of people work saturdays
and have sundays off, if this is succesful we might make a
tri weekly tourney of this or at least monthly, anyone think this
won't work??

as far as I know, Cort only plays Brawl doubles now. And ever since he quit Brawl singles, I haven't seen him play it, so iunno.

I'm in East Hartford currently, and there is already a group made for power ranking with myself, noodles, jam and a few other selected to decide power rankings. It's already in discussion to host a round robin of some sort. Until then, if you need me send me a PM. I think December 6th (sat.) or December 7th (sun.) would be awesome days for the next newbs for brawl. This is a little over a month away. I made a long post in the power ranking discussion group, so M-D you should invite DD and whoever else is going to help with this into the group and we can start using that. But, this is a very good thread idea. Hopefully more brawl players come out of hiding.

Ok so basicly, if you send him PMs you can decide when the tourney is held so take this seriously
since I want this to be a good turnout. This will help more people come meaning more money
in the pot, more friendlies, more practice, more fun all that good stuff.

One problem, December 9th and 10th are not Saturday / Sunday, they are Tuesday / Wednesday...

12/6 and 12/13 are Saturdays.
