Here's one of the many Great Maze stages as well as my first attempt at this. It's actually really easy. I'll probably be editing this post with more stages soon.

WiFi Training Room
Great Maze clone fight stage (three low platforms)
Complete as I'll be able to get it (could use minor spawn point tweak)
http://www.filefront.com/14849139/STGONLINETRAINING.pac

Notes: This stage is mostly functional; items spawn (though seemingly at a lower rate than on normal stages), and all four initial character spawn locations are on the ground so Pokemon Trainer has no issues. Unfortunately, the camera seems to focus just a little more left than it should (but barely), and Ice Climbers spawning in the leftmost spawn location desynch at the start (actually an advantage). Of course, Sandbag is here unless you use a code to load it that blocks him.

WiFi Training Room
Smash Skiff
Mostly Complete (needs spawn point editing)
http://www.filefront.com/14849263/STGONLINETRAINING.pac

Notes: This stage has all of its spawn points in the air which causes Pokemon Trainer to not work correctly. It has Sandbag unless you use a code to block him.

WiFi Training Room
Lake cliff (versus shadow Zelda or shadow Peach)
Complete as I'll be able to get it
http://www.filefront.com/14850019/STGONLINETRAINING.pac

Notes: I'm thinking whatever makes Sandbag spawn is not a part of the .pac file. In any case, this stage works great other than Sandbag being there, including all spawn points being on the ground for proper PT interaction.

Sorry about the bottom part, it was corrupted I guess >.>

Aww, poor Kirby fell DX

This is the first stage swap I've done thus far, I still think its the best There's a small graphical problem where the lightning doesn't strike, its just there, a shield guarding the stairway to The Maze *Ahem* Anyway, here's the download link:

http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?nni2t1wnrzy
Edited this stage so that it would have Itemspawn.
Also fixed the height problem with lucario's final smash (Dantarion's stages have this height problem, which is really annoying).

I salute this thread.
Without people who do what they can to help, most of the work done by hackers would be for naught.

Another problem it has is that the WiFi Training Room version doesn't rock back and forth like the SSE version. I tried putting it in for Lylat, but that... did not end well. The Smash Skiff is probably going to need attention beyond my ability to make into a good stage.

Of course, the other two are better stages anyway. Smash Skiff is just basically Castle Siege form 3.

My Awesome Pseudo Swap
by TL?
Stage Replaced: Jungle Japes
SSE Stage: Vs. Dark Samus
This is probably complete although I may make later revisions.

ILLEGAL BUMP.

Now that Dantarion's code is up, it's high time someone edited the first post and put the code in it.
