I don't know if this has been asked before, but how are Sheik and Zelda regulated for low tier tournaments? Banning Sheik and not Zelda is banning an entire move from being done. Is it just not allowed to start as Sheik or do they ban the transformation move altogether since Sheik is C and Zelda is D?

Well it's pretty clear at low tier tournies Zelda wouldn't be allowed to transform and most people don't switch in the middle of a match anyway. And if you didn't know low tier is D tier and down.
and i was also making a crack implying that sbr is only good for knowing the most basic of basic information.
yes i know this is untrue. dont bother me about it.
Np about me bothering you about that, I thought you were saying "Another SBR person saying something stupid like 'Snake is better than Diddy'? When will it end?", so yeah... Cuz I also know Snake is better than Diddy, and that would've implied the same statement towards me.

That's the exact question i was asking. I know most Zelda players and Sheik players don't switch mid-match unless they do it as they respawn. I play Sheik myself and sometimes switch to kill with my unstale'd D-smash, but since Zelda is D, and Sheik is C, is Zelda's transformation completely banned from low tier tournaments, or is there some type of regulation to it? It's not the same as MK's infinite cape glitch which requires the player to blatantly press B for the duration. But the transformation can be accidentally done especially if you're not use to playing as Zelda. Would the match be stopped or would you have to allow the player to switch back, or would it continue as normal since it is a completely legal move in the game?

Generally someone isn't going to transform by accident. It's really the TO's choice as far as the rule is concerned. Most people would probably just let them switch back really quick though. If you are confused ask the TO for the ruling.
I have a suggestion for the next list. Please list Squirtle, Ivysaur and Charizard as seperate entries. Zelda and Sheik are seperate too, and I'd really like to see how each Pokémon places seperately.
I was originally a naysayer, but Diddy's safe options are kind of ridiculous.
Just wait. Diddy is probably like MK. MK's options were insane when they first got started. Then people learned how to combat it. There are still really few Diddy's out there that use Diddy Kong extremely effeciently. I bet that if Diddy does increase on the Tier List, people will start learning how to combat him. I mean, air camping seemed like a huge thing with Wario, but now you do not hear too many people complain about it. We learned methods to counteract it.

Isn't Meta Knight still universally accepted as the best character in the game?

I mean, at best I'm going 50/50 when deciding between broccoli and other options. Really though it's probably more 55/45 if anything.

This is why I hate using similies. People lose the specfic areas of similarity and contrast.
Look back like to a year after Brawl came out. People wanted MK banned. They felt he was too good. People instead started learning how to counter MK instead of complain. Now, the debate is layed to rest. (Unless SWF goes back on what they said with the third MK vote beng the last). This sort of example is people overrating MK to the point of wanting to ban him. Once people stopped overrating him, more accepted he shouldn't be banned.
I am predicting something very similar with Diddy. I feel that if Diddy is placed above Snake (which I can see being a remote possiblity), then more than likely it will be due to people overrating Diddy's abilities. Given enough time, I think people would realize there are methods around diddy's gameplay, which would counter the slight hype increase he would have in order to get above Snake.
I'm making an educated guess based upon previous examples that have already happened with the Tier List.
