I'd say day-day-day just because it sounds better to me *shrug* Also was how I assumed it was pronounced (since I know that e is usually pronounced like 'ay' in non-English languages) and I first heard it pronounced that way.

So... yah. Deedeedee just sounds annoying to me.

They only pronounced it Dee-Dee-Dee in Right Back At Ya because it was easy to rhyme with money back guarantee. Silly writers.
