My name is Erick, known as EJ owner of NSider2.com / Smash Revolution (coming soon!) I'm currently in the talks with big sponsors and advertisers to negotiate a possible NSider Smash Player sponsorship.
What's the deal?
Currently this is just a conversation but a 1 year Smash players sponsorship is in the works.
What?
NSider would run a series of tournaments around the country (online/offline) to find the best Smash Player (possibly two) and these two players would be signed as our NSider Smash Players, wear our logo and represent NSider.
The sponsorship if it goes as planned would:
Give you a stipend (money) per month and paid trips to national and international Smash tournaments, where you would compete for hundreds of dollars.
More details would need to be worked out, just wanted to let you guys know what's cooking and what kind of community support this would get, so that I can continue working on this program.

We would need to test Super Smash Bros. Brawl online tournament authenticity to make sure we can do this online.
But as far as the tournaments our "best smash player" would be sponsored would be across the country not online.

Not just people from NSider, NSider is the domain I own along with the upcoming Smash Revolution, but this sponsorship is for the search of the best Smash Player in the country looking to be sponsored and play in a professional level for our sponsors and NSider.

He's basically saying that Nsider is gonna host tourtuments for Brawl in both other countries/states and online as well. And winners would be declared 'best smasher' in the USA Region and will get stippends from them.
The only problem, as Silent Wolf has said, is that there's SOOOOO man good smashers, it's hard to put up 'the best smasher'. I mean if anything, it should be known as 'one of the 5 best smashers'

In any case, I'm up to it when Brawl comes out.
Which countries you guys will do?

Currently I don't think we would have enough money to sponsor "outside the US" players since our sponsors and advertisers are U.S. based, in the near future and if this program is successful I'm pretty sure we can expand our reach by contacting local video game stores and related companies in other countries that would be willing to help us sponsor international players.
