Glitchiest character?

What's up with Toon Link and his glitches? I like this character and all, but was he rushed and chocked full of glitches?

Dsmash glitch

Dair glitch

Anyone have anything important to add? If you do, I'll try to keep this page updated, but personally I'm hoping that these are the only glitches of his.

Of course any information about how to initiate the glitches is welcome as well. I have no idea how to use the Dair one. All I heard about the Dsmash one was that it was based on DI.

Well the Dsmash one was just weird, and no on has been able to repeat it. The dair thing is kinda weird, I tried to do it and I keep failing

I certainly wouldn't call it dead. The absolute worst case scenario I can think of, Toon Link becomes banned. The floating might be huge for him coming back to the stage. And as far as I know, the Dsmash thing has so far been impossible to imitate.

As far as anyone can tell the D-Smash only happens occasionally in combination with certain DI, which obviously no-one is ever going to do, making it pointless.
The D-Air also seems not particularly helpful, very situationally maybe.

They wouldn't ban toon link, it would just become a rule that you are not allowed to use the dair glitch

This farther proves my theory that Brawl was rushed and that Toon Link was a last minute addition.

I'm pretty sure they're going to patch the game soon to fix these problems, so a banned Toon Link is probably out of the question...

I say the flouting thing is because the atack is getting weaker so it dose less damage each time and then after 4or 5 times it dosn't do any damage so he dosn't come down nothing happen and no damage is taken

...that doesn't make any sense at all. Who would make a character float because his attack is weak?

the floating dair could be the ultimate edgeguard if you do it next to the edge to prevent sweetspotting
