A Starwolf member. He has a last name which nobody except Wolf is willing to dare and pronounce, because Wolf is just that awesome.
He always looks angry and has a thick Russian accent and his voice-overs are a lot louder than any other character. As in Hotel Mario youtube poop kind of loud.
And he'll SUDDENLY interrupt your communications with Slippy with things like "WHERE I COME FROM, THE COMMANDERS HAVE HEARTS AS BLACK AS THE COAL WE CONSUME FOR SUSTENANCE DURING FREQUENT TIMES OF HARDSHIP." and "BACK HOME, BARREL ROLL DOES YOU!"
And he takes up half the camera during the cutscenes.
