How do you fight Ike?

Hello, this is a thread designed to collect up-to-date info on Match-ups for the Ike boards, which is always in desperate need of good info.

I come to you today with a simple set of questions, attempting to get the "other side" of ideas pertaining to the Matchups against Ike. Its just a few simple questions I'm hoping to get answered;

1. What is your general opinion of Ike as a character?
2. What moves do you fear from Ike?
3. Which moves do not trouble you at all?
4. Which moves/techniques do you use against Ike to gain the advantage?
5. What specific edgeguards do you employ versus Ike?

Feel free to add anything else that doesn't fit into the questions criteria. The goal is to collect information, so anything s useful.

On a side note, I may feel the need to quote this info. If you don't wished to be quoted, please tell me in your posts, and I will not quote you.

1. What is your general opinion of Ike as a character?
slow and has alot of ko power but his cons outweigh his pros a little too much

2. What moves do you fear from Ike?
not really fear as much as it is to be careful of are his nair,bair,usmash,dsmash,utilt, and ftilt oh and his AAA combo as well

3. Which moves do not trouble you at all?
any other move i didnt mention

4. Which moves/techniques do you use against Ike to gain the advantage?
when using luigi its all about grabbing Ike and as soon as that happens he recieves a free combo courtesy of luigi thatnks to his quick uair and fair.basically d-throw or u-throw depending on damage to uair twice then a fair and by following his DI i can give him 30-40% dmg easy.all in all Ike just begs to be comboed by a good luigi player and fireballs also work wonders on him since if he does get hit i can luigi tornado myself over there and cause some more damage.

5. What specific edgeguards do you employ versus Ike?
im sure alot of people say this but for quickdraw you can simply airdoge while he comes back and its a free kill and with luigi's great recovery its well worth it and if you dont have time just take the hit or you can time a well placed fireball and ike is pretty much toast (pun intended lol) regarding his aether i got nothing on that since imo there isnt much i can do when using luigi against aether

1. What is your general opinion of Ike as a character?
~ Extremely powerful and also has the potential to attack really fast with combos. He also is gifted with a surprisingly fast and decently ranged grab.
2. What moves do you fear from Ike?
~His AAA and smashes. I am especially annoyed with his Up Smash because It has longer range than my arials and hits all 3 sides. From my own experience, I have yet to be able to successfully air-dodge through it and not end up grabed.

4. Which moves/techniques do you use against Ike to gain the advantage?
