Welcome to the official thread of Tantalus! Enjoy your stay, and make sure to check out our events if you're interested.

About us

To begin with, we live in Western New York. We're making a big impact to the competitive scene, and steadily getting more recognition. We're a group of friends who frequent our region's biweeklies, and love playing Smash pretty much nonstop. We have some great players, and we're planning on showing the rest of the community what we've got at some larger national tournaments this year. If you are ever in our area, feel free to drop us a line and play with us. We love competition, heh. I think that's about it. Oh yeah, and we're amazing.

It's called supporting my *****s.

Haha. I claimed to be an authority after people gave me the title not beforehand.

That said I am THE authority on Marth boy and don't you get it twisted.

I don't NEED to go to a tourney to understand ****.

Maybe I'm just talented.

Why get a girl when I can just **** my ex then kick her out my house?

It's working so far.

Also I like Marth alot and it's fun finding out new **** and sharing knowledge.

I know this is a foreign concept to most smashers since our community is ****ing notorious for hording high level knowledge and keeping secrets from each other.

**** fills my belly with disgust.

Anyways Kirk, going out of town will not be such a bad thing for you, I promise. We'll all keep in contact man, and I'm sure we'll see each other over the summer. Plus, next year will be great for our crew...Whatever we decide to name ourselves, ha.

Wow. Kirk is amazing. Over AIM, he singlehandedly walked me through a process in which to retrieve my wii number. Wow. I think he could make a living off of helping people with their wiis.

In other news, I've started to frequent the Toon Link boards...Helping people out and such. A lot of Toon Link's game remains either undiscovered or undiscussed...I'm hoping to change that.

Awesome. Yeah, I definitely think this weekend will be amazing. You guys come over tomorrow night, stay till maybe sunday? Wow. Good stuff.

Also, we need to determine leadership haha. Silverspawn and Asylum both had comments on our situation right now. Like, Asylum wants to be co captain, Silverspawn wants a new name other than member lolol. We need to work something out. I'll write something up, if you guys think that will help.
