So by this point I have a lot of Kirby matches and the main Kirby video thread doesn't update as much as I want it to. The higher you go on the list of videos, the more recent it is, and most likely, the better my game play is. Here it is, Deg's Video Archive:

I use a camcorder which is connected to my TV through the output, then the camera to my computer using a firewire. The music is then added afterwards through Window's Movie Maker.

I just updated my post with this information for anyone else with the same question.

Love the new instructional video!
Also for the hammer section, I just want to add that when recovering, if they try and gimp you and you're hammer recovering, sometimes you can fast fall the second hit and it'll catch them completely off guard. I manage to do this a lot sometimes ^_^

But i watch some matches, you are going very well deg, keep improving! ^^

But hey, when you are going to do combo videos? I'm waiting for more inovation in the kirby gameplay =]

Well, at the end of the 2nd part of the instructional video, there's a few combos that are shown. I don't plan on doing a combo video yet though.

For Gonzo's question, I don't think we ever did play each other.

gonzo come on theres so many snake players you should be used to them by now =P

i actually dont mind snake anymore after playing him like a thousand times i have a good idea of how to counter his moves.. plus the person i practice the most with is snake XD

yeah deg youre pretty good... so im starting to wonder since all kirby mains seem to have the same general playstyle (myself included) what makes us unique? i can say right now gonzo makes more use of nair than me or deg...

umm deg i dont really remember anything that seperates me from you o.o
i think i use uair a lot more?

haha yea.. i think we all have like the same exact ground game though... makes me wonder if kirby's ground game is going to start becoming predictable?

Nah, I don't think our ground game will become predictable. I use practically every ground attack he has, so as long as you keep changing it up, I don't think there should be a problem.

Besides, there's several characters I can't even play on the ground against, like Wolf, Snake, and especially ROB. Oh man do I hate ROB, the only ground attack I could really use was foward smash and I didn't use that till my opponent was at a higher %. So yeah I was in the air practically the whole time.

Honestly for me, snake isn't that hard (although this is probably because the person I play against most mains snake). I have to say though, it took me a while to come up with decent strats and ways of approaching and fighting against him.

I think are some strategies that you just HAVE to play with against certain chars, like staying in the air rather that making it a melee fight. Wolf definitely fits that category well and so does ROB, diddy, snake and pikachu(atm). Ive also found that making a ground game against zelda,
marth, and peach will increase the chances of me winning 75% of the time. And Pit for me is a lost cause. I have no idea what to do against those spamming arrows cause all of his smashes afterwards are safe and he just dodges away. Either that or i try to hit him and his range is longer than mine. Halp T_T

Its odd seeing you struggle with players I can beat kinda easy, yet I've never beaten you deg. Least I don't think so, I know i beat SD but not sure If i've beaten you on GB. Any advice for me against kirby. I don't really understand this match up much since I rarely get to play kirby. I do kirby on the side but I don't play a strong enough air game with him, I always forget i have more than 2 jumps XD. Anyways, any weakness I don't know how to exploit deg?

I think the first time we played you beat me on GB. I don't play as Wolf, but maybe try punishing me between each back air I use? I'm not sure really :(

Yeaaaah deg, you and rok the reaper beat us in grand finals at DML's. You were great in those games, but in your singles vids, boy do you camp aerial attacks alot. Reminded me of a gangster gun war.

in fact, going thru the moveset is what i was trying to do with my threads, so if u don't mind, i'mma link all my 'moveset' threads to ur vids... is that cool? =)

i have yet to see a nondisjointed move NOT be cancelled by a reverse utilt. This is why I always love using it when my opponent is behind me, as they will usually have more lag if t he try to attack me and I can get in a second utilt before they recoverr.
