Wario is Mario's counter, not brother (Luigi is his brother). This actually might lead me to edit the post and make Wario albanian, as this would make more sense since mario is italian.

Wario is obviously from Texas, he fits pretty much every stereotype except for the cowboy hat.

I think Lucario is Italian because of his name. Any reason why Marth is Puerto Rican? He seems pretty French to me.
