When you are hanging on the ledge of a stage (the best place to perform this is final destination) just push down (don't fastfall though, just to let go of the ledge) then:
when you hang on the right side, jump left and then walljump to the right.
This is a good way to Bair the edgeguarder
and even if the block the bair, you can up b them :D
