I will begin compiling useful information and statistical geekery (the holy grail of this site) on Captain Falcon as more pops up. Hopefully this will help some Falcon mains out with thier basic knowledge of where Captain Falcon's attributes rank exactly.

Brawl character running speed chart. This is measured in miles per hour. Note how rediculously high Sonic and Captain Falcon are over everyone else.

7/22/08
Average damage per move chart. This is the result of a characters total attack damage (fully charged attacks too) divided by the number of attacks that they have that inflict damage. The numbers on the left indicate the average amount of damage.

7/23/08
Killing percentages chart. I took most of these statistics from Doggilina's thread. It only shows his most notable kill moves (no throws; ledge attacks;...) Basically, the higher the bar is, the better the move is at killing. Thanks, Wogrim!

7/23/08
Manliness chart. We seem to be a little anxious for a manliness ratings list, so I did better. A graph! If you feel a certain character was placed improperly, feel free to point it out. This is quite accurate for a joke. :)

Changes from Melee to Brawl chart. This maps out he differences between Captain Falcon's moves in Brawl and Melee. His moves were nerfed in many ways but poeple tend to ignore the buffs that they've got. Just look up the changes made to his special moves -- proof.

Edit: Please view this graph with a grain of salt. Some of it is based off of opinion so not everyone will agree with it. If there is an obvious problem with it that I missed please let me know.

Brawl Character Weight chart. Having a high falling speed is always a good thing. Unfortunatly it also makes the Good Captain more likely to be caught in tilt locks and infinites. Anyway here are the specific weights for you to match up. Notice how the more powerful a character is, the heavier they tend to be.

You may have seen the "What drives you to main the Cap'?" post that I have created. I really made that in preparation for this thread. It collected everybody's reasons to main Captain Falcon. Those reason are the list below with no specific order.

You may want to main Captain Falcon becuase he is;
1. Too good
2. The manliest character
3. Has the only true cinimatic Final Smash
4. Only character to have a fighting team copy throughout the entire series
5. Very important role in the Subspace Emisarry
6. Has the game's most epic kill moves
7. You mained Ganondorf already
8. Fun to play as
9. Killing with Captain Falcon looks pretty grand
10. You like to spam "Show me ya moves!"
11. Only Character to have six costumes in every game
12. You used him in SSB64 or Melee
13. Has the Falcon Punch
14. Combo of speed and raw power
15. Is halarious to play as
16. Looks cool
17. Sexiest moves
18. He's not afraid to show of his junk when he wins
19. Depends only on the player's skill
20. You want a character with potential
21. Switching to another character is hard
22. To show top tier character players what Falcon is really made of
23. Has THE KNEE
24. Awsome theme songs. Yes, multiple theme songs (plural)
25. Has golden super nipples
26. High mobility
27. Short short-hop
28. He is fast
29. His forums are at the top of the list so you don't have to scroll down
30. Moves feel perfect.
31. If you lose, you can blame Nintendo. If you win, you can gloat about him being bad
32. You are a fan of F-Zero
33. Agressive playstyle
34. Only smash character with comic-book style artwork
35. He was your childhood hero
36. Has an inescapable fan swing
37. Captain Falcon allowed you to main him (only Falcon mains have been granted the divine right to use such a difficult character)

Here are four lists I've compiled that track what moves beat out/get beaten out by the Raptor Boost and the famed Falcon Kick. This is just a starter video (mostly to see if this works). There should be more serious ones later.

It is hard to come across a real combo video for Brawl. But this is interesting in terms of timing and "when to use what move". There is a time and place for everything, the same goes for all of C Falcon's attacks.

This is basically the best real combo video that I have seen for Falcon yet. It has some Ganondorf too. Alot of the combos in this are escapable but this is what they look like when you're able to complete one.

Marth users, don't take my manliness chart to heart. Marth is still cool. He's just... less manly.

The next update won't be for a while, so I hope to have something big by then. And maybe a move priority chart. <.<

Yay! A new list, finally.

I know... I am trying to make this a serious post. I'm actually suprised at some of my findings. I never thought that C Falcon had so many good hidden aspects. He's even higher than some top tier characters in a few areas.

Ness is almost manly! :p It'a little ironic that you put Marth in the lowest of manliness.

I considered that. But then I thought; "Pit has balls, Sheik is Zelda." So Pit.
Pit is an angel; how do you know Pit has balls?

For the kill percents chart, the NAir should be 2nd hit not DAir, and the DAir you have there is nipple so you should add the feet one (kills off the top). Also I see that you have them separated by section (Tilts, Smashes, Aerials, Specials) but I think within each section they should be ordered by kill percent (lowest or highest first doesn't matter to me).

NAir is still wrong; it doesn't kill that low (it's pretty near Falcon Dive).
Your'e still missing regular DAir (feet kill off the top; it's somewhere down near FTilt).

The (2nd hit) and (nipple) you might as well put on the bottom as part of the move name instead of on top of the bar.

The order on the yellow region should be FSmash, USmash, BAir (which you show killing lower than it does), UTilt; you probably got a typo or 2.
