Does rest hit anyone on the Floor if you are on the floor also?
Also, if you use the Gigalypuff Glitch, will rests hitbox be bigger?

God no that would be broken. Its only if your touching touching them with the center of your body. And the glitch isn't possible in competitive play anyway.

Jigglypuff gets final smash and starts to get big. Then while growing jigglypuff gets hit by a scenery object. (Bridge reforming, pirate ship crap). After jigglypuff gets hit shes stuck at the size she grew too.
