Your Jiggly wasn't so bad. I'd say to work on spacing, take advantages of deadfalls and nail them with rest, work on air combos, and you were a little predictable at times. I've learned that empty short-hops are your friend.

Its not bad but you are way too campy. Jigglypuff isnt a camp character, so you should try being a bit more agressive.
