Do you suppose pound could spike if...

The character is hit with the bottom of the hitbox.

I've been able to regularly make people fly upwards with a horizontal/diagonal pound, and also have them fly diagonally by hitting them with the edges of the hitbox. Do you suppose that there's a certain part of the hitbox that'll spike characters?

i know that if your on the stage and they are going to the ledge, if you pound away from the stage as they try to sweet spot it can stage spike. but idk about a regular spike.

No. It doesn't spike. theres a 1 in a million chance that it will happen. and when it does its usually them Diing downwards on a horizontal hit.
