Other character forums have this kind of topic, so I figured meh, might as well make one for Ike as well.

In order to track how successful Ike is in Brawl, as well as his most effective players, I present the Ike tournament results:

Ahhh, Fancy Smash 3 was the most fun I've ever had at a tournament... fun times :).

I wish I could go out and give Ike more tourney rep :(.

Wow. Ike isn't so bad right now. This is seriously comparing with upper class people like Falco, Fox, Toon Link.

There was about 13 people, and I won $60.50 I believe.
I also got third at a play n trade with shy of 20 people. Instead of cash prize it was $75 store credit, Bleh. :/

Ankoku's topic has been halted for the moment, but Ankoku will continue to update This page, so I will still be able to update this topic. But if you want to help out, post if you've placed top 10 in any tournaments recently (Top 10 sounded better than top 8, IMO).

I went ahead and added it to my Index (under leanne) so you can look for it there if you want because I doubt we will have a sticky for tournament results with such an underused character. Unless CK's sticky gets removed which really serves no purpose.

Alternatively You can click on your name > statistics > find all threads > ??? > profit!


In other news I got 2nd out of 47 this past Saturday. I got a measly 25$ walmart gift card, 6$ movie coupon, and a keychain. Stupid venue kept most of the money or at least half.

Do you need a link for this? I got some good results for Ike(top 8 or higher) but they have been from small tournies (20 people was the most there ever was, the tournies usually get 12-16 people).

Nice job ryko its better than me at hobo. Theres going to be a tournament this weekend I think and a big one with OOS on the 15th of nov. seems like theres alot of NM Ikes and AZ Ikes coming so that would be kool I'll place better than all of them and win though so it doesn't really matter.

Burrito, like 50 of the people at that tourney were SCRUBS!! and it was SINGLE ROUND POOLS!!! screwed me over... plus I was having a bad day meh... I hope to do better in tournies soon..

Ryko, you went Marth half the time too >___>

I went marth for 2 matches, an olimar and a falco, both with straight hard advantages on Ike. Who wouldn't switch?

And 170 people showed, of course scrubs showed up. Of the top 32 was there a player there you wouldn't have called legit?

Yes switching against Falco and Olimar is actually the smart thing to do, nothing against you. But I saw you battle a diddy with Marth >___>

Yes of the top 32 that is legit. But it's like not 170 but 120~~ >__> I'm not trying to ruin his image. AND I believe ONE was NOT legit >___>, in one pool EVERYONE but Rhyme was a scrub...

lol that Image thing was kind of a joke who did you end up loosing to ryko? And how well did you do in the brackets like how many points how many advanced out of each one how many people that kind of stuff.

Give us good details not just I used Marth against 3 guys. Anything get recorded?

Also ussi how did you do in the pools.

Been 2 hours so I hope its ok.

My tournament got AZ to come! NM will probably come since its between us if not I'll eat there souls in my sleep.

Dallas is coming to and you know what that means? RoK has no real reason to decline my 100$ MM challenge now. Even if I don't place in the top 3 I can make some good money here.

Hylian also said he would try and come and I'm trying to get xyro to come by using his blank sucks(vs samus) things against him. El paso is saying houston sucks vs el paso. Samus sucks vs my Ike Xyro sucks vs this guys falcon its awesome lol. Sethlon said he might come too!

I'm getting really excited!!! :flame:

wish me luck even though its still a month till then. Need to find sponsors by then to make people enjoy there stay here.

my pools went horrible ~_~ 2-5

I hate how I ended up losing 2 matches I was winning, and the other two probably happened cause I didn't care anymore. Sigh bad day... hate single round matches ~_~

xYz that is a LOOONG time ago. Heck I believe Snake was considered the best then. Lots of characters have changed their metagame since then.

Well it would probably still be best to write-down all history, see how much Ike has evolved...or went down...either way, it's up to Cambriel to decide.

Although I got to admit, that was probably a time where people were still complaining about how Ike had too much power and people couldn't avoid the "Godly" Fsmashes.
