This team is far from final, and I'm just kind of theorizing one for Platinum.

Ability: Speed Boost
EV's: 252Sp.Atk/232Spd/20Hp

Almost standard Yanmega lead. Protect for Speed Boost; Bug Buzz & Air Slash for STAB; HP[Fire] instead of Ice for leads like Bronzong, Weavile, Magnezone, Foretress, etc. which have become more popular.
