Chicago's All Smash & Naruto Rev 2 Results!

The tournament ended and it was long!

We had a limited supply of TVs but that's ok I believe all the tournaments were running pretty smoothly anyway. At least from what I saw. I hope everyone had a fun time. We were limited in casuals to some games, but it comes with the available set-ups we had.

I saw a lot of people again that I had not seen in a while and I saw a lot of new people. It is nice to see Chicago go out and represent. There a lot of new Smashers that I never saw before show up to this tournament and hope they show up again to future ones, would be nice to keep a scene going. ^_^

I will type out the Full results for a few games right now. I will update the results has soon I get the full results for the other tournaments. Also just to have this open for people to give shout-outs and just talk about their experiences at the tourney.

I know many of the people saying they were going to show up did not, this was very evident in the Melee Doubles Tourney, cause it ended up been canceled due to lack of attendance. Also, in the cancellation of the Smash 64 tournament, though it also involved the time it would have potentially run at.

I will see if I do another tournament, I'm not sure right now. I had a fun time doing my Chicago End Of Summer and had people from all over the Midwest show up to that one, and now the same for this one cause it also got many people from all over the Midwest. Maybe a 3rd one is coming up soon? Who knows I need rest and time to figure out if I should do another one.

Hahaha, yep, we kept having to cross my name out and rewrite it somewhere else, but it kept getting screwed up XD

After asking all the melee players there, I think I can safely say I'm the only melee player on the north half of chicago. It just got colder in wrigleyville

he told me to find a new teammate because he didn't really feel like doin brawl in general.

im pretty sure im goin back to melee for the majority of my play time that is left. realizing this when i entered a 14 man melee tourny over a 45 person brawl tourny.
