Well now, my data seems to be pretty accurate compared to the tidbits I've found lying around.
PS:
Counting frames is really boring and tedious work, I often have to recount my frames to make sure I didn't miss one. Due to me testing multiple things (Mine/C4 time limits, how long, this frame data, and making my video guide) it may take a week or two to gather all data. Thank you.
There is an order, it goes neutral, forward, down, up.
#1 - Movement Starts (Startup Lag)
#2 - Hitbox Comes Out
#3 - Hitbox Ends (hard to test < no really.. its really hard to test)
#4 - IASA Frame (Can you shorten End Lag by Shielding?)
#5 - Movement Stops (Without IASA - Goes back to NEUTRAL STANCE) (End Lag)
Note:
Green letter = Confirmed (Tested multiple times and is consistant
Red Letter = Unconfirmed (Needs more testing)
