TOURNEY CANCELLED
First of all welcome to this thread. This is going to be a unique tourney probably no one has hosted a tourney like this. If everyone cooperates this will work out. If no one does this can be a disaster. You must be at least Smash Child level to enter.
There will be 32 contestants. Each round will be 1 week long. Single Elimination. The first round will be a singles 1v1 match. The second round will be a team 2v2 match. The third round will also be a team 2v2 match (the team will be switched). And then the final round will be a singles 1v1 match. We can have the rounds start early if everyone gets done with their matches. If one player tries to schedule a match and the other player does not respond than the player trying to contact the other wins by default.
Rules (Team Attack ON and life stealing allowed)
a) 3 stock
b) 8 min. time limit
c) NO ITEMS
d) The first two rounds are best of 3. The last two rounds are best of 5.
e) The first stage will be randomly selected from the following stages: Nuetral Stages
Battlefield
Yoshi’s Island (Brawl)
Final Destination
Smashville
The second stage will be picked by the loser. (same rule with 3rd battle if there is one)
He/she/they may pick a counterpick or a nuetral stage.
