I heard some kid in my year got 14/90 for a Maths exam.
This is in a school where most people got 14/15 for the first section.

I ace'd tests but failed classes cuz I gave 0 ****s about life~

Really though, I didnt actually fail, I just did the minimum to get by lol.

Yeah, it tends to be that way for kids that are naturally good at school. It's rarer that you can coast through senior school (in Aus this is years 11-12) tests that way, though. If you get a bit of a shock, try not to worry and just resolve on your understanding and effort because it does that to like, everyone. :o

I'm actually a really good class student. When i'm there, I do everything that's asked of me, it just tends to be homework and assignments cause I get lazy and go play video games. :p

But yeah I know countless people who have been in that boat. :3

I remember NAPLAN. Back in year 9 (this also happened in year 7 for me), we sat our NAPLAN exams in the middle of term 2. When the results are given back, there are a bunch of vertical bars which show you the bands you can get. They show you the school average, the rough state range (standard deviation) and your mark as a dot. At the top of band 6 there's this little tiny arrow that points upward. My dot was almost always in that tiny arrow thing. :D

i remember in year 3 i got 100% for the numeracy part.
and i got in the middle for writing cos i sucked at it.

well... that's what happens when you mix Asians with math.

I was pretty rebellious as a kid for some reason lol. I literally just sluffed all the time and barely did any work. Do I regret it? In some ways, yes, but there were a lot of good memories and friends made through what I did thats make me say it was. Obviously, the GPA is one thing, but I just ended up going to a community college to do generals and used the 3.8 GPA I got there to get into the school I wanted lol.

well, I drowned in pools...

first match, playing against a Zelda, I win, he switches to Marth (which was really good) and won.
second match, I rek a falco.
third match, a decent Diddy defeated me. with more mu knowledge I think I could have beaten him.

soo yeee, I need to get a secondary to kill marth, and get more experienced x)

EDIT: if I won against the diddy I would make it to the bracket

Damn, Ness GD. Been ages. Kinda.
I can't play Ness in P:M cause I'm too set on playing him like Brawl. Going to try to learn him in Melee though, was never a fan. DJC is always fun though.

And it just seems like character discussion forums are dead. The hell happened. Is everyone just posting about Smash 4 now?

ok, i kinda have stopped playing brawl for like a year or so, did anything big or great or new or whatever happened that is ness-related like some new at's?

i probadly won't play ness that much anymore, or brawl in general, i just try to get in shape for smash4, but maybe i'll start to love that game again

my sd-card literally just fell apart, and my wii can't read disks anymore, and i have no backup of anything, well, seems like i won't start playing brawl again ... smash 4 better be good ._.

im working on a for-fun brawl hack right now with someone else, and apart from some characters which need fixing or are simply not edited enough so not 100% done, we are only missing 2 characters, and now I CANT FINISH THAT AHAHAHswgweaqgzreqz

hmm that combo video made me realize one thing

that 1 year of not playing brawl (or ness) made me forget like everything, i don't know stuff anymore besides simple stuff (when something like a b-throw kills etc.)

but nice video ... i guess ... ahhh missing knowledge is showing up ... i couldn't even rate MUs now ... but you did stuff with pk-flash and i still know this move is a good contestant for worst move in the game

normal-brawl's pk-flash is just sooo bad :c
the one in the brawl hack i make is just soooooooo much better xD

i played a ness match in a tourney after i played that hack and paused the game, because it was to slow and tiny and i thought it was bugged or something, was the same wii i played the hack before, and i was experimenting with the pk-flash size, so i thought i kinda bugged something

btw i saved my fc for the new servers, can't play brawl right now, and haven't patched my .iso, but when i patch it and get my new sd-card, then i could play laggy wifi-matches with some australians again (literally to most distant country of germany on the entire earth)
like every ness and lucas here were from autralia right? or just some .... AHHH I FORGOT EVERYTHING KILL ME

So dunno if you guys have heard but some people that played the Sm4sh demo have confirmed Ness with some screenshots. He's got a great design xD Can't add them here atm tho

hmm, so is anyone interested in Sm4sh Ness? His Fair looks worse and same goes with his bthrow. Pkfire is nerfed but still a better option cause of no sdi.

also, recovery looks nerfed. so I think Ness will keep on being a low/mid-tier

Hey guys! I haven't been here in so long! I just wanted to say I've been playing Project M and went to two tournaments (Both at Google Headquarters and Yesterday I placed in the top 8 or 16 out of 104 players! (They haven't uploaded the final bracket yet) Some of my games were played on the Twitch Livestream and so they'll be archived soon and I'll link it here!

Also Smash 4 Ness looks amazing!
