Intro
Hey welcome to my tournament in West Bloomfield. This one will be quite a bit different than the last one. At this tourney, there will be Brawl, Melee, and NarutoRev2, and possibly TvC. For food there is a corner store out side the neighborhood along with every fast food restaurant, there will also be food at the tourney.

A Few Things That Would Be A Big Help
? Bring your own Controllers
? I’ll will bring cameras and record as many matches as I can
? We will also allow your venue fee to be wavered by bringing a setup
Venue fee will be waived for full setups, and it will be based on
first-come-first serve

? Items = Off/None
? Best 2/3 in tournament
? Best 3/5 in Finals
? No player may choose a stage they have already won on in that set unless agreed upon by both players.
? Metaknight's Infinite Cape glitch is banned.
? If a game ends with Bowser doing his suicide klaw and it ends in sudden death, the sudden death will be ignored and that game will count as a win for Bowser.
? You are responsible for your own controller and name tag. Any malfunctions or errors that occur are your responsibility, so bring an extra controller if possible and always check to make sure you're using the correct settings BEFORE a match is played. If a match is to be restarted due to controller functions, both parties must agree it upon.
? Any action that can prevent the game from continuing (i.e., freezing, disappearing characters, game reset, etc.) will result in a forfeit of that match for the player that initiated the action. You are responsible for knowing your own character, and must be wary about accidentally triggering one of these effects.
? Stalling is banned.
? Set format (In Order of Procedure):
? Opponents choose their characters for the first match *
? Opponents start the stage striking procedure
? Each player may announce one stage to be banned for counterpicks of the set
? The first game is played, using the stage chosen during step 2
? The loser of the previous match announces the next match's stage from either the Starter Stage List or the Counter Stage List
? The winner of the previous match chooses their character
? The loser of the previous match chooses their character
? Repeat steps 5-7 for all proceeding matches
a. Double blind character selection may be called for the first match

Rules and Format-Naruto Clash of Ninja Revolution 2
1. Time: 90 Seconds
2. Damage Level: 2
3. Rounds: 3 out of 5
4. All Obstacles and Stage Transitions will be turned OFF
5. Controller Set-up: Game Cube and Classic Controller Styles ONLY.
6. Wiimotes must have the batteries pulled out inbetween matches. Interference with someone else's matches will result in DQ.
7. Each set of the tournament will go 2 out of 3 Matches until Winner's and Loser's Finals which will be 3 out of 5 Matches. Grand Finals will be 4 out of 7 Matches.
8. Gaara's backturned up+A on WAKEUP is Banned and Jiraiya's backturned down+A on WAKEUP is Banned!
9. Loser of the match has the option to change characters or choose a stage (if they want). Winner must keep the same character. If a new character is chosen the loser can not pick the stage and it goes to Random.
10. In general, stages are always chosen at random, no redos. Players must agree on a stage or it is random.
11. KABUTO IS BANNED.
Rules and Format-Melee
* Items are set to off
* The stock is set to 4
* The time limit is set to 8 minutes
* All sets are best of 3 matches, except for winners, losers, and grand finals, which are best of 5s
* In the event of a dispute, controller ports will be selected by Rock-Paper-Scissors
* No player may choose the stage they last won on
* Ties will be broken by lives, then percentage. In the event of a percentage tie, one stock sudden death will be played
* Wobbling is allowed except when used to excessively stall a match
* The Ice Climber Freeze Glitch is banned
* Jigglypuff's rising pound stall is banned
* Peach's bomber stall beneath levels where she is unreachable is banned (example: FoD)

1. Opponents choose their characters for the first match *
2. Each player may announce one stage to be banned for the entirety of the set
3. The first stage will be played at random from the Random Stage List **
4. The loser of the previous match announces the next match's stage from either the Random Stage List or the Counter Stage List
5. The winner of the previous match chooses their character
6. The loser of the previous match chooses their character
7. Repeat steps 4-7 for all proceeding matches
