This tournament is going to be held because whe are getting close to the year 2009.
Because this is going to be my first tournament it will be a 16 man tournament, without a prize.
My next tournament will be having prizes, if this is going to be a success

There isn't really a date now, but when i have enough participant i will be making the brackets using bracketmaker.

Rest = Banned:
Rules :
•Timer set to 7even minutes
•Three stocks.
•All items set to OFF and NONE.
•Brcket is Double elimination. Rounds one, two, and three are best two out of three. Round four is best three out of five.
•Neutral and counter pick stages only
•"Advanced Slob Picks" Rule: The losing player in a match has the option to switch characters and select a pre-determined stage for the next match in the set; however, they must make their opponent aware of their stage and character choices. (This means no Random button.) You may not counter pick the same stage twice in one set, regardless of the outcome of the previous match it was used.
