The Official Rate My Mario thread

Hello Mario mains, I've decided too make a 'Rate my Mario' thread so members can come in here and post their videos of getting critiqued.



------------------------------------Rules----------------------------------------------

1) Don't post Mario double videos, or Mario ditto's.
2) Try not be post too many videos, 5 is a good number, but any more then that becomes very tedious for others to critique.
3) Also try not too post say, 5 different 'Rate my Mario' videos every new day. It's best to wait a (week, or maybe 5 days trying not too be too harsh) so we can how much you've improved.

Other than that post away, and I'll be adding videos the lastest critiquing video's here. I will remove video's that or older then a month, but if you want to keep them just ask.

I keep getting the "The URL contained a malformed video ID." error for Player-1's vids.

It looks like marios dancing XP, and the coloring isnt perfect on the words but overall ....nice.

Btw nice avatar pic. Evil serge :chuckle: i was just playing chrono cross.

I like the idea of this thread, it could get alot of attention 0.0

Lol yea...I'm not the...greatest at Photoshop =P, if anyone wants to add a better picture please do, we'd all appreciate it :).

Yea, it's Serge, Dark Serge has the pirate bandana, and OMG at you playing Chrono Cross, I love that game so much.

Pfft dark serge, evil serge whatev. He's Lynx so lets say hes both. Although Serge has a white innate and when they're souls switch lynx's still black. So im assuming Dark Serge is still a white innate. Therefore u could call him light/happy serge?

haha I dont know, What would u call a white mage with a dark personality?

Maybe im thinking to literally :psycho:

the capture card my friend has isnt even a "card" you plug the wii into it, then that to tv, and i think it has a way to plug into a laptop/comp. well thats the way i got my vids recorded. sorry if im wrong :/ hahah

@ Sensei

I can't really give you much advice, you seemed pretty good too me. But against Marth, I found the roll-->dsmash got predictable, and he punished you for it. And try to save your Smashes for K.O's. Maybe more up B out of shield. The Kirby match was pretty flawless imo. You don't really have much to improve on imo, it was hard to tell your mistakes at certain points during the match.

@Yoshi-Kirby

First Match;
1:06-Don't charge up fsmash, use smashes for K.O's
1:12-Charging FLUDD was a bad option
1:50-Don't Fireball close to the opponent
3:06-As much as I love to boast about down tilt, never use it, ever :p.

Second Match;
4:35-Don't use f-air as an approach
6:50-I gotta say, nice Jab mindgames to fsmash (Maybe I should steal it :D.)

Umm only things too improve on or just save your smashes for KO's, I found you used them at akward times which worked once in a while, but you get punished majority of the time. Overall good Mario.
