I won't be able to come to any of the upcoming tourneys unfortunately. But if there's a big one in spring or summer I'll come. I always wanted to go to France once!

Hey guys, Brawl could be a tourney game for Super Vs Battle World. Super Vs Battle: World is an upcoming (early 2009) fighting game event being planned by UK fighting game community Neo Empire.

This event will be 3 days event. it is going to be an international tournament where players from France, Germany, Spain, and more all over Europe go and compete in the Tournamnet. The tournament games haven't been decided yet and staff are still very open to suggestions. However, in order for them to host Brawl, there must be a big turnout for it. if any of you international players are interested in getting Brawl to be a SVB tournament game, then let the people from neoempire know.

Oh no, not the Melee / Brawl debate again :p
Just for information, the french smash community is 50/50 (Or 60% Brawl, 40% Melee maybe). However, some players like me (and BJay, Leon, Inf by example) like both games.
(I have a personnal preference for Brawl, but whatever, they are very different)

(Please don't respond to that in order to begin a Brawl / Melee debate, that was just an information about french community ;))

Ahah, we don't have a 100+ man tourney every month :p

BI7 was on November the 23d and there were around ~80 people.
BI8 was on Februray the 1st, with 105 people.
BI9 will have over 120 people ! :D

Anyways, i had told a lot of people on SWF and AIB about BI8, but you may not have seen the infos ;)

By the way, i forgot to say the surprise of this event : Glutonny, a 13 years old newcomer, 2-stocking and 3-stocking Leon... Leon was obviously not playing at his best in his set against Glutonny, but still his Wario is... impressive. (Leon still got 3d though)
I myself lost against that Glutonny... It was really really close, but his FSmash won over mine twice haha.

Anyways, next time I hope that some european players can come ^^ (And I will tell that to the organisation of BI)

Some really good matches that I have watched so far. It would be awesome if you guys come to Super Vs Battle if Brawl is confirmed as a tourney game for it :)

Well anyways... BI9 won't be as big as BI8 apparently, for two reasons :

- Same week-end as ESA3 (where i will be to plays ome brawl friendlies XD)
- Some players study on Saturaday mornings and thus can't attend the tournament

So I will be at ESA3 on Sunday the 12th for sure (come and MM me !), and I won't be at BI9, very probably... :/

I'll probably go to BI saturday (a bit late), then to ESA sunday if there is some Brawl (I never played Melee seriously).

Guys are there any Brawl players near Strasbourg or near the german boarder?
@K@0S: I don't think there will be much Brawl at ESA3 no official events and probably not that much freeplay, at ESA2 there was like 1 TV with Brawl :p
