Back in September was the first tourney of this series, Chibo's We Need a Tourney... Tourney, and now I present: Chibo's We Need ANOTHER Tourney... Tourney.
Why am I calling it this? Normally it would be a biweekly, but there's already a biweekly just two days earlier! Why two tourneys so close together?

You may show up around 1:30pm - 2:00pm. I aim to have signups for doubles ending at 2:30pm. Tourney will be over at like 8 o' clock.

Singles: $10
Doubles: $10 per team

- 3 Stock
- 8 minute time
- Stage strike rules for first match
- Standard counterpicking procedure for 2nd+ matches
- No MK infinite cape
- No stupid stalling (Clearly avoiding your opponent from all forms of engagement when your at a percentage loss)
- Other various standard rules
- Neutral stages: Final Destination, Battlefield, Smashville, Lylat Cruise, Yoshi's Island (Brawl)
- Counterpick stages: Delfino Plaza, Castle Siege, Frigate Orpheon, Battleship Halberd, Rainbow Cruise, Brinstar, Pokemon Stadium, Pokemon Stadium 2, Norfair, Jungle Japes
