Yeeeep. Works at Waaaay lower percents. I just dont use it out of habit from melee and Brawl. Since it was a bad move and all. It can combo into ANY smash as early as 80% but you can tech the dtilt if you try using a fsmash or dsmash. When you hit 100%+, you cant tech the dtilt at all.


So yea.


Brawl+ ftw.
