Sup guys, this is my first tourney, so first off, I hope this goes well and if any more seasoned OTL TO's have any suggestions for me, definitely do not hesitate to post your ideas.
This is pretty much going to be a regular tournament, no cool FMOI crazy fun rules or anything, maybe if this one goes well and I host another one, I'll switch that up.
I'm sorry, but there WILL NOT be a prize.
Signups are going to be going on all week. Ending the 26th then I guess.
After That, All Rounds Will Be About 3 Days Long, And I Will PM People To Remind Them When Matches Are.

You Must Have AT LEAST 25 Posts To Enter This Tourney
RULES!:
-3 Stock
-8 Minute Timer
-Items Set to "Off" and "None"
-Single Elimination
-All sets with the exception of the finals and Semi-finals are best of 3 matches
-This Finals and Semi-finals are best 3 out of 5.
-If the timer runs out, the winner is determined by stock and then percentage.
-If the stock and percentage of both players are the same after the timer runs out (even though it won't happen), Sudden Death WILL NOT be played, but a 1 stock playoff will be played, and the winner of that will win the match.
-No player may choose to play on a stage that they already won on, unless it is agreed upon by both players.
-Metaknight's infinite cape glitch is BANNED
-If the match ends with Bowser or Ganondorf's suicide, then the player who initiated the suicide is the winner of the match.
-Stalling is banned.
Stalling: The act of deliberately avoiding any and all conflict so that one may make the game unplayable. Running away from an opponent to reach a better position is not stalling, while doing an infinite grab endlessly against a wall is. Any infinite chain grabs must end quickly after 300% has been reached so as to prevent excessive stalling.
-Be honest about reporting your match, if I find out you were lying, I will have you DQ'ed.
-D3's STANDING Infinite CG is BANNED
-Be a good sport, if you lost, be a good loser, if you win, be a good winner. I will penalize you if I found out you weren't being a good sport, this is for fun.

1. Both players pick random OUT OF THE NEUTRAL STAGES.
2. Match ends.
3. Loser picks the stage they want, out of the counterpick or neutral list.
4. Use the Xat (link below) to communicate so your opponent knows your counterpick.
5. If the player that list 1st match wins second match, repeat steps 3 and 4.

Don't argue with any of the rules, unless you think I missed something. I most likely won't change something I've already added.
