Captains can only attack once all their defense dies or abandons you.
But if I were you, if your defense was about to die I would just abandon your country >_>

okay so this iz how the tourney iz played... first off only attackers can attack and they can attack whom ever they please then once both attackers are gone then defenders have to wait for someone to attack them.... then once the defenders are gone the only person left iz the captin and he can attack whom ever he wants and he can be attacked by anyone??? am i completely right because im questioning what i just said about the defenders...

Correct 8bitman, also attackers should tell their captain before making an attack don''t wanna start a huge war with two countries.

Also remember wanted people can attack anyone or be attacked by anyone.

I thought the Defenders gained the ability to attack once the attackers were gone.
