Wolf Texture Thread

~WOLF TEXTURE HACKS~

ABOUT

I've never seen this done on another character board, so I wasn't sure about the legality of it. Xsyven gave me the go-ahead, so we'll hope for the best.

This is a compendium of all Wolf texture hacks (that I can get my grubby hands on). I have reuploaded everything so they won't suddenly become unavailable. All packs will include the necessary PCS files, and some will have PAC and TGA (CSP - character selection portrait) files, if they exist. You can see the screenshots of the textures along with the download link.

If you find something that I don't have, or if there is a problem with a file, tell me about it and I'll fix it. If you created a texture posted here and want it gone, talk to me and I'll take it down.

HOW TO GET STARTED

[This thread] covers everything necessary to start using textures, along with any other hacks you want to use.

AS described above, the below textures go in [private\wii\APP\RSBE\pf\fighter\wolf]. Wolf has 6 replaceable textures numbered FitWolf00 through FitWolf05.

This thread is obviously focused on Wolf, but more textures can be found [HERE]

Do it, it's super easy, download Youko's texture pack and edit your way from there, that's what I did.

Now I have to figure out how to change the portrait =p if you could pm me that would be awesome, I have all the folders set and such, I just need to know which file to replace because I have portraits for each wolf.

Hm, is anyone else having problems with Chaotix000's blackgreen texture?

Whenever I use the blaster, the game stutters/freezes for a second then resumes playing.
This only happens when using this particular texture, all the other wolf textures I've used work fine.

I've had that happen with a random Wolf texture but only one. It's probably the same one. ot sure what's going on with it. Maybe I'll try to fix it :D

Well, to start, you need an SD card (and a way to hook it up to a computer, lol)

From there, just read this thread and follow the directions.

I've been silently updating this from time to time. It's a shame that edits don't bump the thread.

is there a pcs file that's supposed to go with this? does it go in the regular folder? i couldn't get it to work.

Last time i tried to add a wolf texture, it worked! ( -.- thats really cool dyno ) yes, but after when i was ingame i used my blaster and it lagged everytime i used it. i love wolf he is a bad**s. what could it have been?

@ texture: omg i am going crazy. Pimp wolf and purple wolf are my FAV!

It lags for some reason. I think it depends on the texture. There isn't an (easy) way to fix it :dizzy:
