For fun and actual comparison with your game play. The further you go down the list, the less you should be using that attack. Attacks in E tier should NEVER be used. Grab releases not included for what I hope are obvious reasons. Attacks aren't ordered within the tiers.

S Tier:
Fortress

A Tier:
Jab
Aerial Klaw

B Tier:
FTilt
FAir

C Tier:
Ground Klaw
Firebreath
DTilt
UTilt
UAir
BAir
Down Throw
USmash

D Tier:
FSmash
DSmash
Dash Attack
NAir
DAir
Bowser Bomb
Back Throw

E Tier:
Forward Throw
Up Throw

Heres an approximation of my usage tier:

Most used
Forretress
Jab(s)

Used A Lot
Fair
F-tilt

Used plenty
Fire breath
Aerial Klaw
U-Tilt
D-Tilt
Uair
D-Throw

Used Occasionally
Bair
U-Smash
Ground Klaw
F-Smash
Nair
Bowser Bomb

Never Used
Dash Attack (Occaisonally used on grab release if guaranteed)
F-Throw
B-Throw
U-Throw
Dair
D-Smash

I play a ridiculously campy and defensive Bowser so it changes the tiers around a little bit. Seems pretty accurate for a more agressive playstyle.

A move tier list? Seriously?

Oh well. Flying Slam is still my favorite move in the game.

Nah. It wouldn't take off. People would still refer to them as "jabs, tilts, and aerials."

Can I call the Flying Slam the Murder Hug though? XD
Yes, Flying Slam is definitely now known as murder hug. If anyone calls it anything else they die.

Also:
Neutral-B: Murder Flame
Up-B: Murder Spin
Down B: Murder Sit/Murder Bomb

See, I find the U-throw and D-throw somewhat useful....

I use the D-throw then a firebreath as they are caught in the range of the attack.

And I use the U-throw to set up a Bowser Bomb attack, which I am working on how to time it currently as its a bit hit and miss

Hey, I think B-throw should be middle tier (yes, middle tier). I mean, I like it. :/

Why would we rank it in tiers (lol I know this is a bit of fun), but wouldn't it be better to just categorise them into more or less effective moves and surely it is all situational and depends on tactics

I'll shutup as I'm just being a party pooper

The tiers ARE ranked from more effective to more situational.

We refuse naming unnamed attacks but we're renaming officially named attacks.

I almost have no use for throws...mainly because my throwing sucks, and I only get them if they are either easy to predict or stupid.

Bowser Bomb isn't that good...its very situational. If you are playing some1 good then your only going to surprise them once at most. Firebreath gimps low/space animal recoveries well, but otherwise is also pretty situational.

Bowser Bomb is horrible. It has tons of start up lag, ending lag (unless you bomb the ledge) and no priority (an airborne banana peel can stop the move >_>).

To be honest though, I sometimes use it to stall and punish if someone tries to attack me from underneath when I'm airborne :3

I use D-smash sometimes, but not too often. Up-B is better, anyway.

Nair is way better than Dair, it's faster and... it's simply better.

I NEVER use Down-B, because it's got waay too much ending lag to be useful imo.

Dash attack is slow and laggy. It can be dodged and punished so easily, it's a joke move.

Side-special is awesome. I love Bowsercide, it's a great move to use when your opponent is down to one stock. Some call it cheap, but I call it OWNAGE.

Fire breath... well, it's good for edgeguarding, I suppose. It makes Charizard's look like a total joke, which it is.

Yeah I don't know, personally I get a lot of kills down tilting people. Probably more than I get out of upair. Mysterious kill power for such a dumb looking move.

I also tend to use fire a lot more than other Bowsers. Especially when you can catch a spotdodging heavyweight with it but also just short bursts to bait people into trying to punish it. It also seems to work well when recovering high to mess up people's edgeguards due to its priority.

Grounded Bombs composed entirely of 100% pure Bowser are pretty underrated I think as a punishing move vis a vis something like Klawing them when they leave themselves open. Not too much startup time at all and the hitbox on the startup is actually pretty big. Plus it looks much more impressive.

Those are probably the only moves I'd quibble with on people's lists.
