Electro Falcon comes to the brawl, freshly renewed with SHOCKING talent. (tee hee)


v0.3 Changelog:

Side and down taunts are cancelable (you can still hear the sound effects)

Down smash: first hit is fire hit effect, second is dark hit effect...17 less frames of endlag; to compensate I lowered the KBG

side smash: lower angle on all hits, electric hit effects, increased hitlag for the lulz

bair: strong hitbox removed; replaced with a disjointed electric hitbox and graphic effect. Does nine damage, about a 10 to 20 degree angle, etc etc
fair: strong electric hit edited: now fire hit effect, removed extra hitlag, less KBG. weak hits have cool hit effects as well

up tilt: electric hit effects

down tilt: fire hit effects

up taunt has an electric hitbox with electric graphics

and maybe one or two more things that I can't think of right now.

Jab: links together a little better, first 3 hits have electric hit effect, and 3rd hit has brief intangibility

down throw: lower trajectory, electric stuffz

up throw: can combo now, electric stuffz

up air: up smash animation, both hits have electric stuffz, more endlag so it can't be spammed offstage

Many slightly tweaked attributes such as aerial mobility and run speed

Ok, I'm reposting it just like you asked :)

TEH SUPER SAIYAN HEDGEHOG!!!1 v0.2 BETA



Sonic has been modified to become faster, stronger, more powerful as a character, think of it as a playable Super Sonic!

In his Super Form, he radiates intense energy, electric bolts arc around him like a lightning rod, even his movements and attacks have energy radiation!

He has no problem seeing in dark places

The Super Saiyan hedgehog has incredible ground speed, if you were to so much as blink when he starts running, you'll find that he is already right behind you on the other side of the stage!

Wait, wuh? When did he get there?

If you think he is just as slow and weak in the air as he was in his normal form, well you guessed wrong then. This Super powered hedgehog has incredible velocity and control in the air that surpasses any other, sometimes you would say hes practically flying! But be careful, although his incredible air mobility gives him good control, it still isn't impossible to self destruct when you get careless!

His AAA combo is a powerful one, but it requires alot of energy, so if your not mashing that A button as fast as your fingers can allow, you will not see it's true power, but when you do, it can take a huge toll on your opponent!

Ouch! Thats gotta hurt!

Another very useful thing about the Super Saiyan's ability is that many of the IASA frames in his attacks come as soon as the attack is started, giving him incredible range of different combinations! But just like the AAA combo, the buttons need to be mashing in order for this to happen!

His Down tilt is an incredible spinning wheel kick that carries him across the stage, you could say its much like his dash attack in Sonic Battle, but much stronger and faster!

Remember that you must be rapidly tapping the button in order to achieve top speed!

When you initiate his Ftilt, the Hedgehog Unleashes a Powerful kick that although has very short range, will send the opponent flying high into the air no matter what their percentage meter is, although it does great damage and knockback, it will most likely not KO the opponent unless your on a very high platform!

Its great for setting up Spring>Uair combos!

His Up Tilt isnt stronger or weaker, but if anything definently Faster! However if any of his moves are to be feared, it would be his Up Smash, which is incredibly stronger and can kill at less than 100% damage when its not even charged up, and its very quick too!

So long for no good KO moves!

Don't you miss the good ol' Sonic Wind technique? Well the FSmash is bringing it back! When he uses it, he throws an energy wave through the air, causing an incredible wind that smacks the fighters back with incredible strength!

And guess what! The wave can be angled up and down as well!



The normal down smash Sonic was given leaves him vulnerable to a longer range attack, however he decided to fix this by generating an energy field that boosts the yield of attack greatly and protects from attack, and it's a bit stronger too!

With his incredible dash speed, the Super saiyan hedgehog's dash attack has been swapped with his F-air attack for increased damage and and power, while also he slides along the ground when he tries to slow down, which allows for him to go from a dash into a ground attack almost immediately!

HEEEYAA!

With his incredible air mobility, also comes improved aerial battle attacks! His Nair now has an Insta sheild effect from S3&K, with a boosted attack yield and strength, making projectile attacks not a problem for the Super Saiyan, but keep in mind that the invulnerability frames only last the first few frames!

The rest of his aerial moves appear the same but are in fact also modified! His Fair's last few hits have a hitbox 3x bigger! His Bair is now a powerful spike!The Uair now is Rapid fire, just like his Down tilt! And last but not least, the Dair has his landing lag cut to pieces, plus when it's used close to the ground, it generates an Explosion!

The Nair also has this ability, another thing to note is that his aerials have no more landing lag as well!

His Special attacks are all the same move, but improved greatly. Both his Down B and his Side B have a much larger hitbox, making it harder to hit the hedgehog out of.

The Homing Attack now freezes the opponent in a cluster of ice! And his Up B Now makes him invulnerable during the entire animation!

Hah! Edgeguard that Metaknight!

When the Super Saiyan hedgehog grabs a smash ball, the effect of Chaos emeralds spinning around him with an intense glow of light is added to his standing animation.

It's too Bright! I can't see

As for his Final Smash, all is the same except if he is hit, he turns back, because he was already in his super form....lol

This is the second version of the Super Saiyan, below this sentence is a list of the changes made to him from the v0.1 version.

Standing animation graphical effects have been altered with more shine effects and dust.

Added larger shine effects to the running animation and large dust blast to the Dash animation.

Dtilt has IASA frames even sooner, therefor can achieve even greater speeds than before, however this requires more button imput than normal (lol i broke a sweat once going at full speed)

F smashes graphical effects now appear one after another creating a wave effect, however the hitboxes do not have this same type of effect, (they still all appear at once).

The Upsmash now has increased hit lag and IASA frames appear much later.

The Aerial's landing animations no longer have the explosion graphical effect except for the Dair and Nair, it should also be noted that the Dair has an added dust blast effect.

The Side B, Neutral B, and Down B have had their external graphic effects increased to match the increased size of their hitboxes.

The Standing animation graphics for when Sonic has a smash ball have been set on a loop so you do not need to walk slowly to make them appear rapidly any longer.

There are a number of changes I would also make but I am saving for later or simply do not know how to make at the time.

In the next version I guarantee to set the jumping and all other aerial graphical effects on the same type of loop his standing animation now has. I didn't do so at first because I simply did not know how to set that kind of loop before, I was doing it the hard way the whole time, lol.

One big change I would like to do is give the side B and Down B much more velocity on the ground and in the air if possible. In order to create the effect of having a super fast spinning attack where it is possible to shoot across the stage with tremendous speeds. I am not sure when that will be possible, maybe in the next version or the one after that.

Also for his final smash I think I will try to alter it so it is more like the Light speed attack if possible. Doing so by somehow making Sonic's body a light shade of blue and giving him a much higher velocity in the air during the animation.

I also think that getting Sonic's quills to stand up in his normal form will not be a great possiblity, because even if I could access those animations, there would only be a few that would be usable, I could not have one of him punching, because Super Sonic doesn't have those animations, the best I could do is make his standing animation the same, everything else might just end up T stancing.

I will eventually going to fix the hitboxes on his F Smash, making them more on the graphical effects and make them appear one after .

I am also going to work on a cool entry animation, but other than that I don't really know what else to add to him for now.

The Process of installation is simple, simply donwload the file listed as "FitSupersonic.pac"go to your texture folder, click on Sonic's, copy and paste "FitSupersonic.pac" into the folder and rename it to "FitSonic.pac"

As for the 2 files listed as "FitSonic04.pac" and the .pcs, just put those in as well like any other texture.
I DID NOT MAKE THE TEXTURE, I SIMPLY GOT IT FROM ELITESMASHHACKERS.COM, CREDIT GOES TO THOSE GUYS!

Please report back and give me feedback, tell me about any bugs or errors that need fixing, and if you have any solutions or know how to accomplish the changes I would like to make, please notify me through PMs, it would be greatly appreciated if someone did so.

I just wanna say that I am amazed by all of you guy's progress, and that you're all doing an outstanding job in improving the quality of these hacks. I had no idea that we would be anything close to anything like making Chaos control for a playable Shadow, good luck perfecting it! It just goes to show that the more we try different things, the more we discover what we can do with these hacks. So good job everyone, and keep up all the good work!

FLUDD-Nado Mario v0.1

- Download -

DownB while grounded does tornado, then checks if you are still holding down. If you are holding down, it will not go into FLUDD charge frames.
If you are not holding down, proceeds into charging FLUDD.
In the air, it's always charging (not sure if I should change that)
At fully charged, jump in the air and use downB, you will spin while shooting.

Try jumping at fully charged, using fastfalled downB ;D Does a tornado when you hit the ground, ending with a blast of water negating knockback on the foe. Pretty cool ;V

I accidentally broke upB D: So that's why this isn't 1.0. If someone could help me fix it that would be tight <3

EDIT: There also seems to be a strange polygon-stretch glitch... Footstool to get out of it (press up, no matter where you were standing before the glitch happened. I'll redo this on a fresh dump for the next beta)

Don't ask, I got bored one day and thought of the concept. When I saw PSA, I knew I could finally make him.

Code:
Change list Version 0.1.1 Beta
Down Special- Just like Melee! Special thanks to Segab who made the code originally in his Star Spin Mario. I've added my own little bit to it, though. It now has a darkness hit effect, and a burst of darkness appears around Mario.
Side Smash- Now with two extra fire explosions! They get weaker, but also have a chance to trip the opponent, as well as deal shield damage. They don't last long, though, so if your timing is off your left vulnerable!
Up Smash- Now freezes the opponent! It deals less knock back and damage, but makes it easier to combo!
Down Smash- Now impales the enemy! It deals a little less damage, but it has a slightly larger hitbox. It also has an extra hitbox behind him. Use this, then use your new Up Smash in an amazing combo!

Hurray for Mario Tornado!


Kinda hard to tell, but it's definitely his Up Smash with an Icy effect!


Mario's awesome break-dancing skills pay off in his Down Smash, giving him the ability to knock 'em into the ground!


His new Up Smash in action, freezing even the Ice Climbers!

Known Bugs:
-I accidentally made him broken, at least it isn't as much as MK. I'm pretty sure I fixed it, but the threat of combos are still occasionally present. You could be able to Down Smash to Impale them, then freeze them with your Up Smash, then jump after them and Down B them. I mostly fixed it by making it so the Up Smash doesn't work if they're Impaled.
-Side Smash needs to last a little longer. The extra ones only hit for about 3/4 or so seconds after the graphic appears.

What to change:
-Make his Neutral B into an electric beam type thing that goes roughly half across Final Destination. It goes at an angle and spikes if used in the air.
-Make jumps a little bit higher, giving actual recovery potential. Will be in next release.
-Give Aura effect to Up B
-Make AAA combo weaker, with better knockback, and coin effect. Will be in next release.
-Make Down Tilt a weaker Forward Air that sends the opponent strait up and has worse knockback. Now F-Tilt instead of D-Tilt. Will be in next release.

I can't get Shishigami Shiek to work. Also, needs more BlazBlue/Fighting Game characters.

Also, updated with all characters posted up until now. However, TheSilence, make sure you don't update FLUDDnado until you make sure there are no major glitches. I might be able to help you fix the up-B.

Umm leaf, you do realize that some of the video links don't work? I know its not your fault, but the videos have been remove a long time ago, and Yingyay didn't realize.

The 2 that I know now are Fire and Electro Snake, and Meta Nitemere.

He begins by smashing his foe into the ground. No escape!


Then, 15 giant sparks get released, as he preforms his dark ritual.


After a short pause... what the heck? A giant electric burst, capable of destroying life, gets shot out. There is no survival now. Woah, that's big!


Bye DK!

F - Smash


He's charging... yup, its the same.


But wait! Now an electrical headbutt awaits you! This thing kills. Literally.

U - Smash


He's charging... that looks new!


Yay! Another headbutt!

Changelist:
Utilt is now U - smash. Same hitboxes.
Uair is now Utilt. Once again, same hitboxes.
F smash is now dash attack, more BKB and same KBG. More hitstun, and an electric effect.
U smash charge is now up taunt, more BKB and same KBG.More hitstun, and an electric effect.
N_B is the same, but with Uair animation.
Final smash is... just plain awesome.
D smash charge is now U smash charge, hit is Nair.
Jab is slower, 5%, no "repeat", and 50% trip rate
D_B is Slam, 13% hit, hits opponents into ground, powerful spike in air
Dair is powerful spike
F tilt is d tilt animation, more BKB and KBG, electric hit
d tilt is N_B animation, 7% hit, outside hitbox has 50% trip rate, does 5%


Planned changes to come:
AAA jab, instead of infinite (Need help)
New taunts.


Note: this is Beta 0.1. Many changes will be made.

The King Ganondorf.

Enter the King:
(Thanks to Androu1 of Stack Smash for the texture)

Moveset:

Neutral B....The King Laugh:



The King Laughs in place, causing the other players to laugh to the point of exhaustion. This attack is highly spammable.



Side B...Mah Boi!




Standing in place, the King drinks from his cup, and then it becomes throw able (it's actually a capsule). This is usable in the air too, but it takes longer to generate in the air, as you can interrupt it with another attack.


Down B...Dinner Summon:


The King sits down, causing a ridiculous amount of dinner to spawn. (This is not usable in the air).



And I mean ridiculous, that is just from one batch.


Neutral A (jab), Scrub all the floors in Hyrule.




The King sticks out his hand, sending water on the field, and forcing the victim to the floor. It helps them with scrubbing the floors. (Note: this is really quick and highly spammable, but deals minimal damage)

Down Tilt....The King Dance




The King dances in a circle. Anyone unfortunate to get hit by this attack is sent upwards and gets a flower on their head. The attack works just like Mario's tornado, except it adds a flower onto the top.



Other Changes:

The King's running speed is faster, about the same speed as Mario's.

Ganondorf's darkness is removed from every attack, except his entry.

PK Fireworks

Change Log V1

- Lightning added to running
- Lightning added to grab ledge animation
- Adding lightning to fsmash hold and fsmash
- Added lightning hits to: Uair, edge attack, trip attack, fmash and A, A, A. Maybe more... I think that's all though.
- Changed Neutral B to "PK Fireworks" If used right after second jump you gain a bit of vertical momentum but you're helpless afterwards so don't miss.
- Changed Usmash to the awesome seizure like thing
- Added hit box to tether
- Changed Up taunt

Charge Up smash...

And release!!


Hit the opponent with it and it does: 1,

2,

3,

4,

and 5 hits. The last hit has decent knock back, can kill around 110-125. 100 on lighter characters. Also sometimes it does 6 or 7 hits. If the opponent is about to be out of range it will skip to the strong hit even if it's only the second hit.


New neutral B makes Blue fireworks

then they turn red.

The knockback is about the same as his old Usmash. Maybe a little more.

You can also use it right after your second jump to gain a little extra air.

But don't miss the stage, because you're helpless afterwards.

His neutral B (PK fireworks) has 3 hitboxes.
The first is when you're hit with it when directly touching Lucas, or very close to touching him it does ZERO knockback, but deals damage and makes the opponent face the opposite direction.

The second is the hitbox surrounding Lucas (around the hitbox mentioned above). It does moderate knockback and damage.

The third hitbox is the center of the top fireworks, and its a sweetspot. It does high knockback and the same amount of damage as the other two.

Sorry, but making entirely new items/models is way beyond the scope of PSA.

@Xpwnage: that King moveset is hilarious. :D

No, It won't import right. Rgna Ike and Rage Link do fine, but Shishigami Shiek doesn't.

There is a Rachel PSA for Peach in the works. I am not the author of it but I'm currently editing the moveset so that it is more friendly for BalancedBrawl/vBrawl. (Since the original Rachel PSA is developed for use with Brawl+)
