Schedule:

Registration starts at 11:00 a.m. — run late and risk not being in the tourney. Call me if you're going to be late, or else I'll assume you're not coming.

Brawl doubles — 12:00 p.m.
Food break — 4:00 p.m.
Brawl singles — 5:00 p.m.

Fees:

—$2 door fee.

—$5 for singles.

—$10 for doubles ($5 each).

Prizes:

Singles:

First Place - 60%
Second Place - 30%
Third Place - 10%

Doubles:

First Place - 60%
Second Place - 30%
Third Place - 10%

Rules:

~BRAWL~

Double elimination.
3 stocks, with an 8 minute time limit.
All items are off, no smash balls.
MK is banned.

Additional Rules for Single's Play-

- Any games ending in time running out will be decided by stock and then percents.
- No player may choose a stage they have already won on unless agreed upon by their opponent.
- If a game ends in a Bowsercide (Kirby, Dedede, Ganon, etc.), the sudden death will be ignored and the match will go to the player who initiated the move.
- If two players meet twice during a double elimination bracket, then the second set will be best of seven continuing on with the previous set. Finals are excluded, best of five remains.
- Double blind character pick may be called before the start of the first match of a set.
- Advanced slob picks in effect.
- Dave's stupid rule in effect.
- At the start of a set, each person (or team) may choose one counter-pick stage to be banned for the duration of said set—after character selection, but prior to a random stage being chosen.
- Both winner's and loser's semi-finals will be best of five.

Additional Rules for Double's Play-

- Life Stealing is allowed.
- Team Attack is set to ON.
- Both winner's and loser's semi-finals will be best of five.

Eh, I don't really wanna drive without Seven, and he's a Melee guy. It could happen if I get a ride with someone else.

I will be in Kentucky all day during this event. Sonata Arctica concert road trip ftw.
So no chance I'll make it, um, not like I play Brawl but it'd be nice to see Devin and co. again.

EDIT: ....The 27th is a Tuesday. Was that on purpose Devin?

Also, if OOS is interested, I don't think they'll be able to make it @ 11:00

I'll be at this, and I'm already hyped. I'll bring my BlazBlue setup as well, if anyone wants to play. I'm pretty sure L will be coming too, but I'm not sure about anyone else as of yet.

not really, but i don't think i'll lose as much time as i will picking you up for the billfest
still a lil too far ahead to make a call on wether or not i'll be at this though

Oh. >.> Lol cool.

I'm looking forward to this. I might be bringing some friends along. I've been teaching them how to play brawl competitivley and they've gotten pretty good.
