I already did, in more than one occasion. In 2007 he was in my pool, I beat him 2-0 in a best of 3 set. He wasn't as good as he is now but already a beast for sure. That tournament ended with me placing 2nd and him placing 4th.

Last time I played him was at the beginning of April, we played 5 friendly matches and results were even, with a slight advantage in his favor (though I also played Fox and not only Falco).

If you are asking a comparison between our skills the gap is not that huge, however Armada's got a stronger spirit and will to win which leads him to winning tournament and me to stopping at top10. If I were to fight Mango in Grand Finals I wouldn't have been able to do even 1/10 of what I usually do. With Seretur and Dax it just was a different story.

Italy's weird: there usually is no cash prize at local tournaments. On the other hand, entry fees are usually very low as well.

Explain time:
Travelling in Italy's mad expensive. Few of us have personal cars, so we try to reduce the costs with a low entry fee (like 10$ for the whole tournament) but lol, there are prizes, only they are usually nice trophies (which cost like 40$ and would have no sense if divided in money) and medals for teams. So yeah, basically we don't have enough money :\ I know prices are still low now but.... I think it's really too far sadly.
