Hey Guys It Paladin77 here Again :/ and I'm here to bring you guys a normal singles tournament... Or is it normal?

Everyone knows that the true hardcore tournament players only play with S tiers, and think that S tiers are the only true characters in the game. Well, Lets prove them Wrong!

This tournament will switch off characters per rounds. Round 1 will consist of all A tiers, and 1 S tier. Round two will have all B tiers, and 1 S tier character. This will go on untill we hit F Tier. But wait! thats not all!

Stages will alternate too! Stages that 'counter' S tiers will be neutral, and Ones that benefit the members of the current tier that is hosted will be concidered counterpicks.​

Rules
  • Stock: 3
  • Time: 8
  • Items: Off
  • Stalling is Banned
  • Glitches that affect the game drastically, such as stalling or mass damage/KO glitches are Banned
  • All matches are out of 3, but losers semi finals, winners semifinals, and the finals are all made out of 5 matches
  • Moves such as Kirbycides, bowzersides, and gannoncides count as a winning move, however wariocides and dedecides count as a 'losing' move (you can use it to eliminate stock, just not te last stock

Winning/Losing DQ
  • If Both players decide lag is unplayable, a coinflip will decide who wins.
  • If you dont get the brawl done in the alloted time period, i will check VMs, and messages on this board to see which one of you was more active, and which one didnt get the job done
  • If both players arnt very active/ dont give a **** about this tournament, they will both DQ.

This is also a double elimination with losers and winners brackets... so if you lose once youll have another chance!

*note* If enough people join, i will make this tournament out of 32 people, so if you see 16 people already joined, dont hesitate to ask, because ill either put you in the waiting list, or in the tournament 32 people will never join, so ignore that

Rules and Facts:
  1. It would be really helpful if you guys told me some bad stages for the S tier, and good stages for the A tier, if you just know some advantages/disvantages stages from your head
  2. I will list 2 around good stages for every A tier, and 3 bad stages for the S tier. so there will be 3 Starters, and a max of 14 cps
  3. stages the characters' color favor the characters (I.E. Orange stages are good for Marth, and pink are good for Kirby (Look at round 1)
  4. You can use up to 2 different characters in each match
  5. If you click on the character, you can go to the source from where i got their best stages
  6. If you cant click on the name/there is no link, it means i got the stage from this awesome thread

Nobody wants to do CPU battles either


So to get a reputation... ill do a more typical type of tournament....
then when i have enough respect as a TO, maybe ican host some crazy tournament and itl work out

By the way how will this work? There are four rounds in a 16-man tourney. The tiers listed A-F would mean there are 6 tiers. In the later stages would the lower tiers be combined?

EDIT: the lag got better.... but we didnt do the stages right =/
