Well, I had a bunch of PSA's lying around KC:MM and I just wanted to bring them here for increasing my fame your testing enjoyment.

Criticism is always nice--just remember to state what hack you're talking about to keep a small bit of order in this thread. And don't just overlook a hack because it has an uninteresting title...

MOVES:

He has a custom waiting pose:


Up-smash: a force blast upward

F-smash: a saber throw, like a throwing knife
D-smash: a quick spin on the ground in which he slashes at your legs. One of his best killing moves.

He has an AWESOME Sword glow! Except, there's a blue rectangle around his sword in these pics that I fixed

Down-B (Mah favorite pic): he uses the Force to spin his lightsaber around him and can reflect projectiles

Up-B: an uppercutting slash

Side-B: he dashes forward, slower than most moving side-B's

If he touches you with the side B, he jumps back and goes in for a slash (as a safety/ strategical measure, he only does this if you continue holding B during the side-B):

Neutral B: a small force push that trips the opponent. Good for starting combos or getting surprise attacks in.

D-air: a force push downward. If you hit, he'll bounce upward

N-air: a spinning slash, one of his killing moves

b-air: two quick slashes
f-air: a barrage of three slashes

F-tilt: He does a quick spinning slash. It can break out of some opponent's combos and is good for continuing your own.

D-tilt: a double-legged sweep

u-tilit: he does a flip while slashing

Grab: he grabs you with the force and holds you in front of him.
He cannot pummel during the grab.

d-throw: he slams you into the ground
f-throw: he spins you around then force pushes you
u-throw: he does a flip a and force pushes you upward
b-throw: he spins you and throws you behind him

First off, lemme say that this is NOTHING like the Devil is in his game. Instead, he does a lot of tag team attacks with his smaller bat form.

And his texture's odd. Can someone look into it?

He's a bit too good right now, but bear with me.

MOVES:

AAA: the bat files forward, attacks again, then the Devil warps forward to punch you.

up tilt: He kicks you upward
down tilt: he goes into the ground and sticks his hand out. If someone is caught, they will be paralyzed,and the bat will hit them.
side tilt: the bat pops out of the ground in front of the devil and spins upward, attacking.

f-smash: he warps diagonally up-forward and does a drop kick.
d-smash: he and the bat charge in opposite directions, ramming objects in their path.
up-smash: he throws his head up and it explodes.

u-air: he holds the bat above him and spins it like a drill.
f-air: he swings the bat like an axe.
d-air: he warps downward and punches while upside-down.

grab: he sends the bat out to grab you.
f-throw: his arm grows large and he slams you into the ground with it.
d-throw: he takes you, warps upward, and slams you into the bat's horns.
u-throw: his middle finger becomes long and sharp and he stabs you with it (lulz)
b-throw: he kicks you backward.

WAIT!
ALLOYS CAN'T HAVE TAUNTS!
BUT THE DEVIL DOES!

I made a replication taunt code in PSA, so yay for taunts!

u-taunt: he warps away. A while later, he comes back in a Superman stance.
d-taunt: his head falls into his neck. He then reaches in and pulls it out.
s-taunt: he melts away into a puddle


Metal Sonic

he's heavier.
air-dodge changed back to normal.

Up Smash: two small pillars pop out on both his sides

Down Smash: a large electric shockwave
Forward Smash: same, effects added

Up B: rocket shoes boost upward

Side B: rocket shoes shoot sideways
Down B: a reflective barrier

Neutral B: shoots lazer

Up tilt: uppercut. hits twice
Side tilt: punch-hits twice
down tilt: rollout-for lack of a better name

Up air: Warp fist-Opponent needs to DI, and they control which way to go
Forward Air: a downward slice that spikes
Neutral Air: Spins around and zaps people.
Back Air: super kick with sweetspot.

Down Air: shoots fire out of rocket-shoes to spike

A combo: punch, downward punch, kick *NEW!*

Dash: He floats, like the classic Metal Sonic always does.

Down Taunt changed!



Final Smash: got the idea from Sanitys Thief and this video.
basically, he goes into a big, spiked ball of doom and flies forward, destroying victims he hits. you can end it early by pressing A.

grab attack (don't really know what to call it): zaps them
down-throw: slams tham into the ground and shocks them

Up taunt changed!

He takes out his "claws", like Wolverine. He keeps them until you use the down-taunt
It changes some moves now.
-forward smash: double hit combo-swipe to uppercut
-side-tilt: triple hit combo-two punches to an uppercut
-forward air: a flying punch
-down smash- a spinning slice


To change his moves back to normal, use the down-taunt.

Being that the character is based entirely upon momentum and movement, the way she moves is very important. She should have a slow dash, and a faster running speed (so that she is gaining momentum) her walk fast should be slowed down as well. She should have much smaller jumps, fall faster, and be heavier. Her ground speed should translate to her air speed (if she is running fast when she jumps she will be moving fast) but she should have poor aerial control (if she goes in a direction she can't weave like Wario) She should have an excellent wall kick, she shouldn't be able to crawl. A,A,A -Faith should smack them in the stomach, elbow them in the face, and then knock them away with a hammer blow to the head. (First A- ZSS's F-throw animation sped up quite a bit, Second A- ZSS's third jab animation sped up quite a bit and transferring straight from the F-throw animation, Third A- Snake's second F-tilt blow sped up and weakened)

F-tilt -Faith quickly kicks their face in. (Ikes F-throw animation sped up a bit)

D-tilt -Faith sweep kicks upwards, kicking in their knees. (use the first ten frames of sheiks D-smash, then copy paste the move, reversing it until she is back at the start of the move)

U-tilt -Faith punches straight above her quickly. (ZSS heavy throw high animation)

U-smash -Faith kicks straight above herself, then heel kicks downwards. (Sheiks u tilt animation slowed down with more damage)

F-smash -Faith delivers a bone shattering spin kick. (Snakes third jab animation)

D-smash -Faith spins, kicking to both sides of her. (Slip attack animation cutting off the start, adding damage)

N-Aerial -Faith kicks her leg out slightly beneath her. (ZSS Special air low kick animation)

F-Aerial -Faith spins in the air, delivering three rapid kicks. (Snakes N-air without the last kick)

B-Aerial -Faith quickly turns and delivers a powerful kick. (ZSS bair slowed down with much higher knockback and damage)

U-Aerial -Faith flips, kicking anyone above her even higher. (ZSS U-throw animation frames 3-28)

B -Faith fires her pistol quickly. Her pistol no longer turns into a whip, and it fires bullets instead of plasma. It doesn't charge as before, it is now more similar to say Falco's laser. (ZSS Nspecial animation)

D-B -Faith crouches and crosses her arms; if a projectile or an attack hits her, she slaps it back, either countering an attack or reflecting a projectile. (ZSS guard animation, if hit then Peaches second jab animation)

S-B -Faith quickly dives forward in a combat roll; if she hits someone, she steps behind them, grabs them and snaps their neck, then tosses them backwards and shoots them. (Snakes dash attack animation, if it hits then Sheiks forward roll animation, grab them and automatically perform snakes grab pummel animation followed by Falco's back throw)

U-B -Faith spins and flips upwards, about as high as Mario's Up-B. (Marths Jump aerial F animation, adding in extra spins and flips, doing damage if the opponent gets hit while she spins and flips upwards)

Dash attack -Faith runs and does a flying snap kick to the opponent. (the same as what she has now except once she leaves the ground to do her kick, swap it with the animation for snakes final kick in nair, so she does a running snap kick. Speed it up and whatnot)

Grab -Faith should have a normal grab, a fairly big grab range (take away the tether, use Ikes grab animations)

U-Throw -Faith Grabs her opponent and slams them to the ground. (Snakes U-throw animation)

D-Throw -Faith throws her opponent to the floor and then body slams them. (Links D-throw animation)

B-Throw -Faith turns and kicks her opponent right out of her hands. (Ikes B-throw animation)

F-Throw -Faith slams her shoulder into her opponents gut to send them reeling. (Sheiks F-throw animation)

AAA: 3rd hit is the old f-tilt

*note: nair and fair are much AWESOMER than my descriptions. I just can't find the right words to phrase them.

Down-B: a shieldbreaking jab with a fancy blade spin in the other hand that also does considerable shield damage
Up-B: a spiraling spin that goes up, the curves forward

There are not supposed to be individual threads showcasing your work. If I see those, I'm locking them spot on. The only exception to this rule is if you are keeping all of your projects in a single new thread and getting feedback instead of putting your projects up for download in separate threads.
So...I'm abiding that, right?

I'd do this.

Looking good, but from reading previous threads, your PSAs all have glitches in them. For example, Metal Sonic still has that glitch with the curry, and Faith has this:

Yes, they have glitches. Hopefully someone here will know solutions...actually, those two (besides the Devil in general) are the only glitches I can think of right now.

I really liked the Yoda moveset, though I would like to see some more force attacks and flippy spaz saber action, if at all possible. Though awesome job, really looking forward to the finished product.

If Knuckles and Silver are done too, you'll have a hard time.

If we COULD put Sonic characters on Alloys or anything else, we WOULD. Can we? No. Thus we go with the next best thing.

Try reading through the main threads that talk about this stuff before acting like you know everything.

MAN, I love them both but I just can't let go of shadow... if only they were alternate costumes, but I know its impossible. I think its time I try out that clone engine...

The Awesome Pit looks quite good. I'm not sure if you just changed the animations, because some of the hitboxes look really similar.
But it still looks and plays very well.
I like the specials, but do not really enjoy the infinite Side-B.

Faith is still a WIP, I guess ? Most hitboxes and attack properties are not changed, it seems. A little more work on the specials, too ?
Animations look good. Some are a little weird (I'll list them when I play with her again).
And her "momentum way of moving" is a bit hard to notice. I find that the acceleration she gets while running doesn't come up either fast or in a noticeable way.

I got rid of his wrench. Oh, I forgot to post progress updates on Tails!

Entry: he jumps out of the Tornado: Done!
Up B: Copter (and if you press B during the copter, he drops a bomb): done!
Side B: Bomb throw (and you can adjust the angle and power like Yoshi's egg): done!
Down smash: Tails spin: done!
Fsmash: he swings his hammer: done!
Neutral B: he fires his plasma cannon (I think its called): mostly done...

Final Smash: idea's done...

Here's what I had for the Final Smash...And in case you were going to suggest something like the Dragoon or Snake's Final Smash, I can't really do that.

I was gonna have a Landmaster-like final smash. I don't think I can just take the Landmaster and model swap because that would most likely freeze.

I was gonna rough it in PSA and make it able to fly around (maybe like Diddy Kong or Yoshi's final smash) and then make it shoot Super Scope shots if you pressed B. However, if it hurt people that it touched, I don't see much need for a barrel roll...well, maybe just for fun.

Then, at the end, it would fly across the screen horizontally (think of its range like the Light Arrow) and eliminate people.

I can't really do it much other ways because hitboxes refuse to work with variable offsets. But it would still be dragoon-like (except on a different axis) and Landmaster-ish (except with flying capabilities).


Anything I can help with? or should I go back to lurking...
You can suggest moveset ideas, because I'm running low...and you have too much skill in that area.

I can suggest playing/ watching Sonic Battle or Sonic the Fighters. I'm sure there's plenty o of moves in those games that fanboys would love to pick out. Chronicles might have a couple in it too, but I haven't played it much and when I do Tails isn't with meh.

I got rid of his wrench. Oh, I forgot to post progress updates on Tails!

Entry: he jumps out of the Tornado: Done!
Up B: Copter (and if you press B during the copter, he drops a bomb): done!
Side B: Bomb throw (and you can adjust the angle and power like Yoshi's egg): done!
Down smash: Tails spin: done!
Fsmash: he swings his hammer: done!
Neutral B: he fires his plasma cannon (I think its called): mostly done...

You can suggest moveset ideas, because I'm running low...and you have too much skill in that area.
Wow, this sounds like its really coming together. I'm glad I could help a little even though i didn't physically DO anything lol. All this progress you're making makes me so sad I can't access homebrew and contribute myself ( I'm at school the Wii's back home :( )

The yoshi-like effect on the bomb throw is a very nice touch., and I love the Final Smash Idea. Suggestion: if you can use an effect of another final smash, like you were talking about with the light arrow, than id suggest using gannons, then the plane would fly off screen and tails would reappear in the same position his normal state. If however, you were just using the arrow as a means of comparison disregard lol.

If you need more ideas for smash attacks, tilts, or airs i have a few that I can run by you in a little bit, rather than just try and remember off the top of my head and edit 15 times.

Final smash: pretty much done!

maybe you can resize his legs to make him smaller than sonic
Just a bit.
Anyway it doesn't matter if the texture is messed up, it's awesome!
And i LOVE that final smash
